I was polite, soft-spoken, and had all of my QR codes ready on my phone. Because two of the items were identical, there was minor confusion over which code matched which item. Instead of offering basic retail assistance, the young male associate chose to publicly berate, humiliate, and belittle me in front of other arriving customers. When I asked him to please not speak to me that way, he escalated his hostility, explicitly telling me, "Look lady, you're making my job hard!" He continued to mock me and essentially call me stupid, even after I calmly explained that I was elderly, going through severe family and personal medical crises, and simply needed a moment of assistance. He offered zero help, leaving my highly sensitive personal medical return items completely exposed on the counter while he ignored me and berated my intelligence until I was brought to tears. When I finally received my receipt and asked for his name so I could speak to management, he exclaimed, "We don't give out associates' names." Looking at other Yelp reviews for this location, it is clear that disrespect and customer abuse are a systemic pattern here. To the owner of this franchise: check your security cameras for Wednesday, July 29, 2026, around 9:45 am. I was waiting in line but until I waited, someone acknowledge me and told me they will be right with me. They really care about their customers. The lady I think is the manager greeted almost everyone with their name which is more impressive to me. I came in with a print project which I thought that they cannot able to do it but they pulled it off really nice. I came to do a booklet, the manager happened to help me, it took her 10 to 15 minutes to arrange all the papers and aligned it because I just came with not organized file. But she did it and printed out the sample for me. The booklet is really good in quality than I have expected. I have her got it done 50 of them. While i waited I seen the flow of the customers, all in and out with the best customer service they can provide. They even go outside of the box to help out the customers with their Amazon returns. Every customer left happily. Such an amazing experience I had even I waited 10 to 20 minutes while my booklet getting printed but My wait time really worth it. I would recommend this store to everyone. At the end they gave me the coupon for next time printing service and the list of the other product. I did not know that they also do notary, fingerprinting, shredding, passport pictures, they even have mailboxes. I thought they only shipping and one of my friends recommended here for printing.
