Deserves a 0!!! I recently tried to rent a mailbox at this location on 8/20/20.. Lots of issues where I never got my key to the box in which the Idiot guy of a manager named Michael "MORON" MORRIS called himself fixing the issue several days later he called me and explained some complete BS lies to resolving the issue which results in me asking for my money back..and he told me "your not getting your money back Dear!!!" Very rude and unprofessional i am in the process of filing with the BBB and going to small claims court for my money back!..I have never even used the box!! And you think you just going to get $60 out of me like that?! Please oh please take my advice and DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR SERVICES!! So very unprofessional and worse things about it ..it is franchise owned with no one to contact for customer complaints. read more

Needed to make a QVC return and I was in and out with a receipt in no time. The rep that helped me was very friendly and efficient. If you need to do a return, make sure you have it taped up and ready to go or they will charge you - I think it's $1 per package. read more

First let me say that I gave a 1 star because I couldn't leave a review otherwise. Approximately mid July I started a UPS claim as my DeLonghi coffee had to be shipped out for repair. They took my claim and was told they would call me. Before I was told it was rejected I never received a call or email. I placed another claim based on the general $100.00 all packages receive. Again they said they would call which they never did. I went in weekly, sometimes twice a week. Yesterday I went in to ask the progress and they wouldn't give it to me. I was told the guy that takes care of the claims would be back tomorrow which I had been told before. I asked for that person's name, the owner or managers name and the rude person behind the counter refused to give me any information. I asked his name and he would not give me information. I have been coming to this store since the week it opened many years ago. Today I go in and the " person that handles the claims" would not give me the information about my claim, his number or at of the manager, owner or the rude worker who helped me the day before. The " Claim guy" was just as rude of not more. It appears they are related as they share the same bad attitude. I've never received such horrible customer service ever. I also feel I might have been treated badly due to being a senior citizen. I would advise against gong to this UPS Store if you expect honesty, and good customer service. I would use the store on the East end in Moreno Valley or any other UPS store. These people have no class or honor. I wanted to add that out of 62 reviews 33 of the reviews are bad experiences. If I could give zero stars I would. So apparently if you have an Amazon return which is FREE via UPS, you will be CHARGED $1.08 for a piece of tape to be applied to the box. When I asked the owner why it changed, he chose to argue with me that it isn't free regardless of what Amazon states. Maybe the new owner needs to recoup the cost of all the crystals they have around the store. Not to mention the incense smell is so completely overwhelming. Today I went for notary service again , I made an appointment and everything , and they tell me that they don't have a notary anymore . So why don't you stop appt services ? I have had such exceptional service at this location. They are always friendly, so willing to help me and today they even worked patiently with my toddler while taking his passport photos. They have helped me print signs for a dog I found, returned my Amazon packages and now took my sons passport photo and always with a smile and kind words. I know you can't see the smile with the mask but as someone that has worked in a customer service oriented field for almost 20 years now you know when someone is giving service with a smile. The sign posted on the front door by management clearly states five customers are allowed in the store at a time but store employees refuse to allow more than two customer into the store during noon 91 degree temps. This is an obvious disregard for clientele. read more

