THE WORST! Yes, of coarse if you send a package and you don't run into any issues, then fine -- whatever. BUT, if UPS ends up losing your package, then prepare yourselves. Though it is not this store's fault that the package was lost, the manager will NOT be fair. I returned an Apple iWatch, and everyone knows how expensive those are. Every item you send has an automatic declared valued of $100. But if you do not declare it for more, the moment you send it, you will not get more than $100 back. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING PEOPLE GENERALLY KNOW, unless you've gone through this before. After months of waiting, and having an "investigation" regaring my lost package claim, I was finally approved. I had all the proof of the value of the item and what the item in the package was. The store however, who is in charge of issuing your refund, only gave me $100. When I tried to tell the manager that I had shown and proved the value was $300, she rudely told me that I did not declare it for $300 (and pay the cost to do so), so I won't receive more than $100. I informed the manager I never knew that I had to declare my package for any value, and her only response was "we ALWAYS ask people at this store, I can't help you." And ended the conversation. Now I would LOVE to know how many people are actually asked to declare their package, since this store ALWAYS asks. And even though I told her I was not, and if I were, why would I a) either lie about the value of such an expensive package and b) not pay the small amount to declare it for more. Now I am out some hundred of dollars, and this store refuses to help me. Whenever I contact UPS customer service, they also say there is nothing I can do. I'm so upset and hurt. This is not how a company should be run. UPS has more than enough to compensate me for a package someone they employed lost. Now I am out of the item and the money. And I am not part of the 1% group who can afford losing a few hundred. SO, IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE AVOID THIS UPS STORE. read more

Absolutely love the ladies at this wonderful UPS Store location. They have helped me numerous times packing and shipping odd shaped items, heavy items, delicate electronic items or items that need to remain cold. EACH TIME they are so helpful, courteous, professional and VERY cognizant of what they need to do to pack the item to get safely where it is going. Any location can take your boxes for shipment, but it is the packing that sets this location apart. I walk in there like a deer in the headlights and they take care of it all. Recently had some heavy electronic equipment that I needed shipped across the country. I was there when it was unpacked and it was all in perfect condition. What they charge for shipping is not their choice, it is dictated by UPS, but it's everything else they do that makes this place special. read more

Terrible service/attitude from owner. I sent a labeled package through this store and it ended up being sent back to me (?). After a quick investigation, I found out that this store read the printed label inverted, mistakenly took me as the destination and the intended destination as the shipper. I thought that was an honest human error. So I went back to the store and explained the situation kindly. The clerk (Owner's daughter) who helped me realized her mistake and immediately apologized. I told her I wasn't upset, since I think she made an honest mistake and she was friendly and willing to correct it. However, the store owner intercepted and immediately blamed me for the mishap. She rudely accused me of not checking the form I signed, where the addresses were to be confirmed. I insisted that I never signed such form, but she wasn't interested to listen and wanted me to pay almost the full price to resend the package correctly. I thought this was unacceptable and walked out of the store. I went to a different UPS store down the road and they showed me this confirmation form I was supposed to sign, which at that point I became extremely sure I was never presented with in the original store. I had a package delivered here because it was an expensive item that I was worried would be stolen off my doorstep or sit out in the sun for a long time. The package was delivered to the UPS Store, but I had a very busy and complicated week that prevented me from picking it up from the store within the time required by UPS. I called the store when I realized i wouldn't make it in time and the owner or manger told me not to worry. She would put my package on her desk to make sure it did not get sent back and that I could pick it up the next day (a Saturday) when I knew I would have time to run errands. It was a simple and kind thing to do, but it made all the difference for me after a very rough 10 days of helping with family problems and more. They are not the cheapest. However if I have to use UPS, this location is great. It seems family run which I admire. The lady is courteous and is able to assist while multitasking. She was able to print me a drop off ticket for a package while on the phone and sealing a box. Btw, on a unrelated topic, I find it disturbing a yelper would take a picture of someone's innocent child/teenager. That's just wrong and creepy. As a business owner, I came in to pack and ship a package to the UK. and was quoted $45.00 for packing and $390.00 for the shipping. I was shocked and something felt wrong. My gut feeling was that I was getting ripped off here. I decided to get a second opinion and drove to Box Brothers which was down the street. I asked them to quote me how much would it be to pack my order and have it shipped to the UK. I was quoted $15.00 for the packing and $230.00 for the shipping. Both were to be shipped through DHL and same exact method. What a huge price difference and only a street away. To be charged an extra $160.00 for shipping and and extra $30.00 for packing, that is a total difference of $190.00 for the same exact DHL service. Unbelievable!!! Keep your eyes open and research before doing business here. I would hate for anyone to be taken advantage of here and please think twice before paying a single dollar at this UPS store. UPS stores should not be that unreasonably overpriced!!! read more

