I had a book shipped to the UPS Store on Grape Street in Lake Elsinore. When I went to pick it up a young female assistant with dark hair and tattoos told me that it hadn't arrived yet. I told her the tracker showed it being delivered and she was curt and sarcastic with me. I returned twice more and was told that it was lost and I should file a claim. The book cost me nearly $275.00. After filing the claim there was no contact from UPS. After a couple of months I called and was told that it had been resolved - UPS had refunded the money to the distributer! I called the ABA who I ordered it from and they shipped another book to a different UPS store for free. UPS then charged me $8 to pick it up! read more

Very unprofessional, unpleasant and annoying customer service that I am experiencing at this location, especially the employee's attitudes. Never thought will give a bad review but they need to know and hopefully will change!! I have been renting their mail box services here for more than half year now and I used to come here a lot in the beginning to pick up my mailings and packages but for awhile we wouldn't come since we wouldn't feel pleasant being there. It costs nothing for you to greet your customers and be friendly to make your business's appearance better and more professional. Thankfully this store was open for a couple hours on sundays. we went to this location a couple of weeks ago but came about 10 minutes too early so we had to wait outside for the place to open. we waited for the UPS employee to get settled in and when she opened the doors for us, she was very kind and appreciative that we waited for her. Extremely friendly and great service, helped us get our stuff packed and ready for shipment. Even let us use her tape and scissors as needed. I came in for my first time returning an item and was unaware of what I'm supposed to do. They had a long line that went by very fast within 5 min! There were two employees one of which was Stephanie. As I walked up she had a very friendly greeting and I made her aware that I was clueless of the standard process of returning items. My box was not sealed as my instructions did not include that part or I may have just missed it. She was very accommodating and kind to just seal it up for me this one time and you know it's just the little things that count the most. I walked in just feeling a little down today due to health issues going on and it's these nice kind gestures and a smile that make the difference. Extremely disappointing service by Liz the assistant manager and Adam. She smirked when I asked her to please not touch my phone. The Amazon return app had a glitch and selected the wrong location even when I clicked on UPS Store, but Liz kept saying over and over again that I must have clicked on Kohl's. She smirked again. I wanted to leave in good spirits, so I told her I appreciated her help. My hands were full, so I asked her to please write down her name on my receipt, but she said I can write it down. When I pointed to my full hands, she sarcastically asked whether she could touch my receipt. The sarcasm and rude demeanor (e.g., "Okay. Okay. Okay." with a smirked and bobbing head movements) even when I tried to respectfully communicate my disappointment with an open mind. Then Adam interjected himself into the conversation and made things worse when we were about to leave. Then, we went back into the store and got permission from a customer in line to quickly ask for Adam's name, but Adam didn't let us, cutting me off and saying the customer was ahead of me. We waited a long time to finally get Adam's name. On our way out, Stefan got to work and was the only positive aspect to our visit because he was incredibly kind and gentle. We also found out later that Liz and Adam also gave us misinformation by saying Liz was the manager, when--in fact--she is the assistant manager. Too bad the service was so disappointing because my family and I used to love UPS. I hope Stefan at least gets recognition. read more

I would like to enlighten anyone thinking of going to this store. Many of you have said Betty is the problem, but that is only the half of it. Mullet-head, Betty is best friends with the manager. But wait, that's not all. The "Manager's" PARENTS own this and Murrieta store. Do Not waste your time. They can do whatever they want in there, and that includes EXTREMELY, UNDERTRAIN all the employees, so that can fire whoever they don't like. Translation- anyone who is not rude. This place radiates negativity from a mile away, and the minute you enter the store, you feel sick. New employee every week, then gone the next, and it's always a he nice ones. All the girls at this location are super helpful and go out of their way to help the customer. Being older I don't really get along with computers but the staff here really goes beyond their job description to help me print the documents I need give me the time to fill out what I need and then fax it to the company that I need all with the biggest smile on their face. Horrible customer service. Brought two people in to get a livescan and Betty was less than pleasant. She seemed very frustrated and refuse to help the person getting their prints done. She was telling him how to put his fingers on the slide but refused to assist. I have seen livescans done many times and it is very necessary to help them as to get a good read. This man had a language barrier and didnt understand her. This frustrated her even more. She then started talking to him like he was a 5 year old. It wasnt until the owner arrived that all of a sudden she was very helpful and laughing and joking with them. I came here for an Amazon return. Done a number of times: complete online return, receive QR code, take to location. Easy enough. This time though, we were charged a label printing fee ($4.09) Questionable but we paid the fee. Returned home and investigated the fee with Amazon who verified it was a free return including pack, ship and label. Sooo,I called this UPS to inquire about the fee and was told it was because we didn't have the QR code. Incorrect, we had the code and she scanned it right in front of my husband which produced the return information. However, the real problem actually started when the CSR that took my call put down the phone to tell her manager the situation (not realizing I wasn't on "hold" and could hear her) and said "she's rude so f*** her!" Are you kidding me?! When the manager got on the phone I told her I heard the whole conversation...which she denied. The $4 I was questioning certainly was not worth the anger I felt once I heard a CSR behave like that! I will NEVER do business here again and cannot believe the manager accepted her actions....appalling!! read more

