This store has gone down in quality significantly this past year. This is my go to UPS store for amazon returns and I usually have a really nice & easy time. There has only been one time where a package returned here did not make it back to Amazon and I did that one myself on the self service area so that could be why. For that reason I like to do all of my returns directly with the workers to ensure nothing happens. Upon coming here I was greeted by two workers. They were just chit chatting and moving some thing's around - this is normal when I come in but usually someone stops & helps the customer out. Instead I just stood there waiting for a couple minutes before the two workers went back & forth on whose turn it was to help the customer. In which they decided neither of them would help & directed me to the self service. After explaining my hesitation to use it due to my previous experience the manager on shift, Cam, very rudely said it's the same thing and that I could do it myself. There wasn't any one else there to be helped but they still couldn't bother. I just got out off a long shift I did not want to go in to someone else's job & have to do it for them. These people are literally being paid to just sit & talk with each other. & the fact that it was the manager, Cam, who was the one with such unprofessionalism. I don't get the point of having workers if they're just going to direct you to do the work yourself ! Joke of a place. read more

This is my local ups store and I guarantee you there's no store like this one. They have such a great team and they help you with a smile even on the busiest days. The pros are the store is clean and very good customer service. The con is as of yesterday February 14th 2023 if you want to drop off a package from Amazon without the prepaid shipping label they will charge you $2.00 dollars for the first page and $.50 cents for each additional page. I don't mind someone making a profit but two dollars for a printout seems like price gouging to me. Not sure why they feel the need to overcharge to this degree. I'm keeping everyone informed as there are other options out there. read more

And did you know they have notary services? They have always been pleasant and helpful and they play good music that you haven't heard in a while so you are entertained while waiting. The UPS store on Alameda Avenue in Burbank. This is my favorite UPS store. The customer service is top-notch, efficient and professional. However, today Jennifer made my experience even more superior! Jennifer took it upon herself to go the extra mile to repackage my return so that it could be sent immediately. There are 3 UPS stores in Burbank and I have to say this location and the San Fernando location are exceptional. The staff here are one of the friendliest and knowledgeable people. Even when the store is busy, they are very efficient. They even remember me by name and always greet me when I go pick up my mail. There was an issue with a package delivery when I first opened up my mailbox, but they were attentive to correct the problem quickly. I was notified of all updates and even received a call personally to assure my package was received. The location has great parking and A+ employees. Highly recommend! read more
