This is the ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS I have come across in my life. I am a Customer Service…read moreCorporate Trainer and I'm actually using this experience for future training of what NOT to do. I called on 9/11 and spoke to the owner, who answered the phone, and was EXTREMELY RUDE. When he answered the phone he said, "Hello?" No name, nothing. I wanted to make sure I had the correct company, so I said, "Who do I have the pleasure of speaking with?" He replied, "NO ONE." and HUNG UP! I was in SHOCK. I called back twice, when he answered the phone and I told him what I was looking to do and I didn't appreciate him hanging up on me, when all I wanted to do was pay him for an entire year of service for my sister. He replied, "I am extremely busy and I don't care." and HUNG UP AGAIN. What? Stay away from this business, If this is how he treats prospective customers, can you imagine the lack of customer service existing ones receive. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

I've had a box here for 4 years. Never a problem. The owner is a great guy. Funny reading some bad…read morereviews here considering I've never had a problem and always received great customer service. Sometimes customers are stupid and I don't blame the owner for not caring about them. If you look at the bad reviewers you can often see they give bad reviews to everybody. For some reason they like causing pain onto others. Should see a psychologist for help instead of lashing out at people just making a living. Life is short. Get a life disgruntled customers.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident that occurred during one of my…read morevisits to your store. Upon entering the store, I was confronted about a previous review I had written. My post had been printed and pinned to the wall behind the counter, and I was identified by two staff members--a woman and a gentleman--as soon as I reached the counter. Shortly thereafter, I was confronted by the manager, Brian. At no point during this interaction was I asked how the business could earn back my trust or improve my experience. Instead, the situation appeared to be predicated on the idea of "getting back at" a customer for leaving feedback. The conduct demonstrated what appeared to be a coordinated effort by staff to single me out rather than address concerns constructively. During the exchange, Brian also yelled "A** H***" in my direction. Regardless of the intent behind the remark, those words should never be spoken to a customer under any circumstance. Given the scene that had been created, I felt it was necessary to disengage from the situation out of concern for my own safety. The fact that employees had coordinated to target me made it clear that the situation had escalated far beyond a normal customer interaction. As I left and reached the door, I realized I had forgotten to give them a receipt for packages received. When I returned briefly, I observed staff laughing and cheering about the incident that had just transpired. The core issue here is the weaponization of a group of employees to target a customer. This behavior is unacceptable, and every customer deserves to know that such conduct occurred. To Brian and the staff present that day: your cheering and sense of triumph--"we got him"--has resulted in the permanent loss of a customer of over 11 years. I will no longer be doing business with this location. I hope you recognize the long-term cost of that decision and reflect on how future customers may be treated.

I needed them to print the shipping label and there is a charge for that (under $3). They will have the email information on a sign closer to the door that people should send things to in order to be printed so that it's ready to go by the time you reach the register. The people that work there have always been super friendly and this time was no different. BONUS: They have a mailbox for real mail if you need it!

No greeting, no one said hello, nor said anything. It was dark and I went to the front and finally someone walked out. I had to greet them instead and explain what I needed. I'm familiar with most of the staff as I've seen them before but this time, was my first time seeing this worker name Anthony. Didn't smile, or really speak, just quiet, and looked like he hated his job or didn't want to be there. They have young people working here and are either uneducated, not knowledgeable, or incompetent. Came here to get a document notarized and it was like pulling teeth. What should've been a simple procedure and transaction was rather slow and a frustrating experience. The process took forever and the guy looked like he didn't know what he was doing. He was reading the document so long and was staring at it. I asked him if there was an issue and asked if that was his first time doing that. He said it was his first time seeing my document. He asked what else I needed with that document and I told him what I needed as it says it in the document. IT CLEARLY STATES IT THERE, what the notary is asking for; only two things...the signed document and a copy of my identification. THAT'S IT. Basically the kid was too lazy to read it and didn't know how to do it, so he asked ME instead as if to summarize it for him or indicate to him what the document is needing. My suggestion is, these young kids need more proper training. I'm probably not much older than that kid but these people that UPS is hiring are not well knowledgeable. They need to learn how to do their job and stop being lazy. The process took so long that I had to get somewhere urgently and the kid took his sweet time writing whatever he needed down in a book and just taking way too long with a simple document that could've taken like 5-10 minutes. He was really SLOW. I know he comprehends but it was probably too early for him for a Saturday morning maybe partying the night before. There's two workers. One was hiding in the back. The female for whatever reason was not helping and there were people coming in and no one was helping them. The guy Anthony helping us had his head down the whole time, didn't even look up to greet the customer or said to them he'll be with them in a moment. Nothing. Just quiet and motionless. The one hiding in the back didn't even come out for a good minute. I turned around and motioned to the lady carrying boxes, that "there's someone in the back," hoping she'd come out and help, but didn't. Not even the worker in front of me said anything. He finally finishes and cashes me out. I see him turn around looking for his coworker to the back door and mumbled out loud "WHERE IS SHE?" and then out pops her head and comes out of nowhere and FINALLY gives him a hand. The staff here are lazy, slow, and just inefficient. They're not as helpful and should be on top of it. There's other guys that work here during the week and are much quicker, but the two working that Saturday morning 6/20/26 was just really bad. They need more proper training. My advice to management is staff training, and educating them on customer service skills and the job duties and how to do them correctly. Other locations have been more useful. Avoid this place if possible unless you are willing to spend all day here as they will waste most of your time.
