I politely texted that I understood they may have run longer and to please let me know if they would still be able to come out. No response. The next day I waited until about 10am to give them some time in case they were still. busy. I called, and they didn't answer and there was no way to leave a message. I get it if you are booked and can't help out, but to be "ghosted" by a business and not have your calls returned is crazy. All they had to do was return a phone call and say they couldn't help. I must assume that they are flush with business and don't need anymore work so more power to them. In the meantime I will just have to tow my car to a dealership to get something fixed that should have been relatively easy. I would have attempted to work on it myself but my hand is out of commission for the week which is why I was opting for a mobile mechanic. Waste of time

That is 100% unacceptable. I had made an appointment a week before and they knew what part that was being replaced. I verified before leaving that everything was set up. I showed up a week later at 8am and dropped off my car. I was informed that it would take a few hours. I made the mistake of believing them. Four hours later(12pm) I was told that it would not be done until around 5pm. They lied to me. They had not even started working on my vehicle yet. The real issue was that they had forgotten to order the part and they were waiting for it to be delivered. I was never told anything about the part issue at all. I only found out about the part issue when the manager explained everything to me when I picked up my car around 2pm. The person that wasted my time and lied to me never said anything about it to me or attempted to apologize to me. I can't put with things like that anymore and I will give my business to another shop in the future. They did knock off some money off of my bill,but it still doesn't make me feel good about the situation. I can't justify telling anyone to go to this Firestone location. It's just too much of a mix bag. Please value your time and money by taking your business elsewhere.
