Had ups drop off here for local pickup- when I called they had trouble understanding what I was asking, and ended up just reciting to me what I read to them right off the website. When I arrived I was told my package was not there (even though I'd received online delivery confirmation). I ended up having to help the desk attendant since they couldn't see my name on the package... Which was on the front... In bold and capitalized on a UPS label. Once all that was done- it was still a 10 minute wait while the attendant called to figure out how to log the item into their system and let me sign. read more

The guy working here was so rude! He didn't acknowledge me when I came in and made no effort to answer any questions I had. In fact, when I asked him what is the size of your express envelope (since I needed a particular size for my application), he handed it to me and rudely said "measure it yourself". I don't walk around with a measure tape in my pocket and that's information he should know! Once I had my package prepared for him, he refused to paste the shipping label on the envelope! When I handed it to him, he returned it to me and said you need to stick the label yourself - how am I supposed to know where the label is supposed to go? - that's his job! This is for the Notary Service at this location. My grandmother went in today to get some documents notarized. The notary, however, had no idea what she was doing. She made my grandmother sign in the wrong places and didn't even have the grace to answer any of her questions. All she could say was "I don't know". Now I have to spend more time and money to get the document fixed because the notary "didn't know" anything. I know that this UPS has two different notaries, so I'm not sure how professional the other one is, but don't let Kacie U. notarize your important documents because I'm sure all you'll get is an "I don't know" read more

I don't live in the area any longer but grew up here in Dublin. I have been to this establishment on 3 -4 different occasions. The owner has been there everytime and is nothing short of RUDE. Today was the final straw, when I was stating I didn't want something he said "I wasn't talking to you" never will I be back! Very rude service. I have been in several times and each time I was made to feel that I am imposing on William. He has always been very unprofessional and surly. Incompetent. I brought in slightly oversized envelope to get postage. I mailed similar envelope recently and was charged around $1.00 (at Crow Canyon UPS). William took several minutes reviewing his computer to tell me that it would be almost $4.00. I asked for the details of how this was computed and he was unable to tell me, only saying that was what the computer was showing him. I left and went to UPS store on Crow Canyon. Notary service is awful. He didnt do it right, I went all the way to Martinez to get documents recorded, only to be told by the recorder, the notary didnt sign them all. I went back to get him to fix it, he said, it wasnt his fault but mine? then he had to nerve to tell me it would be more money. Terrible, terrible customer service. There was this black guy, a Nigerian or something. He had an attitude a mile high. I was simply returning AT&T equipment. The owner is possibly a relative of the salesman. Williams Ejuwa. He kept saying " I am done with you" " I am not your slave" I was astounded! I wanted to contact the store owner to complain about the exceptionally poor customer service. I finally was given a bogus phone number and name. I agreed with all the bad reviews of this ups store. The Nigerian guy is running some sort of scam through this shop so everyone beware. We had to notarized some documents yesterday and it took him 2.5 hours to notarize 8 pages. Took him another 45 minutes to scan the documents which he charged $2.35 a page without even letting me and my husband know before he did the scanning. FedEx charges $0.90 per page by the way. He wasted our whole afternoon and just completely ruin our day. I can keep going about his bad attitude but I am going to stop here because I don't want to spend another minute on this guy. read more

I dropped off a US Postal Service package here and it was promptly lost. The US Postal Service said the tracking label was never even scanned into its system, so it is likely it was lost by this store. In contrast, I've never had the USPS lose a tracked package or certified letter when I drop it off directly at the Post Office. read more

BAD experience here 6/6/12. I tried to mail a care package to a soldier in Afghanistan, through an APO address. A young pregnant woman waited on me, I asked if she knew how to mail to an APO address overseas and she said yes but clearly didn't. She tried to charge me over $400 to mail a 14x14 box! It should cost no more than $15-20. She also did not know how to judge the box size very well and I had to ask her to bubble wrap and put styrofoam peanuts in the box, not sure she would have done so otherwise! Unbelievable - person running this place should find another way to make a living. I had same experience as others - came in to drop of an amazon return - pre-labeled, nothing to do. I was third person in line. Rather than acknowledge me, the employee took 10 minutes to try to finish with the first customer shipping something. Then he moved on to the next person shipping two packages....after fiddling with the computer for 10 minutes here, he finally printed a label for ONE of the packages then started on the second.... You have an issue in how to deal with customers or to that matter, what customer service even means, and I'm being really nice here in describing it as just that and not describing it more explicitly. Am not surprised by it, seeing your replies to other comments. Also, that other customer was clearly someone you knew from a regular basis, and hence probably one of the few customers you actually treat with dignity and respect and some sort of professionalism, so don't use deception to make a point. After reading the rest of the Yelp reviews for this location, my interaction here with William, makes much more sense. I know UPS is not known for its superb customer service but at this location the customer service is highly lacking! I entered the store and the manager was on his phone and didn't even look up, the mail carrier was the one who greeted me with a smile and asked me how I was doing. He then did not even ask what I needed, I had to proceed to explain to him what I was looking for. Unaware of UPS's tape charging policy, as other customers had noted, I simply stated that was ridiculous and said I would go home and find tape myself before bringing my packages back in. I know it is not a lot of money, but on principle, I felt that the service was already lacking and did not want to pay the business any of my money. Past experiences with the UPS on Regional Street were much better and I would highly recommend that location. read more

I remember why I do not patronize this UPS location, the owner/manager is extremely rude. I needed to return a small item to Amazon , had a shipping label and asked for a small UPS box which I thought was free. NOT. I asked if there was a free box and he said no. I then asked if I could just tape the original padded shipping envelope, he gave me a glaring look then said yes. I had to ask if there was a charge, he said yes, the looked at his clerk and said it was up to her. I made a comment that this was stupid, and I guess he thought I was calling him stupid, at which point he told me to get out. Then the clerk starts saying "and I was going to give you the tape" but way too late. I was more than happy to leave and I do not recommend anyone patronize this store less you take the chance of being treated like dirt. BTW, I am a senior citizen and do not look like a bum so do not feel like I should be treated as one. I thought back and now remember a similar treatment the last time I considered using this business. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! This place does not even deserve one star. Horrible customer service; the worst I've ever had! The man I spoke to on the phone was so rude to me. I don't know his name but he has a Spanish accent and is a "self- proclaimed manager." Long story short, I inquired about a package that I might have missed and wanted to see if I could pick it up. He gave me a number to call. Now, I have no clue how the ups process works, so I asked him if there was a way he could just check the store and that's when all hell broke loose.
