This is the first AND LAST TIME IM EVER GOING HERE. Okay I'm being pretty damn petty right now but LADIES YOU UNDERSTAND THE STRUGGLE OF TAKING A GREAT PHOTO ! I came in getting a new drivers license because I lost the previous one . I came in took my picture . Waited . Signed some papers . PAID $25.00 ! Then I received a temporary paper license thing and I see my photo and I came out so bad ! The angle in which the photo is taken is horrible you have to look down . And the flash just plain up scared the crap out of me . So imagine how I came out with big old owl eyes, looking scared and a double chin . Oh and I DO NOT HAVE A LAZY EYE AT ALL!!! But in this photo I came out with my eyes looking wrong!! ! I then asked "would I be able to take it again" she said no I would have to REPAY $25.00 to take the photo again !??? I did not just pay $25.00 for an I.d that ima be carrying for almost a decade ! I'm so upset with this place . Ima just end up calling out of work one day to go and get it retaken at the actual DMV ! I came here hoping it would be fast and efficient BUT I GUESS NOT ! read more

I was so nervous to take my road test because I thought it would be super hard! But it turns out it was super easy! The test took 5-10 minutes and I was so surprised how fast it took! The lady who took me on my road test was very sweet. I think this is a great place to get your license! Try to go before rush hours because the roads might get a little busy. read more

Greenfield location... Not a fan!! Went in for new travel ID. The wait time, costumer service, facility felt and looked like the DMV. Took forever, not impressed with staff. VERY costly...more than twice the charges and even more if you have motorcycle license added on. Not a pleasant experience and above all did not save time. Recommend making an appointment with DMV and saving money. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Had to go here because the regular DMV was closed.. but the lady at window 9 was such an absolutely miserable person, I didn't even want to give them my money. She was rude and not helpful at all so I left. Avoid this place. read more

Don't take your teen to get their license here. I brought my older son here two years ago because I work during DMV hours. He failed the first two times because he hit a cone doing the 3 point turn. That is a legit reason. I took my daughter a few days ago and the lady failed her on parallel parking because she crossed a line??? Neither of us knew what the line was. She just said she crossed the line so she fails. Mind you the price is $75 for the first attempt. Second attempt is $25. I called down to clarify and apparently the line represents the curb. I argued that you can't see the line like the curb and the lady didn't really explain it. The manager helping me actually called up to upper management and will not charge her for her second attempt because they no longer count the line. I gave two stars because the manager was actually very helpful, but next time I might have to just take off work to take my next child for their license. read more

Since the MVD doesn't have Saturday hours we had no choice but to go to the Third Party MVS office. Of course you have to pay a convenience fee to them along with any state fee, your cost for the service you are requiring, etc but it wasn't as bad as going to the MVD and waiting the incredibly long wait that you can expect to endure there. We came prepared by knowing what we needed to complete the transaction so the process was quick aside from the wait we had when we arrived. It's just like the MVD in that when your arrive you get a ticket by choosing what you are there. In our case, title and registration. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and worked quickly. Overall, paying a convenience fee will be worth it to those who even have the ability to go during the week. read more

I would honestly give it zero stars if I could, I went there this morning on my 16th birthday to go get my drivers license, and was just about to do my parallel park. The lady told me not to cross over the yellow streak on the curb. Little did I know that there was a faded painted line on the ground, and I passed over it. Needless to say she failed me in less than a minute. Nothing wrong. NEEDS CURB FIXED. Feel it was an unfair fail. read more

