I was visiting the area from out of state and accidentally brought my friends keys and a couple other items with me during my work trip. I located this UPS store nearby and had the greatest experience! They were able to overnight my items back to my friend in FL with a guaranteed delivery of 8:00 AM! They even helped me package the items to make sure nothing can break in transit. I wasn't aware of the pack and guarantee program the UPS store offers. The associates were able to explain that if any of the items got lost or damaged during transit, they'll compensate me for the items! It's a very clean and organized store. I have a mail box with this store for over 8-9 years, everything work well, then, since last month, I didn't get any mail, and I asked the store manager, Mr. Patel, he said that the UPS took over the store and now , with new policy , only one company for one mail box, that is fine, but I asked why they didn't put a note on the mail box to inform the new policy, he just told me that the new policy will not leave a note on the mail box. Anyway, I want my mails back, the only possible option is to paid extra $408 on top of a small mail box that I already paid $408 about 6 months ago, I am willing to to pay that money so I don't need to call the vendors or banks to resend the mails to me. A fee that is acceptable to me to save my time, and Mr. Patel told me that it will take 24 hours and they will release all the mail back to me. So, two days later, I went back to this UPS store for the old mail, Mr. Patel told me that all the mails were sent back to USPS. This is a fraud, I asked for the refund of the $408 due to failure of the promise service , but Mr. Patel refused, again, saying this is new management and new policy. read more

I was in the UPS store returning items to Amazon last Friday (October 7). I took way longer than I had anticipated and my phone was on 1%.. and I was getting frustrated with the operator trying to resolve my return.. after being there for over a half an hour my knees and phone had had it. The girls behind the counter went above and beyond to help me.. from charging my phone and getting me a chair to sit on!! I didn't get their names but am very pleased with their help!! This used to be a good store. There is now a new ownership. I occassionaly went there to scan some documents and get them in pdf format and the previous owners charged 15 cents a page for that. These new people charged me $1 per page for the exact same service. I also had some small packages shipped to their store because it is more convinient to pick them up during my lunch break. That cost was $5 and they charged me $25 for the same small package pick up. The new owners have increased their price on these 2 types of services, 500% and over 600%. These are facts. I just paid these amounts. I will not reward this behavior with continuing to go to this store. read more

Always a disappointment when I try to rush packages but then came across this UPS store in Walnut. A+ for customer service, efficiency, and fast service. Though line was long but I was in and out in a flash. Very helpful. Also it's quiet a drive from my place but this is def my new place to drop off packages and other services I need to do. Went into this UPS service store and was really surprise at the amazing personal service I received from Reps: Julian and Kenia. They both stopped immediately what they were working on in the back office to help me with the mailing and handling of my packages. i needed a box, and mailing lable which Julian measured my items for the right fit box.