The man that was in the ups store he was young African American was very rude and was mad because I asked for tape! The owners were right behind him and didn't care that he was throwing my package and was upset for some reason. Went in the store with my mom and the line was ridiculously long. So my mom and a few others asked if they can get service, maybe have someone help them and one worker was doing her job, the other Maddie or Maddy was on the computer. When the co-worker asked for Maddie's help, without even turning around she simply said NO. Mind up the line was getting longer and longer. I didn't know you can come to work and refuse service or not do anything. Ridiculous! So I rarely ship packages. This month I've shipped plenty.. I finally use this store, assuming I'll save 2 bucks each on package. And EVERYTHING goes wrong instead. I look at my receipt, the return address i put on the box, Is not, I repeat is not on the label. Its to my bosses company. Idk how u mess that up. Then, I look at the address they sent them to. And for some reason they sent them all to one person. I have 3 different names and 2 completely different addresses, and now one person across the country will be receiving all 3 packages . This place will loose your package. I went in with two packages to be shipped back to Amazon. A young male took his phone out and scanned one of my packages then asked me if I had more items to be scanned. Fail number one. Dude there's two packages on this counter. The guy gave me back the package he scanned with his phone. Fail number two, he is a terrible listener. I asked him to hold up and let me make sure both items got scanned. While I'm looking in my phone to retrieve the second code to be scanned. A woman steps in and asks if I need a receipt. I said yes. The male Asian clerk says to her he already has it. Fail number 3, when did you give me a receipt? I told the guy to wait and let me find my other barcode that needs to be scanned. He interrupted me again this time asking some unnecessary questions as to which package was I shipping. Fail number 4, meth or speed attic. At this point I'm just ready to go. So I tell the guy just ship them together back to Amazon and I leave the store believing they scanned both items since they took both items only to find out the male Asian only scanned one of my packages. The Marcos guy with glasses was rude, didn't want to help, acted annoyed when I needed help, and interrupted helping me to print out another customers labels and charge her for them as well. Young lady greeted every one with a good morning. I needed to print out some papers for a job interview I had. With in two minutes I had everything I needed. So helpful and polite. I got a livescan a week ago and they messed it up and didn't submit the fbi one cuz of whatever computer problems they were having and didn't tell me so my employer had to email me to go again so I went back & wait an hour and a half while the guy helped literally everyone else that walked in. BEWARE...I sent a care package for Valentine's from this UPS Store. The package had been opened in the shipping process at the bottom of the box. The box had been sealed by the boxing company (not taped up) and someone opened it and went through the box, purposely damage the products inside. Someone cut the seal on the pasta sauce and opened the jar, leaving it to spill all over the contents of the box. It soiled the Valentine's Day card and cupcake holders and ruined them. Someone tore open the box of cupcake mix and sliced open the heart shaped pasta. They broke apart the candy bar and smashed two containers of lemonade Girl Scout cookies. The bottom of the box was re-taped shut and the package was shipped to Davis, CA. My daughter picked it up immediately in the office after delivery and sent me a text about the condition of the package. By the pictures, it is clear that this happened during the shipping process. UPS refused to re-inverse for the damage claiming it was my fault for the way it had been packaged. It was clear that a person had opened up the box and purposely damaged the products inside. I made an inquiry about the claim at this UPS and the clerk stated that it looked like the package had been tampered with. I will encourage people NOT to ship through UPS and I will never use UPS again! SHAMEFUL UPS! Here is UPS's Response: After starting the claim process and submitting your photos UPS has denied your claim for improper packing. The minimum requirement for burst strength is 200lbs and require a minimum of two inches of padding between the items and box and perishables are not covered for damages, your box was only 32lbs. I have attached the requirements for proper packaging for future reference. We are sorry this happened to you and that we couldn't do more for you. I miss the two gentlemen that used to work there. The "new people" they have now was very rude to me. They accused me of stealing copies when you have to slide your debit/credit card FIRST in order to use the computer and whatever you print will be charge to the card you used. So for them to ask "did you pay for them copies" was a bit redundant. read more

By far the worst ups store I have ever visited! Horrible customer service. Instead of the representative admitting she was wrong and had made a mistake she ran to get her boss to try to back her on her mistake. The boss then came to me, and without even intently examining the receipt came to the conclusion that I was wrong and that her employee was right. I insisted that she review the receipt and when she finally did she discovered that the employee did in fact overcharge me. She did refund me the difference, but that was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. I highly recommend you go to another mail store and avoid the headache and hidden fees. All I can say is that if you do go here proceed at your own risk and pay close attention to your entire transaction. On top of all be prepared to encounter some of the worst customer service ever. read more

The manager is not very knowledgable about ups policy. Store is dirty. I recommend canyon crest. Significantly better. Wanted to overcharge just to receive packages under my business name. I made an appointment online for notary services, received two emails confirming the appointment and when my husband went to the appointment he was told they do not provide notary service at the location. I called and spoke to a clerk there and told him what happened, he was not very concerned. I said he should let corporate know that online appointments should not be scheduled for that location, and he said well that really isn't something he can do. Really?? I just had AMAZING service here. Im from Yucaipa but had to come out to Moreno Valley since they were the only ones open on a Sunday and I was met with amazing and happy workers. There was a young man and lovely young lady named Ruby that helped me out. They took the time to tell me which way would be cheaper to send baby clothes to my sister across the country and Ms Ruby helped me unpack 4 boxes and put it into one big box. So...I like to think I am always polite to people in customer service. I have worked it so I understand. As long the customers treated me with respect, then I did the same and did everything I could to help. One of the employees here, a younger African American man, does not share this philosophy. I paid the $6 to use the store as a UPS Access Point to hold two important packages. One was fine and easy to get but the other, the far more important one, was supposedly not there. He brushed me off and was extremely rude. After waiting around the store trying to contact UPS customer service and getting in line again to speak to the other employee working, the original douche bag finally came up with a package and said "I think this may be it...yup. You good." Like...what's wrong with you you freaking moron? At least say sorry. Your paid to find and move boxes dude. Do your job or get a new one. read more
