    I will most likely not use the location ever again. For a multitude of reasons. Let's get into it…read more When I first pulled in there were two customers in front of me. When I got into the line I was told by an employee to pull up to bay 3. I did so. I am idling there and then another employee came up to me and told me that bay 3 was closed. I was told to back up and pull into a spot and wait until one of the other two cars pulled into a bay. This wouldn't have been bad, but the lot is so narrow here and if another vehicle had pulled into the lot, I would not have been able to do this. Then a vehicle left the bay and one car pulled through. I was instructed to pull up to the bay to be in wait. What is supposed to be a 15 minute service turns into anywhere from 30-45 minute wait. While sitting in wait at bay 1, lo and behold bay 3 opened up. A bay I was told to vacate, I would have been in by this point. Instead, another employee came out and told me to move to bay 2 and I would be in within a few minutes. I move again, and while I pull up to bay 2, I give them my information so that when I get in there it won't be that long of a wait. I explicitly told them I just wanted an oil change and that was all. Nothing else. They then try to upsale me on so many things. Radiator flush, transmission fluid change, wipers, air filter, upgrade to a synthetic oil. Then the best of all, they told me that my vehicle has started to have an oil leak. Funny, no oil under my car no matter where I park, no low oil light either. I know you need to meet quotas, but if I tell you I only want and oil change, respect that. I do not want to pay top dollar for a service I can get done elsewhere for cheaper, or do myself. Especially when you show me something that I had just done myself a mere six months ago. Also, when I tell you that I don't drive very much now, respect that as well. I don't put the wear and tear on my vehicle as much as I used to. I appreciate the hustle, but respect my intentions.

Working the day after Christmas is not to do, but this guy was super cool about being there. Andy was cool, as well. The only reason I rated the services as good and not great is b/c of the guy who instructed us to go the service space. I think they expect people to know to pull right in, and that's not the case. He was so aggressive with his motions that I started to turn my car around. Glad I didn't.

I called and asked about pricing. The cost (whether jump start or battery) was reasonable. Mr. Ayala said he'd pick up the battery on the way just in case - having gotten the information I had on hand for my make and model, and my equipment preference if it came to that. He also said that I wouldn't be charged for the battery if it wasn't needed - regardless of him making this outlay. As promised, he showed up about 45 minutes after our call - this is with him driving up to Baltimore. When he arrived, Mr. Ayala looked at the battery, said it was 2 years old, no corrosion - relatively young for the equipment. That it probably would be just a jump start (I had left the car sitting for too long). He then promptly walked me through the steps to jump it, while attaching the cords to the outlets. The car started. Then he had me turn it off without the cords attached to check that it still started, which it did. The service was $85. Perfectly reasonable. Convenient and timely, as well, and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable.

    I took my Jeep Compass in for service several weeks ago because my battery kept dying. The man who…read morejumped my car informed me that there was an issue with my auxiliary battery. When I mentioned this to the gentleman at the front desk he was very rude and dismissive of this and told me everything was fine with the car and that his diagnostics test found nothing. I asked him to double check it and he claimed they still found nothing wrong. He was incredibly dismissive of my concerns and I am now sitting in my garage with yet another dead battery and AAA on the way because they wouldn't look into replacing what I already knew was wrong. I'm very unhappy and I'm now losing money at my own business because I cannot make it to work on time to meet with clients. Very poor service. Even if it is another issue, I don't appreciate the attitude from this man.

I tell him "This jeep most definitely has a second battery. I personally jumped it yesterday. A quick Google search will show you where it is." He then goes into this statement about how his machine is only 1 year old and catches everything and then basically becomes dismissive of the issue.