Stinks & operates like Mexico SLUM! Service is about the same. If you want to pay $25 extra just to wait the same time you would at the Greenfield MVD - Go Here! I been there three times now and every time I wait 20+ minutes. Today I walked in and there was one person there and I thought, "oh I'm in luck!" Wrong, 10 more people walked in after me and they all went up to the windows before me. I complained to the main desk and the ARROGANT little man said the machine must have skipped a number. So I said well correct it and he said, "hold on" and went in back and came back out and arrogantly said, "too bad you are going to have to wait at the back of the line".... SERIOUSLY? I wanted to punch this little punk! I told him I was going to review them and he just smiled and said no problem... The place stinks like a cheap Mexican hotel, everyone speaks spanish and there's not one other ethnicity there than Mexican. So much for, Diversity! Furthermore and actually more importantly, I went there about 4 months ago to apply for a temporary handicapped placard issued from my orthopedic for my truck due to a knee surgery. About 2 weeks later The vehicle placard went missing so I went down there for a duplicate and they had completely lost the file on me. The woman that handled the transaction was so incompetent that my file with them and the MVD was totally lost. I had to actually drive 10 miles back to to my doctor to get another ORIGINAL copy of the document to take back there. It cost me around 5 hours with a bad knee to get this straightened out because of the incompetence of this horrible company. Stay away from this nasty little store at all cost! There are more of them all around and of course the actual MVD if you want things done right and don't want to deal with slum! read more

The employees were very rude. My son got his license and paid $75 to be treated very poorly all the way through the process. The guy who did the driving test was extremely rude. Anytime my son asked a question he would do a big irritated sigh and say let's get back to this. This place is highly unprofessional and just plain rude. read more

I have to say the people here made my visit extremely pleasant. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. The person helping me was very thorough and polite. From the time I walked in to the time I left (with my drivers license. And having to fill out application, take written and driving test) took only about 45 min! There was no wait and the people were very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I was very pleased. read more

Like a breath of fresh air. I reached age 65, the age in Arizona that requires a person to renew by taking a vision test and getting a new photo taken for the driver's license. The extra ten buck Third Party MVS charges was the best ten bucks I ever spent. In and out with my newly updated license in about twenty minutes. read more

Just got my license today and the line was super fast even on a Saturday! All the people there were super nice and helpful, which includes the people who greeted me to the people who registered and helped me! The instructor for the road test was super understanding and patient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! read more

Had a great experience here. They had to email my former state because of a name difference and Cathy called as soon as they responded. I went back and everything was done very quickly. I tried the DMV but the computers kept going down and the line got longer and longer. I would recommend third party to anyone. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went to get a duplicate ID and literally had to wait over an hour. They have so many windows and only have 3 open. DO NOT go here!!! I thought this would be an easy place to go and get my sons road test done....First off, they charge over double what the DMV charges for your (first attempt) it actually states on the pricing board on the wall that it is (first attempt)..hmmmmm???? I should have gone out and watched or videoed while my son did his 3 point turn (attempt) because they immediately failed him for tapping a cone (supposedly) He swears he never touched the cone, this is the reason I highly suggest anyone from here on watches or videos while the test is being done. I asked if they had video camera footage where i could see where he failed the test and they stammered for a bit and said something about the video camera only showing the cars in the parking lot and it doesn't show the testing area....hmmmmm!! Just an FYI, each attempt after your first expensive attempt is an additional $25. I met another person who was on their 2nd attempt while we were there. After reading reviews, which I should have done before going here, It sounds like there are quite a few "first" attempts. Something just doesn't feel quite right here. I have since read reviews on several different sites regarding this location specifically and have read about the people that have taken the driving course offered at this location and they all seem to pass on the first try. Yet those who don't take advantage of the driving course mostly fail on their first try. Does anyone know what percentage of people that go for their road test actually pass their first time at this specific location? Can you say money maker?? read more

Rip off! The way they charge incentivises them to fail the driver so they have to return. We had to go back three times. Every single person in our group of four kids failed the driving test. We wanted the convenience and shorter lines. We ended up paying over a hundred thirty dollars and had to return two additional times. I will never make that mistake again. read more

Most unhelpful and narrow minded people I have dealt with. Spent a half hour while a new guy went back and forth trying to figure out how to do the transaction I needed then after he figured out he could not help the manager could not do anything because she could not clear it because mvd closed at 8.
