First off... Great location to drop off an already paid package. Minimal customer service interaction ... put package on scale, they scan, print out receipt and you are on the way. The downside... very unprofessional, out dated and expensive (I should have known). As I walk in, I'm greeted by the associate who is sitting on the counter and on his phone. Not a great first impression. I ask for ground shipping on my package and was surprised it was so expensive however my client is paying (but he probably thought the same). I go ahead with the charges and then I'm required to fill out a paper invoice. Which just gets entered into their system. Get the systems updated! Who wants all that paper work? In addition, their computers were down so I had to take a picture of the tracking numbers rather than having it printed on the receipt. Long story short ... when I get home I call UPS for a quote on my package and it's $12 cheaper if I printed it out at home vs paying in the store. Please do not go to this location. One of the managers or employees at this store is very inconsiderate. I used there printing service to print a label for one of my boxes. Others were all printer by me at home and all boxes were taped. I was not only charged for the label (which was $4 and I was ok with it) but when i asked if I could use tape to attach that label, the employee warned me that i should bring my own tape and they will charge me for it. I I came at 5:30 to drop off a package to be shipped out for is literally 87 degrees outside with the sun shining through the windows and there is NO AC on! Do not do business with this store. I opened up a P.O. Box with them over about 9 months ago for a 6 month term. Around November when my term was up one of the associates (Christine I believe) gave me a call to remind me I would need to renew my box. I told them at that time I did not want to renew as I was using the box for a business and that business was now closed. They said that was fine but I had until the next day if I changed my mind. I did not change my mind but continued to receive calls from them regarding the box. I figured they wanted me to renew so I didn't field the calls. My girlfriend, who is also an account holder on the box, spoke with them and they gave her no information as to why they were calling. I figured the box was closed out as I had some mail sent to the box afterwards and was returned to me undeliverable. Fast forward to February: I get a call from the same associate. She said they needed my key and there were late fees on the box from December, January, and February. This information would have been nice in November when I said I was not going to renew. She denied talking to me in November (great customer service...) and that I would have to come in to drop off the key and pay the late charges. I told her I wouldn't pay any late charges since I told you over the phone I wasn't going to renew. Repeat this back and forth a few more times and she said her manager was going to call me the next day. I thought the associate was rude, but this manager takes the cake. She immediately denies the store ever called me back in November and that they sent me numerous notices and calls. I received one email in November, which is when I spoke to them over the phone. My girlfriend (another account holder) spoke to them over the phone thereafter and they gave her no information about why they were calling. Next she THREATENS TO TAKE ME TO COLLECTIONS. Very unprofessional location. The two ladies (associate and manager) working the P.O. Boxes are rude. Signing up was easy, but of course, when they're taking your money. However, there was a guy that helped me there on another occasion and he seemed pretty cool. That's about the only positive aspect I could see. read more

I visit this UPS Store all the time with Amazon.com return packages and Joe and team always helps me out. They never have issues giving receipts for packages and always very helpful. Big mistake, I used UPS stores everywhere I lived , no problems, until I end up at this location. There's never parking available at this location, be ready to waste at least 15 minutes or more if you are picking up your email after work. The employees are incredibly nice and helpful, but the owner is cheap! After spending $540 over 1.5 years for a mailbox, they made a mistake and lost my package which was worth only $18. I didn't make a big deal out of it. First they said come back when the owner is here. I went back to the store again and they said the owner is having lunch! Can you come back in an hour? Apparently he felt he was too important to meet a customer while having lunch. And finally I got to meet his excellency the owner when I went back again and instead of giving me a refund, he told me to go ask Amazon for help! How cheap can a business owner get? I got DROPPED OFF not double parked and the guy reprimanded me for double parking so I said ok and walked away leaving my package on the counter without a receipt. I've never needed one. He makes me come back threatening he won't take it unless he gives me a receipt. I said I've never needed one before so you're going to yell at me for how I "park" and then not take my package. The young girl at the counter said I should wait and she will give me a receipt. I said it's just a drop off, but she said that is the store policy. Made a mistake going to this UPS store, rather than putting off for another going to my usual Postal Annex+. I do not usually like UPS Stores due to they have terrible service, and today I unfortunately received that once again. Here at this UPS Store, they make you hand write every single detail, nothing is electronic or high tech. Then, if your penmanship is terrible, the man behind the counter, Monil, will ridicule you about your hand writing skills. Crazy, this is the same dude I saw in here just laying down on the counters relaxing while there wasn't any customers. Very professional! Shipping Label QR code wouldn't scan and a couple of other issues cropped up but Rona was extremely helpful and sorted everything out. I came in to deposit some checks for USAA. Most UPS Stores are set up are to accept it, but some do not. I don't blame them for that, but it was the manner in which the employees acted that warranted the review. They were standing towards the back of the store talking. They didn't greet me when I came in. When I said I needed to deposit some checks, they looked at me like I was stupid and responded "We don't do deposit brah."
