So I visited this Restaurant for the first time in late Feb and then returning back for seconds in April after relocating here from Phoenix, AZ. I had eagerly been anticipating the opening of the location in Douglasville, GA. First of all I am really a hardliner when it comes to food and I rarely eat out due to my acid reflux. My first impression of the location when I walked in was met with VERY HIGH praise. The place was clean, The staff all looked professional and the main thing was that the food was the seriously the BEST as they come. As a person who is in the Restaurant Business myself being the owner of several Wing Stop Locations throughout the Country I was really impressed. I want to also give a true and sincere shout out to the owners who I had the pleasure of Introducing Myself to and extended a Business card to them. They both were very pleasant, professional and definitely held their crew to the highest standard. The food was very hot and fresh. My eyes could see the difference in the quality. I can say what stood out more was the courtesy of the staff, and the personal touch from the owners not to mention my stomach was full and I was very satisfied with the Product. My hsuband and I had a wonderful eating experience at This Is It in Douglasville, GA. We ordered the 2 for thirty five - 3 piece fried fish, 2 veggies, cornbread and deserts. All was hot and delicious. The hostess (name unknown)y and Chris, our restaurant servers was polite and helpful; what ever we needed they were their to serve our table. My husband said that the restroom was being cleaned; he is always concerned about sanitation. The restaurant was also well kept. This was our second visit to this location. This place is expensive and a joke! Nothing like the commercials show it to be. We thought it would be a sit down and order type of place and you walk in the door and it's cafeteria style. Thr food is great! I love the catfish, meatloaf, Mac and cheese and I've tried several desserts. This is my favorite spot to eat now.
