While my cleaning experience with them was poor, I can appreciate how hard they've worked to make things right. I didn't want or need a full refund, but I'm glad they decided to do the right thing and give that to me. It speaks to the character of the business. Around the scheduled time, I texted Elmer that our callbox was broken and asked him to text me when he arrived. After an erroneous text back stating confusion and that he was "far away", there was indefininite ghosting with no explanation. He never arrived and I didn't have time confirm an alternative option before the weekend (this was a Friday afternoon before family arrived in town for a milestone event).
