I frequent this UPS Store location due to it proximity to my work and I have no complaints. The staff is always friendly and they have extensive knowledge of the mailing and packing industry. They can assist you with any of your shipping needs and have all of the materials necessary to mail out most items. I had my passport photo taken here and printed on the spot and I'm always dropping off my return Bloomingdales items here with the pre-paid labels. There's plenty of parking right in front, along with a huge lot; however, this shopping center is filled with a ton of stores, restaurants, etc. and the lot is ALWAYS busy. Taking it publicly l, totally!!!! You gave me an option about calling Amazon after it was done, those options should have been prior to scanning the QR code. Some people don't have the time to call back Amazon, when that was not needed if full details were brought up prior. Let me explain how the ups visit went. I walked in w/o crib asked if I could purchase a box for a crib. Gentlemen said yes, I then brought the crib and he sized it and said we custom make it for $50. I said omg $50, he walked away grabbing another business t-shirt gentleman and told him about my box needs. He walked up and sized it again. As a customer I'm thinking maybe he is resizing trying to see other options. He puts info into the computer and never says a word on what he doing until after he scans and asks for QR code. Once he rings up the transaction and ask for payment I'm like $50 omg let me see if I could find a box, but then mentions I need new QR code. I go on my Amazon account and realize I can't request that way. Gentlemen says I have to call. Honestly at that point to call and explain to Amazon just feels so exhausting. In my review, what I'm saying is -- with good customer service we would be walked through to understand before transaction is complete to make sure the customer truly understands. They tolerate the employees' behavior and take no action to improve it. And deflect their wrongdoing by directing customers to contact UPS. I wanted to send 85 pieces of fine china to my daughter in NC. My local UPS store assured me they could pack it up and ship it. How was I going to get it to the store without breaking something? I had a box here for a couple years. Not the friendliest establishment but overall it was alright. I closed my box and several months later I accidentally had a package sent here as my browser still had this address saved. I couldn't stop that package so I tracked it and came to this store the morning it was delivered. They had no problems giving it to me, but required me to pay $25. Why? They said it was for storage fee even though I picked it up the same morning. I guess it's simply because they could. Nice way of doing business. read more

Been using my box at the UPS Store for about month now and everything has been great so far. I had come in around mid-April to ask about prices and Mark, the owner, was the one who helped me. I knew upon first impression that this UPS store would provide great customer service. After contemplating for a few weeks, I ended up signing a box with Mark! Renting a box is an extra added expense but it is really for the "peace of mind" knowing that something cannot be stolen from your doorstep or etc. Prior to signing up for a mailbox, I had been debating on and off for years whether or not I should rent out a mailbox... Whatever the reason one needs a mailbox, the UPS store mailboxes are quite convenient and they are like an extension of your family. Mark, Joe, and the others always greet you by name whenever you step into the store and they have incredible memory retention! They always know which mailbox number is mine and are already headed to retrieve the mail/package(s) before I even make it past the counter. This UPS location has very convenient business hours and plenty of parking. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to rent a mailbox or need any other UPS services. read more
