Do not make your keys here because they won't work and then the tall girl that works here will treat you like it's your fault. This woman is clearly unhappy here and it shows even when she tries to say the correct thing. Her straight unanimated non smiling face will blurt out an awkward "have a good day" as you walk out. I wouldn't have written this review if I wasn't treated like I was bothering her today even though, I got the overpriced copy here out of convenience and once it didn't work for my tenant had to come back and feel like I was troubling her day. I have been a regular customer at this store for 15+ years. Have always received EXCELLENT service until today. I was attempting to send a package out of state to a PO box address. Jorge was the person who I encountered at the counter. After making customers wait in line while he was arguing with a employee about selling to many stamps to a customer with the same rude, condescending tone he then precede to argue with me about the address I wanted to send the package to.. Note: I have sent numerous packages to the PO BOX for years from this store.. The area it goes to is extremely rural and the post office in the little town collects all the mail there where most of the residents then pick up... I walked out after being spoken to so rudely, and the co-worker he was reaming should file a complaint.. I dont know why, maybe all of my experiences with pack and ship places or just me in general but i was anticipating for it to be a nightmare here. Melissa is like a conductor for a symphony. I love this store! It is run by great staff who are attentive, polite, and professional. I have been going to this store for over 10 years, to not only mail items, but to also pack and ship items, and gave also used their notary services. They always provide me all options for mailing so I can decide the way I want things to be sent. I have shipped fragile items, family keepsakes, and memorabilia and all have always arrived safely, without breakage! I go out of my way to come to this UPS. I've never had a bad experience, and everyone is so helpful and informed. Today Mackenzie helped me and she just made it so easy. I was returning multiple items and had to send something separately. She did it in under 5 minutes and couldn't have been nicer. There was also someone else working there (today is 9/21). Today, I came into this UPS store and it was the best experience I've had to date. Recently I've been shipping out a lot of items through another delivery company and I decided to use this UPS store instead. I usually spend a lot of time and money picking through the many different size boxes and buying packaging supplies. A big headache to say the least! This UPS store is effficient, direct and to the point. Your triple A card gets you 5% discount. Lindsey and Candy seem to run a tight ship and compliment each other well. Lindsey is direct and to the point but doesnt lack empathy despite a comment I just read, I appreciate both these women to be honest. The numerous packages I have dropped off have been sent without issue. Candy is sweet something about her voice gets me everytime ha! I needs I needs. wish i could clone both of them and have them manage a certain restaurant i might own. Definitely do not recommend this particular store on Saticoy. The female counter person has a difficult, maddening personality. Type of person I would go out of my way to avoid. During in person visit, she made it seem all was well even though store internet was down, could not accept amazon returns. During call earlier today, she insisted she would likely charge for packaging and labeling even though amazon instructed to bring the item unwrapped, unlabeled to the ups store. New 100% she would be DIFFICULT so skipped this ups store and went to another one. The female counter staff should be given back office jobs and kept away from customers. read more

Place is great and so are the girls who run the show. I get my mail there and I feel extra safe doing so ... just an extra eye of protection plus I get stamps, and other things done. If I could give no stars I would. The tall blonde that works there is incredibly rude and the worst attitude I've ever encountered. The other dumb one Melissa is just as rude and has no sense at all. Twice Melissa has messed up my outgoing mail. This second time was the worst though. I sent an important package out of state because I am moving to another state and it needed to go out asap. I sent it yesterday and Melissa was my cashier. I noticed today on the receipt that she got the delivery address wrong. When I called and spoke to her she admitted she got the address wrong but the package had already been picked up. She kept me on hold for the longest "claiming" she was speaking with the USPS about my package. She told me the package will just get returned to me. I told her that I already told her that and that I will already be living out of state by that time and that I have not done a change of address yet. She said that's the only way to fix it. And she kept calling me girlie even yesterday when she was cashing me out. I am a grown woman, 36 years of age. I told her this is unacceptable and asked to speak with the supervisor or manager. Melissa then states that the manager won't be there until Monday. I said so in other words my package is just going to be out there floating around? And Melissa's reply was "basically, yea". I then informed her that I am going to give their store a bad review and contact the BBB on them. She kept replying "ok" indicating she clearly didn't give a damn. This little heffa had ONE JOB and couldn't even get an address correct. Well she won't have her job by the time I'm done cause I am not letting her get away with this. I did nothing to deserve such terrible customer service. I am disgusted at her nasty disposition. She knew she messed up on the address and never once apologized. What kind of people are you hiring to work at your stores UPS...just any damn body??? Stay clear of this location. They don't care about their customers or their mess ups. read more

We have been going to this UPS store for a number of years. Most recently, we shipped a large number of Native American baskets, rugs, and masks to Chicago, a number of them very fragile. Lindsay did an incredible job of wrapping and packing them. She was also willing to hold the boxes for several days so they would be delivered after we got home rather than having them sit on our porch. Upon opening the boxes, everything was in perfect condition. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service Lindsay has given us over the years. I will be forever grateful. read more

I started going here years ago because I needed to ship packages and it was close to my house (and my Starbucks). Now I also have my important packages delivered here (so they won't get stolen off my porch). Every time I go in, Lindsay greets me with a happy hello, and it's now to the point that she remembers my name and will often grab my delivered package without me even needing to ask, which I love! The staff is quick, efficient, friendly and their rates are a lot more affordable than other shipping services. The store is clean and they have lots of parking.
