No greeting, no one said hello, nor said anything. It was dark and I went to the front and finally someone walked out. I had to greet them instead and explain what I needed. I'm familiar with most of the staff as I've seen them before but this time, was my first time seeing this worker name Anthony. Didn't smile, or really speak, just quiet, and looked like he hated his job or didn't want to be there. They have young people working here and are either uneducated, not knowledgeable, or incompetent. Came here to get a document notarized and it was like pulling teeth. What should've been a simple procedure and transaction was rather slow and a frustrating experience. The process took forever and the guy looked like he didn't know what he was doing. He was reading the document so long and was staring at it. I asked him if there was an issue and asked if that was his first time doing that. He said it was his first time seeing my document. He asked what else I needed with that document and I told him what I needed as it says it in the document. IT CLEARLY STATES IT THERE, what the notary is asking for; only two things...the signed document and a copy of my identification. THAT'S IT. Basically the kid was too lazy to read it and didn't know how to do it, so he asked ME instead as if to summarize it for him or indicate to him what the document is needing. My suggestion is, these young kids need more proper training. I'm probably not much older than that kid but these people that UPS is hiring are not well knowledgeable. They need to learn how to do their job and stop being lazy. The process took so long that I had to get somewhere urgently and the kid took his sweet time writing whatever he needed down in a book and just taking way too long with a simple document that could've taken like 5-10 minutes. He was really SLOW. I know he comprehends but it was probably too early for him for a Saturday morning maybe partying the night before. There's two workers. One was hiding in the back. The female for whatever reason was not helping and there were people coming in and no one was helping them. The guy Anthony helping us had his head down the whole time, didn't even look up to greet the customer or said to them he'll be with them in a moment. Nothing. Just quiet and motionless. The one hiding in the back didn't even come out for a good minute. I turned around and motioned to the lady carrying boxes, that "there's someone in the back," hoping she'd come out and help, but didn't. Not even the worker in front of me said anything. He finally finishes and cashes me out. I see him turn around looking for his coworker to the back door and mumbled out loud "WHERE IS SHE?" and then out pops her head and comes out of nowhere and FINALLY gives him a hand. The staff here are lazy, slow, and just inefficient. They're not as helpful and should be on top of it. There's other guys that work here during the week and are much quicker, but the two working that Saturday morning 6/20/26 was just really bad. They need more proper training. My advice to management is staff training, and educating them on customer service skills and the job duties and how to do them correctly. Other locations have been more useful. Avoid this place if possible unless you are willing to spend all day here as they will waste most of your time.

The owner says my original review is false. First, I don't know if the young man I interacted with was the owner Rondal at that time. Second, such a delay may convey the ineptitude of the owner, but more important, would the owner, if the same young man, remember the event 5 years ago with so many customers since?! And if Rondal was not the the young man whom I interacted with, how would Rondal, the owner today say my review is false! My review in 2019 IS TRUE TO THE LETTER, and the poor interaction is what prompted me to write the review. Here is my review at that time: "I went in to mail a package. After Rondal took my package, I asked for a receipt. He said he doesn't give receipts because he is not a UPS store. I said, you took my package, what if it gets lost, I have no proof you received it and sent it. He said, and i quote, "That's not my problem" in a disrespectful way! I was taken aback by such rudeness, lack of good business attitude and a lack of gratefulness that I was using his business. I won't use the business again. If the owner reads this, please contact me, as Rondal [if the young man] would only refer me to his business card on the desk." The card did not give the name of the owner of the business. If Rondal the owner is the young man at the time, then maybe he has learned more respect for his customers. Service Requested: I had some 3x5 cardstock flyers made up for the local Wiseburn Educational Foundation Rock Around the Block that I gave a file the night before and picked up the morning of the event. The turn around was great! Sheidy and Mariah helped me size up my print to make it look great. Great team members! Quality: Professional quality prints and were cut to size. No extra work on my part so I was very satisfied. Value: There was a special running for the prints and I got a great value for the advertisement flyers to hand out. Paid under $300 for over 500 3x5 cardstock color flyers cut to size. If you think what that would take on a home laser printer and time on a cutting board you will realize what a Great value this is.

Do not have your items packed or shipped by FedEx, especially not at this location. Recently, I…read moresold an $800 turntable on eBay and decided to ship it with FedEx. Their "FedEx Office Packing Pledge" states that if you have fragile items, at FedEx, "You'll get the right solution, along with the ultimate peace of mind" with "Packages packed by FedEx Office team members at a FedEx Office location". Additionally, they state, "In any event, FedEx liability for fragile items, items of extraordinary value, and other items whose market value is difficult to ascertain is limited to $1,000". However, when my turntable arrived at the customer significantly damaged, FedEx refused to honor that commitment. The turntable plastic cover arrived cracked and broken in multiple areas. Parts were left unsecured, causing damage to the stylus and possibly the arm, which is needed to actually play a record, and most notably, the corners of the turntable were chipped on both sides. This is a heavy and sturdy turntable, which means the turntable was either forcefully dropped multiple times onto the corners, banged on something before shipping, or the turntable wasn't protected at all despite their claim of being professionals. When I submitted my claim to FedEx, I went through weeks of pushback and policy loopholes. They stated the most they could refund me would be $115. So now I have to return the customer's payment, and I have a significantly damaged and possibly unusable turntable that costs $800+ to replace, in addition to a $250+ stylus. Again, I paid for FedEx to ship and package the product, and paid extra for fragile item shipping. And still they refuse to support. It's shameful that such a big company makes these grand promises to provide great services, and when they fail, they refuse to take responsibility and leave the customer paying for their mistakes.
