I went there about a month ago to pick up a parcel from Old Navy - They have a program where they drop it at a UPS store instead of your home. On going to the UPS store I was told that there would be a $10 charge to pick up the package. I told them to return the package because of this. I then sent mail to Old Navy customer service and they apologized and said I should not have been requested to pay anything to pick the package up. I then went to the Old Navy store and did my shopping there. Basically I lost 2-3 hours over this whole thing. read more

Best UPS in the area. The workers here are super nice and very fast. The line moves quick and I hardly ever have to wait. Had a drop off and saw a long line outside the UPS off Aborn and White and immediately left to come here. Encountered the laziest UPS worker ever here, lol. Came in around 11am/12pm today, and there was a tattooed lady behind the register. She didn't have a nametag, so the only way I can identify her is by the lipstick tattoo on her chest/neck. I had Amazon return packages that I left on the counter to the left side of her register. Usually, I just drop them off and leave because I don't need a receipt. Other workers have always been pleasant and helpful. They don't mind that I drop off boxes. This woman, however, stopped me as I was walking out the door to tell me to move the boxes to the RIGHT side of her register. Lol, why? What's the point? They weren't heavy, and she could have done it herself without even moving from her spot. Even if they WERE heavy, let me just say that I am 9 months pregnant and clearly showing. I am so happy with the friendly helpful service at this store! I have been here several times and it's always the same 5 star service with every employee there. I went the most recent time to make some document copies, and although I'm not particularly tech challenged, the machine was unfamiliar and a bit uncooperative. Ofelia came to my rescue and helped me make my copies without making me feel like an idiot (which happens a lot at my age these days in some places). She was knowledgeable, genuine and helpful. Starting today as of June 24, 2020 @ 1PM, I will NEVER use this UPS location on Story Road. My bad for not asking for the UPS Rep name but he was a Mexican rep. I was trying to ship a fishing rod box 7'x4"x6", he told me to go home and call UPS truck to pick it up because it's oversize. I shipped a box longer than 7' before without issues many times before. Either he's new or racist that's all I can say. I would give ZERO star if it exist, I will not recommend whoever trying to ship an large box. FYI, I went to UPS at 142 N Milpitas Blvd, Milpitas, CA 95035, and the REP was super nice and got my fishing rod box shipped back to the sender! read more

Looks like there's been some negative history at this location, but they've got new ownership a few months ago and things seem to be on track. I went in to mail a package back to Amazon. Their computer system was down, but the staff apologized profusely and made me (and the other clients) feel welcome while they brought it back on line. This is the worst ups to go to. They have absolutely the worst customer service here. Every person I have ever come in contact here is rude. Plus they charge for every single thing!!! Possibly might charge you a breathing fee if you breathe their air for too long. I'm a student and have ordered books from Chegg for yearssss. I've never once been charged "a sealing fee" for taping my damn box closed. 2 damn dollars for a slither of tape?!!! Shouldn't that "service" be included? Everything is supposed to be covered with Chegg but ups apparently has come up with this ridiculous charge. Rather drive and extra mile to the Tully location so I don't have to deal with rude people and ridiculous charges for everything. read more

However, I went to this UPS store and Dana helped me. I was in and out within 30mins. Dana knows exactly what to do: what size of box, if I need signature for delivery, how to package the box, what's the quickest way to handle corporate shipping, etc. She is friendly, efficient, and super fast! I come here often to buy boxes and ship at this location for many reasons. The customer service at this particular UPS store is awesome!! They always greet you as soon as you walk in the door and provide help right away! The young lady that helped me today with my packages was Dana. Dana is such a sweetheart, she's very professional and always takes care of me and will also take care of you with all of your packaging needs!!
