Don't even bother pre ordering here at theraleaf. There has been multiple times where I walk in the same time as someone who has no pre order and I end up waiting longer than the other person. They have no structure to their "pre order" line. I went before closing and I know they get busy before closing time so I ordered ahead 15 mins. I get there, check in and go to pre orders line and.... can someone explain to me how there's only 2 people in pre order line and a line out the door for non pre orders and some how the walk in line gets finished before they had taken a single pre order. Ridiculous!! So much for "pre ordering" . Not the first time it's happen to me either. If you're gonna come to theraleaf just walk in it'll be faster than preordering even if you're the only person in pre order line. read more

Never had a problem with any other dispensary but today was my first time coming to theraleaf outside looks nice but when i went to check in the oasis at the front asked for my id so i gave it to her she then asked if i had another form of identification. I have never had any other dispensary say that so i was confused she then asked for my debit card to verify my name to my id card everything matched up she then said "maybe next time you can bring something with your name on it" what is that supposed to mean. My California id that says i'm 21 with my name and picture on it and still won't let me in. Never will i be back. Wouldn't recommend if it's your first time. read more

On Friday February 10th, 2023 at 7:27pm I came into Theraleaf to purchase a cartridge. I chose a Dime Industries Live Reserve cartridge. I asked budtender Elena multiple times if it would work with any battery, and she assured me it would, so I purchased it. After getting in my car, neither my AlienLabs nor my Raw Garden 510 battery worked. I immediately returned to ask the staff about it and to show them. After a few minutes the female staff member with the sleeve tattoo informed me the cartridge indeed did need a proprietary battery and that they didn't even sell it. After asking for a solution, I was told to wait. After waiting 10 minutes I gave up and left. Disappointed about the poor experience after spending thousands of dollars over the years here. They used to have the best prices on cartridges of San Jose that included the taxes with the sticker price. The sticker price now still includes taxes but there have been price hikes, making the prices higher than some delivery services charge for products. The selection is either pretty great or they're out of stock on everything. The folks with Theraleaf are still courteous, but it seems they reduced staffing, at least when I'm there, making the wait and price a bit extra. I prefer to make it a day: go to SF or SC, getting better prices, bigger selection, and less wait-in-line time, and then go for a hike than to wait extra time for product I could pay less to get delivered. read more

Tonight was my first time checking out Theraleaf myself. I've been there in the past with friends but never got off because I usually go to the Purple Lotus for my product. But tonight, I thought I would try someplace new, plus Theraleaf is just as close to my house as the Lotus. At first, everything was okay. I got there just before closing (around 15-20 minutes), but there was a line, which was excellent. The Security asked for all our ID's to help speed up the front, and I liked how you could put in your order as soon as you go up to the guy at the table. The guy was cool, gave me some good recommendations, and was personable. In general, he was quickly likable and had excellent customer service. As soon as I went inside, I pulled out the money and gave it to the women at the window. Naturally, I said hello, but she continued to do whatever she was doing. Now, I just thought she probably didn't hear me, and that's possible with a mask. Then she turned to me, and again I said hello and she didn't say a word but took my paper and money, then said they would give it to me at the door. Now, remember, this is my first time there, and I don't know how things go, nor did she bother to tell me. But whatever, I just wanted my disposable pen and the cartridge I ordered. I like the music in the waiting room, and I got my product and my change from the guy in the back. As I left, the security sand goodbye, and honestly, the guys in the front had better customer service then the people inside. As I left, I noticed they gave me the wrong product. I ordered a disposable cartridge (my whole purpose of going) and a separate cartridge. What I ended up getting were a cartridge and a Stiiizy pod. ‍ I turned back in less than 5 minutes, and as I pulled up, only the security guard was outside leaving. He attempted to help me right away! I explained what happened, and he went inside to see what he could do, and the register was closed, which, in reality, was understandable; it was 9:08 pm. He took my name down and said to come back tomorrow, and they can exchange it... Umm, I guess. Reality is, it was my first time, they messed up on my order (which was extremely disappointing), customer service inside wasn't the best, and they still want me to go back the next day so they can correct their mistake... Which doesn't make sense to me? I already wasted 30 minutes the first time; I'm not going to continue to spend my time. What I am going to do is give the Stiiizy to a friend and go back to Purple Lotus, where the price is just as affordable, and where they have excellent customer service both outside and inside the facility. read more

This is the most unprofessional dispensary I have ever been to. I gave honest feedback about my experience and when I returned to give it another chance they told me I am banned. What happens to freedom of speech . They play dirty here. If you leave a negative review they will band you from entering the building. This is unlawful and although they have a right to refuse service, it's unethical to refuse service because a citizen gave their truth about a poor experience. If anything as a business owner I would reach out to the individual who gave the feedback to ask how to improve their experience, not band them. This is a very unprofessional business and I would take caution when entering this place. They do discriminate here, and as citizens we have the freedom of speech. read more

I opened all the boxes to makes sure that I am getting what I paid for in the parking lot in front of the store. One box of CLIQ POD was missing the POD - an empty box. When they throw it back in the tray wait a minimum of 30 seconds before you slowly and carefully lift your ID out of the tray.
