The manager was very friendly and responsive and gave me precise details for my daughters trip from LAX! I'm more of a Yelp lurker and never leave reviews, but I just had to for this one! I had a work trip that included a really early flight so I didn't want to bother friends for a ride and Uber isn't dependable in my area so I researched car services and found Thomas Transportation. Honestly, I was a little skeptical because I'd never heard of them and their prices were very reasonable compared to other companies, but what convinced me to give them a try were all the stellar reviews. At first I thought they might be fake, but there were so many of them! So I gave them a shot and I'm glad I did! First was the booking. I put in all my flight information and booked a round trip. Right after, I got a text (from a real person!) because they couldn't find my flight and wanted to confirm! I was super impressed with the attention to detail. Then came the ride to the airport. My driver arrived on time, helped with the bags, and was friendly and drove safely. Couldn't ask for more. Then came my itinerary changes. My work trip got extended, TWICE. So twice I had to change my return booking. The first time, the change was immediately processed (all done online and super easy) which was great! The second time, I never got a confirmation, so I contacted the company to check and they immediately confirmed the changes and apologized for the delay. This was all done by text which was an amazing option because I didn't have to take time out of my trip to be stuck on the phone! Finally, I made it home and the airport pick up was surprisingly smooth. I got a text when I was at baggage claim that my driver was on their way and I had the option of directly communicating with him so we kept each other updated on how much longer I'd be, how close to the terminal they were, and exactly where I would be waiting. The driver was again courteous and professional. Basically, TL/DR, if you're looking for a car service that's customer service and detail oriented, professional, and can accomodate schedule changes all while staying competitively priced, definitely go with Thomas Transportation! read more
