This place has hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. From the RUDE security guard (the short guy with the permanent scowl on his face. NOT THE TALL GUY, he's actually the only nice person in the building) to the miserable looking budtenders (or cashiers, whatever they call themselves), it's just bad all around. The guy who "helped" me literally grunted when I said thank you. No actual words, no smile, no eye contact just pure misery. And this wasn't a one time thing. I thought maybe the first time was just a bad day, but nope, it's every single visit. If you're lucky, you might get someone decent, but good luck with that. You'd think they'd want to hire people who actually make customers want to come back and spend money, but apparently not. My experience was with Sarah, Instantly her spontaneous but very down to earth persona is appealing, so I went to see wassup with my cousin. We shopped via in store and on the online menu, she made our visit a blast while also keeping it very professional. Had a great laugh, little chit chat and got my stuff and poof! I was on my way! Until I had to jump the battery on my car outside I was borrowing! Thank god they have a safe parking lot and friendly neighbors. 5 stars. Now I'm chilling and to fire up! Selection and variety on pre rolls are sure way of making a sale the secondly is the pricing at check out. please make sure are the lowest with best quality in numbers in THC or CBD. there are number of your inventory does not have any, leaving me to skip the item and go to the next one. My husband went into this store after the new law with the same ID (foreign) that he has used at many other dispensaries in the area. Some racist white girl at the desk saw where he was from threw his ID back at his. Literally threw it at his. I could not believe it. Discusting. Will never be doing business here ever. If you dont already know what you like/want/need, if you want 50 things to choose from, or need your handheld with a friend 10 minute class on each item go pay $100 extra at one of the fancy joints. Whenever you out of stock of certain products, you should have immediately updated in the system before someone else's make mistake ordering online and arriving disappointed!