IF YOU NEED LIVE SCAN, DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!!! Seriously folks, if you're like me and needed a live scan, going here will be A NIGHTMARE. I passed the notary exam in October 2017. I went here in early November with my forms from the CA SOS with all my information, paid the $70, only to have my live scan submitted wrong by the INFAMOUS BETTY R. Rejection notice came in December. Went back with a new form and the notice from the CA SOS office, and Betty R. got SNAPPY and had the nerve to tell me "I don't see any reason why I would've gotten anything wrong. I did the scan perfectly fine, but I GUESS we can redo it for free this time..." with her sarcasm. So she had this other girl, Ivy do it for me. Was resubmitted WRONG AGAIN. Got that rejection notice at the beginning of February. Called the CA SOS office for the Notary Public division, and they said I need to go do a resubmission AGAIN, and refuse to pay because they're supposed to do it as many times as it takes for free to get it right since I paid already for the initial attempt. Betty R. had the nerve to raise her voice at me when I went back in, even with information and phone in hand to call the CA SOS. I've filed a grievance with UPS to get a refund because there is no way in heck I will be going back there to let Betty R. bully me again. UPS Corporate has only been responding to my case once a month and its June now. So February to June, time WASTED. Called CA SOS yesterday and they told me I will need to go somewhere else because things have gotten so screwed up. Will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General and hope others do as well if they had a similar problem with these people. UPS is good and all for mailing and delivery, but there are some things they shouldn't do, LIKE LIVE SCAN. Putting my current job in jeopardy. Know what its like to let your boss know you passed the notary exam yet have nothing to show for it? Embarrassing. Betty R. is in the wrong business and should be fired. With her rude attitude and mindset that she is perfect and could do no wrongs, I don't see WHY she works here. Will not be returning here for ANY reason. I was 6 or 7 times in this store because I had problems with a shipment with the wrong address I felt a little frustrated because I did not know what would happen to my lost package. Hi Neighbors , Recently I had the misfortune of stopping at the UPS store on Grape Street in Lake Elsinore to ask a series of questions in regard to returning a 50 Pound box that I had received in error. Initially I was told one thing , which seemed quite easy and accommodating but when I tried to do what I was told by an employee in the store my husband who is handicapped brought the box to the store and was told that it would not be processed or picked up by UPS ground without a return slip. EVERY person we spoke to prior to this had said that was not necessary. All I can say is the employees (and owner) don't seem to know what they are doing. Never going to this UPS store again! Manager Betty was extremely rude. I went twice because the first time I did not have all the info I needed for my livescan/fingerprinting. I came back with the info a few days later and she was still being very rude. She called me up to help me and when I told here I was there for the live scan and she practically yelled at me WELL THERES A LINE HE IS FIRST. The store itself is a 5 but I am giving their management a 2. I simply went to pick up a small package because I was notified via email that it had arrived there. When I asked for my package up front the manager was extremely rude and was quick to basically say that I should have called first because she hadn't logged in any of the packages yet and for her to find my package she'd have to go through everyone of those boxes. It's my understanding that that's one of the services provided there. It was also time sensitive so it was important that I pick it up that day. It was a very small bag she could have easily found. Thankfully her extremely kind coworker picked up on the cues, looked at me, and started to look for my package. I wish I would've gotten her name because she deserves a major shout out for making the extra effort. I have tried this store 3 separate times over a 4 month span. Just thinking it was a bad for the employees there. I was wrong once again. The two girls that are usually in there during the day are extremely rude and disrespectful. I went in this last time just to drop off a pre paid package, and there was a line. I have always just dropped off pre paid packages at other ups store locations so thought it is the same here too. I simply asked the girl behind the counter "may I leave my prepaid package here ?" She responded with a ' no give it here ' and I said ok thanks. She said I NEED a receipt. I said no thanks but she insisted. I asked her why I need this receipt and without hesitation her asinine response was " if it gets lost it's your problem". I looked at her and said really!? I walked out of the store holding the urge to rip her out from behind the counter and let her know how much of a bitch she has always been. Stay away from this place. I don't often need to use a packing/mailing service, but it just so happened i recently did. I was mailing a package to the east coast and was a little weary at first. But AUNJULI (name on my receipt) was VERY pleasant and confident in her packing abilities. What the best part was, is that my daughter was very impressed when she received the package thinking I had packed it. She let me know how well and perfect it was packed when she received it.
