We finally waved down our server to cancel and get the check since we had to be somewhere and he apologized and said their WiFi was going in and out so it could be that it was registering on the kitchen side. That may have explained why our entrees took too long. If it wasn't for the service and the food being great - I would not be thrilled about timing. We got there around 5:30p and had to leave by 7:15p so an almost 2 hours experience that probably could have been 1 hour.

I enjoyed both drinks. If not for my husband, I would have stayed for at least a few hours trying the whole menu. So many beautiful cocktails to choose from. They have beer and wine as well, but you'd be doing yourself a disservice. You can get those anywhere. They also have breakfast with eggs, sausage, omelettes, pancakes. Dinner with savory little numbers like smoked bone marrow and braised short ribs with smoked gouda polenta. Salads, grilled quid, pork chops, scallops, various veggies (crispy brussels sprouts, caramelized leeks, charrted broccolini, roasted mushrooms). I would gladly return for some of these delicious selections.

Today was supposed to be Sunday Funday @ The Vault Nola..... or so l thought. Lets start by saying the place is very beautiful in the inside. The food & drinks were good, a solid 8/10. How was the service you ask? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. She lacks the ability to run a business properly, yet alone handle situations correctly when under pressure. No way my family & I spent so much money to get treated the way we did. Not to mention, we were threatened & followed to our car by the owner & her son. Insane, yet scary! As a black business owner, you would think she has the decency to cater to her customers properly. She clearly does not care about her image, business, neither her professionalism. To say we spent nearly $1500 for service which by the way came with flies that were everywhere. I will not be attending Vault Nola ANYMORE. I rather walk on bourbon street barefoot than to step foot in this place again! Please Proceed with caution! This review is looking pretty epic! Mother's Day is busy and I get that but we were seated over 45 minutes past our reservation time. We waited outside in the sun. Patrons from the morning were still lingering in the restaurant as it is buffet style and a band continued to play. No real hostess and people just passed the waiting guests and went inside and sat down. I went inside to check on reservation and complained- Only then we got a table. No real management or organization once inside. Reservations appeared to be messed up and people left. Manager or owner yelling across restaurant for staff. Food was ok. Our session had a DJ which was way too loud for a restaurant and the singing was not great. Desserts were not fresh. This place is expensive and you pay for each soda which I was shocked by and was not told. I'm a foodie and wanted to support this black owned business but they need training. Second time visiting and neither experience was a good one. And the owner when i ask you to come off your porch and if you were okay you wouldn't but this message is for you. Outside was an opportunity for you to get your ass knock off. I was on your property and never been to jail but in the event you would have came within the 6ft limits you would have seen a different approach. Your son don't know how to make a drink and instead of correcting him as a business owner you took his words. The issue wasn't with me but i was with the party. I see why they only have a total of 32 ppl and we had a party of 15 so basically you could have close. Would not recommend unless you want a picture with a enclosed vault.
