This is the worst UPS store. The lady who works there wants to charge you for everything. I dropped off a box at this store, which was packed and taped, but she did not send it; she said it should be in another box. (The box I had was not the manufacturer's box; it was a shipment box.) Another day, she didn't send my box because they weren't able to scan the barcode. I went to another UPS store, and they just manually entered the number and sent it for me. read more

This store is right across the street from my condo. I come in on Monday June 24 2024 around 2:00 to drop off package less items from Amazon -2 total. First off only one person is working there and there are 2 customers being helped in front of me. More than 30 minutes go by before I get to the front and the line behind me is really long now. I get to the front and I hand over the first item. Scan no problem. The ups worker looks at my next item and says ups can't take it. I tell that individual it's a package less and Amazon says I just bring it as is and they will pack it for me. Nope this ups worker says it's oversized. For reference I walked over with this item and it is no bigger than a normal sized bag. The box that it was shipped in was smaller than the medium sized box sold at UPS. The ups worker refuses to help me here and says take it to Amazon lockers on campus and deal with it there. Why can't you package it up for me? I literally saw you boxing up items while I was in line of items of similar width and height? I asked again and was denied a detailed explanation besides this is an oversized item. Madness. I ask if this worker is the manager. Replies no. And so I request the managers card so I can call in. UPS worker flings the card at me and doesn't say anything and just moves onto the next person in line - the line now was really long. I step out of line and I call the number. The number goes to a dead phone number that ends up with sounding like a fax line - you can hear the modem effects after awhile. So won't help me. Won't explain why. Give me attitude. You give me a phone number that doesn't work. I can't boycott UPS because they handle most of the shipping for companies I make purchases from but wow what a huge disappointment. If you don't have the answer for why be honest, please don't lie and brush someone off like you don't have time for them. Blatant disrespect is a bad look for yourself as an individual and the company you represent. Truly the worst experience I've had at any postal facility and that includes USPS. Be better. read more

I live 2 blocks away and have been using this UPS store for over 10 years. The owner Gurkan used to be in the store a lot & I used to say "Merhaba to him. However, over the years the staff has become unprofessional and rude. I've been noticing it for the past few years but last night on Jan 3, 2025, I reached breaking point. I entered the parking lot at 6:30 pm. I am handicapped but the handicapped parking was full as there are only two spaces and oftentimes in use by UPS trucks because the parking lot size and design are insufficient. Unable to park, I put on my hazard lights, offloaded a 4ft long box, took it to the door entrance and I left it there to go find parking. I circled around and around a stagnant parking lot, fighting for a parking spot, and finally got one 10 min later. I entered the UPS store, it was then 20 min to closing, and I was the only customer in the store. I said hello to the UPS woman who was wearing a full mask and she said something back I couldn't understand. I said, sorry I couldn't hear you! I was doing an Amazon return. It was not a heavy box just a large long box with an odd shape. Amazon RETURNS GAVE ME THE OPTION FOR NO SHIPPING LABEL/ NO BOX. But as I was leaving the house I had the odd-shaped box in the garage and thought I might as well take UPS the box so they don't have to make one and why waste cardboard. However, I had to put my car seats down to accommodate the box which took me an extra 5 min to load as I had to move my stuff around in the vehicle. However, upon showing the box to the UPS woman she told me I had to have the item boxed & packaged meaning taped. I had not put 3 pieces of tape on the one flap of the box as I wasn't sure they wanted to use my box and didn't even think my box was required; I was just trying to conserve cardboard and be nice and additionally thought just in case the packaging was required then I would have it. So the UPS woman refused to take my box because it didn't have tape on the top flap. We are not talking about taping up a whole box here...we are talking about 3 short pieces of tape for a flap. The UPS worker knows I am handicapped/disabled, as she has known me for several years and I had just told her I couldn't park in handicapped cuz it was full and just spent 10-15 minutes getting the box into the store and obviously with the store about to close I didn't have time to run home and get tape so she pointed to the tape for sale. I look at the display and see it is $15+ for a tiny little roll you would buy at any store for $3-4. I looked at her and told her I would call Amazon and ask for another QR code. Meanwhile, in desperation, I went into Oishi Shabu Shabu the restaurant next door to ask if they had tape. On the countertop was a tiny roll of scotch tape and the lady gave me three little pieces. So I went back into the UPS store and taped up the box and told the UPS worker I would be speaking to the owner about her. I do not expect free tape, but I also don't expect a UPS store to sell tiny rolls of tape for $15.00 and extort people. For the record and as to the confusion I've attached a screen shot of exactly what Amazon states for the USP Store Dropoff option I had selected. It stated, The UPS Store will pack, label and ship your return item for free. Just bring the item in its original manufacture's packaging.....to which I did. Yet I was refused shipping over needing 3 short strips of tape. If UPS will not pack the item or provide me tape, why is Amazon telling me they will? SEE PHOTO BELOW OF SCREEN SHOT! Additionally, this is the weirdest USP store because the female worker won't give me the receipt when I ship and I have to keep asking for it. I don't know if this is a personal issue or if she just treats everyone like this. There is also a young man working there who acts like a zombie. Even now (Jan 4, 2025, 1:40 pm) I just called the UPS Store, and no one answered by saying UPS Store, I just heard music and indecipherable gibberish and then I asked who I was speaking to and a young man said the UPS Store and refused to give me his name. read more

I got live scan fingerprinting done at this location with Sue. It was a really quick and easy process so I was out in no time. Only had to pay the fingerprinting and DOJ fee, no service fee, so it was cheaper than I expected. Came in today to drop off a package for the second time and the first time honestly the women helping was rude because i unfortunately had one label for two packages, I didn't know so I apologized but she was rude and now i come back and she was super rude again i just told her I was here for drop off and she said I could leave it right there . So I asked for the receipt she the said well I have to help her because she was here before you . Mind you this lady was not done and I've dropped off boxes all you have to do is scan and it prints something out ....... Idk why she acted busy when she was talking to customer or how he likes his iPhone 17 and how's the camera how about you focus on your job; and not be rude. Coming from customer service this is NOT how It's done and our company will no longer be using this location. Someone should train Beth on sense of urgency and customer service read more