WTF? The place was EMPTY in early December. A young girl was at the counter. Older woman who appeared to be the owner was stacking the shelves. It seems so odd to me that many people can rate this UPS store so highly, and others be so unhappy with it. It is the same personnel and service. I have had a box at the UPS store for 10 years and receive all personal and business mail there. I have always had great service, including sending and receiving packages, notarization services and mail forwarding when I was out of town for extended periods and tracking items. Having been a customer for so long I have seen that there are times when several customers show up at the same time and the staff can be quite busy juggling services. Stay away from this store. The girl wouldn't let me help her with my heavy box, then she dropped it. I asked her to mark my box fragile, and she did not. She didn't even offer to sell me fragile stickers. I would not rely on this store for anything. Communication skills are nonexistent. This is the worst UPS store or place of business i have ever been to in my entire life. Sharona Daniali,the owner of this store, was rude, nasty and told me to wait and she would be with me in a few minutes and never came back to me. I have an injury and she said she didn't care if i had an injury i had to wait even though it was my turn in line. She asked me for the zip code of where my box was going to, i gave her the right zip code and she told me it wasn't right numerous times even though i knew it was right. I was in alot of pain and needed to get home to take care of my injury, but all she did was tell me i had the wrong info and then refused to wait on me. Then when i googled the zip code on my iphone and showed it to her and told her i was right about the zip code, she said that was not the zip code i had given her, even though it was, so she lied too. She gave me dirty looks the entire time and never had a smile on her face or said hello once. I also needed to find a tracking # for an AT&T return and when i gave her my personal info and asked a few questions, she told me not to ask her so many questions, she raised her voice at me which was totally uncalled for and i'm sure recorded on her camera. I really can't believe there are store owners out there like this, i will never go back there. I was so annoyed that i immediately called UPS headquarters and filed a formal complaint with (UPS customer service) against her and told her so, and she said that she didn't care and then called the police on me and ordered me out of the store. I spoke to the police and they told me that they couldn't do anything for someone being rude and told me to go elsewhere. She was probably the most unfriendly and nasty store owner i have ever met. Please go to any other UPS store, there are many in the area, and refrain from being bossed around and mentally abused by this unfriendly nasty person. I would give this store a zero rating, if I could -- they do not even deserve a single star. I am a resident in a nursing home. I called the day before to verify identification necessary for notary service and hired a van for my necessary wheelchair transportation. When I arrived for the transaction, the notary was assisting another customer, so I arranged the documents to be notarized on the counter with my forms of identification. The telephone rang, the other clerk answered it, but then gave the receiver to the notary. The notary left the customer she was assisting, went behind a wall to take a personal call in her native Middle Eastern language. The notary finally returned and completed the transaction. When the notary came to assist me, she said my forms of identifications were inadequate. I told her I had called the day before to verify what was necessary. The notary said I had not verified the requirements with her. I looked at the other clerk who looked guilty and did not say a word. This understand the concept of trying to provide excellent customer service. They do not seem to understand without customers they will be out of business. They would not be the firstUPS Store to go out-of-business. My recommendation would be to forget about this particular store and travel to another store a little further to receive the customer service and respect you deserve. read more
