I found Thomas Transportation as I was in need of a shuttle service that could provide infant car seats. I was surprised their rates were so competitive. I thought I'd have to pay an extra premium for the inclusion of two child seats. However, their price was significantly cheaper than Primetime Shuttle and other services that didn't even offer child seats. Not to mention: their van was nicer, Blayne was amazing, and the entire process was smooth. For other parents: My wife had heard in a mommy group about how others' car seats had been scuffed, dirtied and/or damaged when checked as free luggage on a plane. So that sent me on research for an airport shuttle service that ultimately led me to choose Thomas Transportation. Our 5:50 AM departing trip to the airport was so smooth as we were able to wake up and just jump in the van with our kids and go. Additionally, when we returned from the trip, having traveled with an infant and toddler, my wife and I were very fatigued and starting to come apart at the seams. We were falling apart mentally as we got dropped off at home, so I can't express how incredibly amazing it was to have Blayne pick us up from the airport. We just hopped in and off we went. That was so crucial for not making an already fragile situation more volatile. Thank you Thomas Transportation! P.S. Very profession. Out of seven companies that I requested quotes on this one was the cheapest. Picked up by Dave in a very nice minivan. We had three suitcases weighing minimum 65lbs each. And two smaller roll ons. Dave took all our luggage from curbside to the minivan. Chatted with us the entire way home to San Pedro. Then took all our luggage fro curbside to the front porch. I took a trip with my family back in July that flew out of LAX. I booked a round-trip shuttle with Thomas Transportaion and let me tell you. The first thing that stood out was the communication from beginning to end was on point. On the day of the trip the gentleman who was very polite and professional Pulled up in a minivan that looked like it was just driven out of the dealer. I mean clean from inside out. On the way back our flight got detoured and delayed one and a half hour. After communicating with the driver his reply was "No problem ill be there when you guys come out". I honestly didn't know what to expect, I was searching for a ride to and from LAX with my family. I usually go off of reviews and saw that they didn't have to many. From start to finish they were awesome. They were super responsive and super easy to deal with. My original flight was canceled and had to push back the time, it wasn't a problem and were able to make the change with no issues. It was also great to know that they could directly drop us off and pick us up straight from the terminal. I have found my solution when I need to head to the airport. Our pick up arrangements at LAX fell through and I had to look for new transportation while I was still in London. Thomas transportation was very communicative and responsive to my questions. When we got to LAX, it was the most crowded I have ever seen! Thomas made every effort to find us in the crowd and had a great sense of humor on the ride home as I was backseat driving! We had him make an unscheduled stop so I could pick up my house keys and then re-routed him. Although he had his GPS, I continued to backseat drive. This is my first time using a shuttle service to LAX. I usually just get a ride from a friend or family member. However, this time I needed to be at the airport at 4am and no one was available. I had to bite the bullet and use a car service. I called around to get some quotes and the other companies were almost double the price albeit they advertised fancier cars. I just needed to get to the airport on time so car type didn't matter to me. I was okay with a minivan. My main criteria was punctuality. I needed to be picked up at 330am. I could not miss this flight. I was concerned that a car service might not show up on time or worse, not even show up at all. I was relieved when I received a text from Dave the driver at 3am letting me know that he was on his way. He showed up at 324am. He was professional, helpful and friendly. There is no traffic that early in the morning so we got to the airport quickly and safely. Highly recommend these guys for LAX shuttle service. First, super quick to provide rates and respond to inquiry. Next, price was great-I got a bunch of quotes and Thomas Transportation was best. They were very helpful in terms of times to get to airport, when to leave, etc. Our initial flight was cancelled and rescheduled for next day, and they didn't bat an eye, just confirmed pick-up time for new flight.
