Even when customers come in with an attitude!! They made an appointment unbeknownst to him/her for a different UPS store in town and the irate person wouldn't accept the fact that this location doesn't accept appointments for notary. I was listening (laughing and shaking my head in disbelief how rude they are) to these customers griping about the service and Bri kindly said yet AGAIN, that "they do not accept appointments, and if you just wait your turn, it won't take long because I am fast. It will take longer to drive across town to the other UPS store". Bri was stellar!! and the customers did stay in line!!
