Please look at my profile for proof…read more I had a really regrettable experience with Air Elite Heating and Cooling--would strong suggest not using this business for any kind of product install. I paid $11,000 for a job that really is substandard. 1. Danny came to do my quote and was very nice, but when actual installation came he was not onsite. A very young and inexperienced guy installed the units basically in the middle of the wall. I was not consulted asked before the guy tore huge fist size holes in my wall that are in no way standard placement for mini splits. The guy moved the unit, I had to pay for the walls to be repaired and repainted! 2. The condenser was placed on the ground in the driveway. Again--I was never consulted about where it was to be installed. It should have been installed on the side of the house--it limits the function of my driveway forever. I cannot get my recycling/trash out if I am parked in my own driveway. 3. The drains that were placed on the outer wall of my house were installed so poorly that they constantly fall off. They were not adhered at all. When I put them back up, they are fitted so shoddily that they cannot be secured. Every time I pick them up and try to reassemble them--I can see how jankily they were put together. One of them is now cracked and water is spewing all over my wall. For nearly $11K spent, I feel really taken advantage of and bad about the integrity of their work. I contacted them in advance of this review with all of these points--they never responded.

Attention ALL…read more UPDATE - IT IS 100 DEGREES, AND THE OWNER IS ATTEMPTING TO EXTORT ME AND MY FAMILY BY REFUSING TO REPAIR AC HE INSTALLED LAST MONTH (UNDER HIS SERVICE WARRANTY) UNLESS I REMOVE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW. I stated I would happily edit or remove my review once my AC unit is repaired, but not before. Is this someone you want to trust? Read on. They installed a complete new system (Condenser, Cooling Coil, Furnace, Thermostat) - paid in full (1/2 before job started, 1/2 on date of install). The AC has stopped working twice, and the owner has failed to fix the unit even though we have a Service Warranty. You want more? Even though he agreed to, he has failed to follow through and fix a ceiling crack and multiple ceiling stains (directly below the installed unit in the attic, which occured immediately after his installation). He stated he would take care of it, but he has yet to commit to doing them. Don't hesitate to message me if you want to see the receipts, emails, and text exchanges. The owner, Brett, seems like a nice enough guy, until his shoddy work catches up to him. Below is my initial review. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have never written a bad review, and I didn't want to post this one. However, I am waiting for the owner, Brett, to follow through and fix my AC unit and my ceiling due to his negligence. He committed to doing this a few weeks ago, and yet he is a no show. I'll happily update my review once these are fixed. 1) I paid him in full to replace my entire unit: Furnace, Cooling Coil, AC Compressor, and Thermostat. In less than a few weeks, my AC has stopped working twice. Although we have a Service Warranty through his company, he has refused to send someone out to fix it for several week. 2) They cracked in my ceiling directly below where the furnace was installed in the attic. I showed this to the owner the day it happened, and he agreed he would have a painter come out to address it. However, there has been no follow thru and he is refusing to respond to my emails, texts, or calls. 3) He confessed to burning my AC's motherboard because he crossed the wrong wires. 4) This crossing wires also burned out my thermostat (only 3 years old). He then charged me $380 for the thermostat unit (not labor), even though it is sold for $150. He lied and said there was no mark-up on the unit, and when confronted, he he said he would show me the invoice. I am still waiting to see the invoice even though I've asked for it twice. 5) I informed him twice that he needs to inspect where the water is draining from. He FAILED TO DO SO, which according to him, caused the leak. I have a warranty on all parts he installed last month, and a service warranty, and the company (owner Brett) will not fulfill his contractually obligated responsibilities. The owner needs to take full responsibility. Until then, NO ONE should consider doing any business until he follows through with his promises.

They were able to fix our heater problem when our prior HVAC guy could not. And they fixed the problem with less costs than what we paid our other/prior HVAC guy. Further, because our prior HVAC technician could not fix our heater problem after 3 visits, we were recommended to replace the whole HVAC unit and the ducks. However, when Lindsey's came, they told us that we would not need to replace our HVAC system or the ducks because, after much investigation, they found that it was just a roller switch that needed to be replace and all they needed to do was to try and find that brand of switch then we should be ok. And they did it! Not only are they very experienced with the various types of heaters and AC systems, most importantly of all, this is a vey honest company! Because we had to wait for the switch and while waiting the temperature got cold, Christine made sure that we got a discount for their visits. Also, when our heater had another problem again, they were very patient and they came back right away to check what was wrong. This is a honest and professional company. They are very experienced and most importantly, they won't over-charge you! Their prices for the quality work they do are very reasonable and fair. I especially appreciate Christine who helped us schedule speedy services, made sure that we were not over-charged, and she provided very valuable recommendations and insights regarding the problem of our heater. Our technicians, Ryan and Genesis, were also super great! They were courteous and they explained to me what was going on with our heater with great communications! They assured me that I do not need to worry as if anything goes wrong again, they will come right back. They made me feel at ease with the situation and I greatly appreciate that they were able to fix our heater without us needing to switch out our whole HVAC system! What a lifesaver!
