The store hours are 9 am to 7 pm. However, the store did not open at 9 am and I waited 45 minutes until I had to leave. Other customers continued to wait in the rain. I now have to drive to a much further location to handle the UPS business for my employer. read more

There are a lot of negative reviews but I think the place has changed. This was easily one of the most straightforward services I have had with UPS. When I arrived, the desk guy was quick ( less than 5 mins) to take care of the one person in front of me. So service appears to be quick and efficient (at least on this day). I gave my information for the deliveries, paid, and left. Place didn't look too messy. The one thing I think hat could be improved on was providing option to just write my info down rather than say them out loud. It is personal info, after all. But other than that, there's nothing else to dislike about the place. read more

I am very disappointed that I had to pay $2.60 to print out one page. That is very ridiculous and I will never go back to print.

I had to print out a form, get it notarized and faxed. It cost $20 bucks. The clerk was friendly and was in and out within 15 mins.

The sign door says open at 9am on Tuesdays. It's 9:50am and no one has yet opened up the shop? There are cage bars inside so maybe they have shut it down temporarily, although a sign outside to indicate as such would be more helpful. read more

Great place to send mail, use the computer, make copies etc. I like it because it's fairly close to my house and I can walk there. Friendly staff and a HOT TALL new boy working there that makes it worth while. SORRY hes married though but still easy on the eyes! read more

I will not be coming back to this UPS store. I went in to ship a couple of items with tracking numbers and they didn't have anymore tracking number stickers. I was not upset when this happened because the person working there (Robert) told me that I could call tomorrow and he would give me the tracking number when the tracking stickers arrived. When I called the next day the UPS working (Robert) told me he would email me the tracking numbers for the packages. Guess what that was not the case never received an email with them. Now I have to call again tomorrow to get the tracking numbers and hopefully they didn't ship my items without it. Long story short don't believe what they tell you make sure you have everything you need before you leave. read more

I had an important package that I had to ship in had class at 5:45 the yelp page is very misleading it says it is open 8:30-7:00pm I arrived shortly at 6:15 and the store is closed please update the yelp so it doesn't cause trouble for people thanks. read more

Lack of communication. Poor customer service. Overall dissatisfied customer. I went to UPS to ship an item with a prepaid label. They don't print prepaid return labels free. Okay fine understandable. Fedex does. When they asked me to go to the computer to print they didn't tell me there was a charge. When I try to print there computer runs slower than a snail. The guy later tells me after 2 minutes "Ohh don't use explore use chrome". Well now that they have clocked my usage time to charge me I guess they are happy. I'm disgusted with the service! Talk about training is cheap results matter. read more

I ordered a giant steel bumper for my Jeep wrangler and it came defective so I had to ship it back via UPS. And who was welcoming me with a giant smile? Horrible service !! They said they close at 6pm but close earlier then 6pm!! I arrive there at 5:48pm and there door is locked and they said they're closed?? Really?? I don't know if I was lucky but my experience here was 5 stars because I was literally in & out to return my book rentals without any complaints. I came in without my own box and the employee recommended me to do the large bubblewrap envelopes because he said that was the cheapest option, and that's without me even asking. Unlike some people, he wasn't trying to direct me to the most expensive option which was really nice. Plus during the whole process he was very nice. read more

Today i have came to the store to ship a box back to a vendor. The store only have one young lady working . There are two customers in front ont of me yet i see that the young lady bounced back and forth to help . When it time for my time turn I didn't have a return shipping label. Dana patiently explain to me and help me find the shipping label through my email. It took us a while but Dana was able to find it!!! She smile and carry a conversation through the whole time she was helping me. I'm very pleased and greatful to have Dana served me today. Dana have an excellent customer service!!! Due to my own mistake, I had to go to this location 2 evenings in a row. The first time I was helped by a male. The second night I was assisted by a female. Both nights I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous & helpful service extended-- not only to me, but to other patrons, as well. Both employees were friendly and ready to help. Although my Spanish is a bit rusty, both employees spoke English and Spanish while I was there--- another plus, given the community they serve. I recommend this location to anyone shipping a package. This is the worst ups I have ever went to, employees were talking to each other and didn't even acknowledge me until I addressed them to what I needed. On top of this the girl at the register was extremely rude, her name is jasmine. She looked like she was in a bad mood and hated her job with the unwelcoming face expression she gave me and the way she answered my question.
