Are you kidding me ? Have not bought a stamp in forever but my child's school asked for one so i stop by this place . I purchased 4 stamps at $3.40 (85 cents each) thought it was a bit high but had no other option near by. I got home and researched it and found out that the individual price of a stamp at the post office is 55 cents. This place unlike any other place in Temecula / Murrieta marks up the stamps close to 60% ... what a rip off and they only sell them in 4s. I called more than a dozen postal annex stores and they sell stamps anywhere from 60 cents to 70 cents. Its not about the few more cents I had to spend but about how some businesses are only about profit and ripping the consumer off I will never step a foot again at this store read more

Outstanding Customer Service! Shelley, the manager, and her team have always provided professional services. Whether it be shipping, packing, faxing, shredding, or other services, they have been spot on. Even when we had a delivery issue, Shelley took it on her own to fight for me and got our claim approved. Shelley is a very dedicated UPS manager who always takes care of her customers. Lessly has perhaps the worst customer service out of any employee I've ever encountered. Every time I come in to this store she is rude- rude tone, won't look you in the eye, barely talks. Doesn't even say thank you or tell you what to do. I know you may not love your job but if you don't want it someone else would gladly work for you! read more

Shelley is absolutely AWESOME! She is always on top of things and goes out of her way to assist everyone - customers and employees. I had such a terrible experience here. It's a shame two ladies working here couldn't figure out how to use a printer. Isn't that in the job description? Also, when I was there I waited for twenty minutes and neither of those employees greeted me or asked if I needed help. Even when I told one of the employees I needed help printing a return label, she just looked at me and then started helping the next customer in line. I'm so surprised at the terrible service and the fact that even after the line was down all this lady could do was complain about my simple request to print something. read more

If I could I'd give this location 0 stars. The only reason I continue to come to this location is because it's less than 5 mins away from my house. I've been helped by 2 different people and both are incredibly rude and treated me so poorly. Sometimes they aren't even paying attention and are too busy trying to cut you off mid-sentence to realize they're not sorting out your packages correctly. This place is so terrible. read more

Came in to drop off a box to send equipment back to DISH. To my surprise UPS does a lot more than just shipping. They make banners and business cards too! Christina was a great help and very pleasant! I also saw license plate frames on the wall which you can have customized, so today was my lucky day because I have been trying to find a place that does it locally. I would just like to say that after several bad experiences at the local postal annex, this UPS store is a breath of fresh air. The staff is always very friendly, always having small talk with my son who plays lacrosse. They ALWAYS give you a receipt upon drop off, and I have never had a package reach its designated destination on time if not early. I was very disappointed to find out that the tracking number furnished for a USPS mailing was not recognized buy the United states Postal services!!! I paid for a First Class USPS delivery, not sure of what I actually got. There is no tracking or insurance that your package will arrive. Costly mistake!! I should have gone to the post office. The tracking and reference shipment/item numbers will be of absolutely no use to you or them if your package is not delivered. On multiple occasions I have entered into this location and the women that work there just stare at me and continue to do as they were doing previously. I am sure it's because I am African-American because every other individual that was in the store on each occasion was greeted with a smile, was welcomed in and was assisted right away. For myself I had to wait and I had to ask them to help me. This last time, one lady was helping another customer and the older blonde woman actually turned her back to me and walk away and started doing something else other than offering assistance. When I asked her to help me after waiting a long period of time and watching her doing other projects, she came over to assist with an attitude. I will not use this location anymore because of the service that I have received in this location. The employee never smiled when I was present which I could understand, However I placed an order and made a mistake of the shipping address. So I had to come back, but instead of changing my order professionally by using the computer and creating a new label the employee suggested to use a pen and make the correction . The employee's attitude and conduct made me feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Not only that but there was no else in the store to justify lazyness and I feel as if the color of my skin may contribute to her attitude, although it is just speculation on my part, but when another customer came in, the employee drop what she was working on with me and completed the other customers business before settling mine. I needed to have some invites printed, so I placed an on-line order, as my printer doesn't print high quality. To save money I created a document that had 4 invites on one 8.5"x11" page. I spent the better part of my morning making sure the images were the same size and the back lined up with the front. The preview I received on-line while making my order and the one sent to me after my order was placed and paid for showed that there was no border and would be two-sided, it looked exactly how I wanted it. I go to pick up the 4 pages I ordered and she hands me 8 (they did not print the invite two-sided), and there was a border cutting off the outsides of my invites. I asked them to reprint without the border and they tried to tell me it was my fault in how I placed the order. I thankfully was able to pull up my order on my phone and show them, and their only response was "huh, that's odd" and I said, can you just reprint it, two-sided without a border? The gentleman, who was supposedly the "expert" according the only other worker at the moment, told me there is no possible way for them to print without the border. Now I have never worked for the UPS store, but I do get prints made often, and I know there is a way for there to be no border, but they were unwilling to even look. So I asked for a refund, and the gal who admitted to not knowing how to do the prints, refunded me 47 cents short of what I paid. Whatever I am not going to bother going back for it, but common, maybe TRAIN your employees before having them work?!!? This will be the last time I go to this location. read more

I LOOOVE these guys! I am in there several times throughout the year and have never been disappointed. At Christmas, my fragile gifts are treated with care and packaged so well that my recipients have always received them intact and on time. I mailed a package last week and received my receipt and tracking number before I left the store. A couple days later I received an e-mail confirmation that my package had been delivered, even before I heard from the recipient!!! This trio is great! Don't expect to get your mail here, I've had multiple pieces of mail get lost while using this postal location and not a single person I've spoken to there is helpful, useful or done anything to help out with our lost mail.
