This is the worst UPS store I've ever been to. Their customer service needs serious work. In addition to that, I had an Amazon return which was already pre labeled w/ a QR code & I brought the box in as I received it. There were no tape previously because it's a folded box. Anyways so the associate Jan Millie refused to accept it unless u pay for the tape. And it's understandable to charge for tape and boxing/packaging but there was no packaging boxing or excessive tape usage. It was literally a small piece of tape to "close" it when the box is ALREADY closed due to the folds. It's completely unreasonable + basically a ripe off to charge almost $2 for a tiny piece of tape. At that rate you can just get an entire roll of tape. All the other UPS will package AND tape for free. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go elsewhere. read more

Needed two witnesses for a document and a notary. Called several in the area and they were the most pleasant, specifically Shelby. So we went there even if they were the farthest store from us. And thankfully the short trip was well worth it as Shelby was so helpful and pleasant and all the staff in the store were all nice and welcoming. read more

I have interacted with the store many times over the last few years. Number one reason why I go to the store is because their hours are extended better than the other stores. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't be going here. Overall, even though they're understaffed, they do a pretty good job each time I go out. I recommend this place. read more

Counter service rep was awesome. That guy in the blue shirt handled the sudden influx of customers with ease. A group of non English speakers needed help, he spoke to them in their native language (I think Afghan). At the same time helping and elderly lady handle an Amazon return via her phone app, while she was fixing her account, he helped the next lady tape up her package, then he helped me with 3 huge packages and scanned them and said "I got it from here, you're good thanks". Super cool, calm, and collected. Can't believe how quickly he cleared the store. read more

Almost every month, I need few colored pages to be printed out for me. I usually go to staples, but they always make it difficult for me, so I googled printing and found UPS. It was my first time coming in. The place was clean and organized. I was immediately assisted as soon as I walked in with my little ones. My nice young lady helped me email my document to the store and converted it for me to pdf. She printed it out in seconds and I paid. The young man quickly came out of no where to assist the customer behind me. They were very nice, helpful and friendly. Thank you!! read more

Was directed to come to the UPS store by a government Official to get a live scan on all of the live scan paperwork , It says that the fee is $15 once I got into the UPS store they charge me $62. I try to talk to the manager and see if they would honor the $15 And she said no, I asked if she could at least cut the $30 rolling fee in half to partially honor every document online and she still said no her name is Carly Rhodes because of this I would give this location zero stars! I was expecting it to be jammed pack like the one on elk grove florin, but surprisingly it wasn't. It was completely empty on a Thursday afternoon. We were greeted right away by two gentlemen. I was able to do a quick drop off. I was just disappointed that my return label told me I didn't have to worry about packing or labeling; that UPS would do it. But the gentlemen told me I had to pay for them to tape up the box. It was a small fee of $2.18 but still, for 3 pieces of tape -__- sheesh, a charge for every little thing nowadays. read more

I ship a lot of items from selling online from selling platforms that provide auto labels. Here's the problem. Trying to ship an item Logan tells me my box is too big for and the label states 3,3,3. He tells me they absolutely can't take it in. So I contact the selling platform and their response was that's a standard label and that their contract with ups allows for oversized packages and train weight differences. Ok so now I'm in the middle in a lose lose situation. I bring the package to a different ups location...took the package in without an issue and with a "have a great day" If it's just this one package then whatever but I've shipped tons of packages (over 100) with this location without a problem until this time. All the other employees were nice and just scanned and everything is great. Fast forward two weeks I'd thought I'd try again, same situation. Yes maybe the selling platform should change the dimension but this ups location should also have standard practices instead of one employee maki it difficult instead of scanning the label and checking to see if all fees are covered like everywhere else. read more

I used to visit this UPs store because they were friendlier than the other one nearby. Had to mail some documents and since I'm boycotting the one near our house, this worked out perfect. Had them make copies, and certified, return receipt the docs. They also let me keep the nice pen!! read more

I stopped by here after looking up a nearby UPS store in Elk Grove when I do an auction pickup in the same city. It less than a mile from that site. I just stop in and they take UPS and USPS but do not take FedEx. The employees I have come across the 2x I have been there were pleasant and helpful. I recommend dropoff of parcels or other services offered here. read more

I stopped by today to ship out some packages and was greeted by Gavin at the front. I informed him I had a few packages in my car that I was going to bring in and he offered to assist me with the store dolly. Not only did he bring the dolly out for me, but he was kind enough to help me lift the heavy boxes which was very nice of him to do. He also helped me with not only getting my labels printed out as I had not done so beforehand, but also weighed out my boxes for me since I didn't have the tools to do so. I've Been going to this particular UPS store for many years. All the employees are incredibly helpful and they actually look happy doing what they do. I enjoy the positive energy from everyone, even the boss have a great sense of humor. One particular employee that shined was Sara. I went in recently to do fingerprinting and have my passport photo taken. She assisted me throughout the entire process and was very patient. She even let me retake my photo if I didn't like it (Luckily my first take was perfect). P.S. Be sure to ask for military discount; they offer it for certain services. read more

Got there at 530pm and there was a line of 5 people and 3 workers, they announced they will not help anyone who isn't at the counter by 6pm. The Staff work working slowly and had no concerns except for getting off work at 6. Several people were unhappy and the staff just shrugged their shoulders. I will go elsewhere in the future read more

Worst UPS store with the worst customer service. I had an amazon return with QR code. I had packaged the item in the same amazon box that the item came in and secured the box up with clear scotch tape. The UPS associate refused to accept the amazon box and wanted to charge me $1.50 to re-tape my already taped amazon box !?!?!?1 I declined and offered to buy a roll of tape of tape instead but they were conveniently "OUT" of tape and busy trying to ripe customers off. Save your time and go to elsewhere, dont get scam! read more

I have to confuse I'm a HUGE AMAZON shopper! Therefore there are times when things don't fit, or not what I expected and must return them. This UPS store isn't our typical location but since we were in the area and had a package to send off we stopped here. As soon as we hit the door we could see that it was busy but that didn't stop this location from providing great customer service! We were acknowledged that someone would be right with us. Not even 2 minutes later we were being helped by a staff member. They scanned our packages and asked if we needed anything else and we were on our way! It was also nice that they provided us with a print out of the tracking number. Even the simplest customer service is hard to find these days so I'm thankful for the great service that we received for our quick transaction! read more
