First off, this is my first time writing a review. I usually give verbal thoughts without taking the time to write one. However, I had to this time. After losing my Vitamix blender base, I initially had a bad experience with this store. Vitamix was supposed to receive my blender to fix it but instead got a box of cables. I went to the store to complain and got the best service from the manager to correct the problem. Tony, the manager, apologized and made it a point to purchase a new Vitamix blender for me and personally delivered it to me at home. I firmly believe that what sets a business apart is not what they do in good times but in bad times when a customer has an issue. I initially never wanted to go back after the problem, but I have been back just because Tony handled the situation with so much care. I highly recommend this store! read more

I love to do all my small business stuff with this UPS store #5576 on Sutton Road in Streamwood. When you enter the store Chris and Tony greet you with the smile, all the time. Chris gave you excellent customer service, it does not matter how busy they are. She goes above and beyond to help the customer. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, customer service professional. She always tried to provide 100% customer service to all the clients. Chris has been a tremendous asset to this store and the surrounding community. I have been going there for over three years and all the time I get an outstanding service from Chris. Because of that excellent customer service from Chris in that store they deserve A+ or 5 start rating. Great job!!!! Keep up the good work guys. Excellent is an understatement, I've frequently done business with this UPS for over 5 years with my small business. Tony runs a smooth operation and his staff are always professional too. I can happily say I've never had an issue with over hundreds of shipments with them. Shipping has grown a lot over the years, and a lot goes on behind the scenes. In my experience, they treat everyone with care no matter how busy peak hours or seasons get. It's tough work, and I respect the pride they put into it. Shoutout to Derrick too, he normally handles pick ups and local delivery routes. This location is amazing! I don't know what I would do without them since I am an avid Amazon and Zappos shopper and often have items to return. Recently I went into the shop and had such a great experience due to the customer service. I find that often customer service is lacking these days and is unfriendly. Not here! They are personable and nice to talk to. It is refreshing to have a business that cares and takes the time to chat with the customer. Knock on wood, I have NEVER had a problem with my package getting to its location and I am using their services at least once a month. I love how easy it is to park and run in, its easy and fast. I am in the midst of looking for good service at a UPS store in the area. I have been serviced very well the past 3 years at the Streamwood store, and will be looking to ship something out again in a month, for an annual event. This review is late. I do not know who is managing and working there now. However, I had the best customer experience in March 2018. There was a manager, I believe a corporate manager, who treated my package like it was his own. Of course, I always track any packages I send. Friendly, speedy service, courteous and (in a few cases) less expensive than the Post Office. To me, both places are comparable, but the lines at the local Post Office are slower and longer. Again, I like them both, both are friendly and courteous, but if I'm going to pay comparable shipping prices, then the shorter lines and faster in-store service gives UPS an edge over the local Post Office. Oh, yes--UPS gives small (5% off) discounts for membership in some national organizations. Ask them about discounts if you are a member of AAA, etc., and show your I.D. card. read more

It was a Sunday at 3:45pm and I had to make a return for an Amazon package that my girlfriend didn't need. This store closes at 4:30, I was coming from Lombard. I called the store just to double check their hours before I made the drive .The lady on the phone promised to stay open if I didn't make it in time. Fortunately I did make it there by 4:15ish. Tony and Chris consistently provide me with high quality customer service when I visit. Tony even schooled me on how to tape the corners of my boxes when they are slightly exposed. Whenever I step into this location I'm confident in the level of professionalism and friendliness I'm going to encounter with them. WOW!!! This is the worst store ever, not only they broke my package, some deadbeat employee by the name Brian acts like he's a boss or something and then when it comes to paying out on my insurance claim he acts like he doesn't know what's going on. This place is a joke! AVOID it at all cost, if you have something fragile to ship do not go there you will be sorry, drive 10 miles out of your way then deal with those amateurs. read more

I had to ship a very delicate record player recently. I went in last week, needing assistance to pack it carefully. The woman who helped me is the manager of the store and she was SO incredibly helpful, I swear this lady deserves a raise. The package arrived in immaculate condition, perfectly safe in the box. I plan on coming back soon to ship another delicate object and feel VERY comfortable coming here to get it done. read more

Wow great service. I needed some documents copied and others scanned and emailed. I explained that I was in a hurry for a flight. The gentlemen completed the copying and the scans while I was able to change my flight using there computer. One of the gentlemen even offer me chocolate. I am a NSA and part of my job is printing and shipping mortgage paperwork. I must say there has been a time or two that I was really in a jam and this store was my saving grace. Stopped by for a drop off. There was no line so I walked straight up, they scanned the label, got the tracking number in seconds & was walking out the door. Great facility, awesome location, & most important, friendly employees with quick service! If you go, I recommend going with preprinted shipping label. You will be in and out in a heartbeat! i went to the Streamwood UPS store, on R59 and R19. Got there and as I was walking up to the door, the Manager came and opened it. I guess i got there a little after closing but he was still there so he opened up for me. My experience here was great! I received exactly what I needed. I had to make some important prints so I emailed the UPS store, they answered all my questions, and then I sent my file to them.
