I went for the first time today for a hand wash and interior detail. The hand wash was very basic, but quite fast, for the price I think it was adequate and much better than harsh touchless or brush washes, I will definitely return for this between annual full details elsewhere. The interior folks did a nice job on my mats and door jams, but I probably wouldn't do it again, it mostly felt like a wipe down that I can do myself. All the employees were super kind and respectful, and were very patient directing me around in the lot which was sort of confusing to me being there for the first time. Good value for a quick wash, I've seen other reviews mentioning they are expensive, but try to find a cheaper hand wash within 30 miles I dare you. read more

Do not get a detail here. I've done a normal car wash here for years, and they're good at that, but they can't do a proper detail. Go to someone who specializes in details if you really want that - I paid over $300 for a detail and it was no better than the normal car wash they offer. I also did contact them before leaving a review and they basically told me to kick rocks and their guys had been detailing for 20 years. read more

I was hesitant when I saw the price for the interior only cleaning but really needed to have it done to sell my vehicle. THEY WERE AWESOME and literally made it look brand new! And it wasn't easy! I normally come here for both a wash and to have my interior clean. The platinum wash for an SUV is only $34! And they do a good job. The reason why I'm giving this place five stars is because of their customer service. They're always super friendly, and after coming here for over a year, I had my first not-so-great service. The wash was perfectly fine, but the interior wasn't as clean as it normally is when I get it (it wasn't awful either, just not perfect). I was in a rush to leave so didn't have time to check until I was already 20 minutes down the road. I called them and asked to speak to their manager to let them know. I spoke with Tim & he was super nice! Brought it in the next day and he re-did the interior for me. Still a happy customer and will continue to come here! :) read more

Please beware and stay away of these slimebags. Three Cees did $750 dollars worth of damage to my mom's car on 10/10/2009. I'm a DIYer and I know machinery breaks down from time to time but I could not believe the lengths - not taking phone calls, lying - management would go to avoid paying for the damage. The car behind her hit her and the right fender of her van got slammed by their 200 lb under-carriage brush, knocking her off the rail. She waited for an hour in their lobby while they "investigated" the incident but basically tried to make her go away by leaving her sitting there and ignoring her. I came and looked at their equipment myself and regret to say that it indeed looked shoddy; there are NO safety controls to keep the car from slipping off the track in the event of a rear-end collision (my theory of what happened). Finally, Chris, the manager, came up and told me that it wasn't Three Cees fault, saying that the damage may already have been there when she drove in, and basically implying that we were trying to con him - absolutely outrageous. Yes, it was a cheap wash at $6, but in dealing with this issue the manager 1) accused Mom of trying to con him 2) has ducked my calls and 3) lied to me, saying this is the only time an accident has ever occurred in the nine years since they've been open - having seen the equipment, I wasn't buying it; he changed his story when I told him so and told me that his CPA had allowed him to write checks in the past but wouldn't let him settle for amounts over $200. Along with taking these shysters to small claims court I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In the meantime, save yourselves the grief and get your car washed at a decent business. read more

I'm giving this place a 4 star review because they are one of the more thorough car wash/detail places I've been to. My biggest concern with other places is paying for a service that I'm not sure they are actually providing! Like for instance, I took my car to a car wash spot in Annandale yesterday and wanted the exterior only. They have like three different options for exterior, but how do I know if I buy the most expensive one, they are really going to fulfill that? Because you then go into an assembly line with other cars, no one checks the receipt to see what you paid for. So they could be giving everyone a mediocre job but getting paid more for it. At triple Cees, they actually write out the option you chose on your windshield (with an erasable marker) and you can actually see someone punch in some codes before you enter the wash. Their detail job is usually really detailed and thorough as well! But prepare to wait a while, as this place gets really busy! read more

Staff seemed welcoming and passionate - I came in with ugly and awful scratches all along my front left corner. Their paint correction (waxing+clay+compound+sealant) surpassed all my expectations. Completely got rid of all those scuff marks. Honestly thought I'd have to have the panels replaced or have the car repainted. read more

I recently moved to the area, have 2 cars, and this is the closest car wash. Gave them a try with each, had to dry the cars and wipe the wheels myself after they told me the cars were ready. Asked for towels and they watched me do the work myself....both times. Found "Flagship" car wash less than 10 minutes away (on Grant, off Elden in Herndon) and they do a MUCH MUCH better job. read more

I have tried car washes all over Fairfax county. Without a doubt threeC's is the best. Not just the best but the best by a long mile. The staff is friendly. You don't have to remind them to do certain things. They go the extra mile. If you need extra attention they're happy to do it. One of the better places to get your car washed in the region. I have only used their express exterior wash. It's an automated machine wash but does a good job and I haven't noticed any scratches or damage after being here several times. Only issue is that if it gets backed up they won't do a good job of wiping your car down afterwards. read more

Years ago, when this place was new and I was a more frequent customer, I remember that they did a very nice job for a decent price. A thorough vacuuming and decent job cleaning the interior for their basic detailing service, which they call "interior therapy". These days, every time I go they send a staffer to complain to me about how hard it is to vacuum out a car thoroughly, but if I'll just pay the extra $70 for a carpet shampoo, that will solve the problem. I don't need my carpets shampooed....that's why I have the custom-fit all weather mats to protect the carpet. What I need is a thorough vacuuming job. I know it's hard, that's why I'm willing to pay them to do it. 35 bucks (I have a third row, it's extra) isn't too bad...I'd even pay a little more...I offered. But $70 for a shampoo I don't need? I'm disappointed...seems very bait and switch now, and it used to be top notch. read more

It's been about a year or so since I visited this automated car wash and I never had a complaint with their friendly complete service in the years going there, even though it usually took up to 30 mins to complete the process. Today, the cashier basically talked me out of getting their Titanium package (which includes the "interior therapy"), by telling me the whole process would take about 45-50 minutes to complete. For reference, the Titanium package is $29 for a midsize car. Higher for larger vehicles. I also learnt an intermediate option to wash/dry the exterior and just vacuum the interior would still require the same 45-50 minute commitment. Disappointed, I ended up just getting the basic wash and hand dry for $13, which is a fair price. Problem is the hand dry part only lasts about 1.5 minutes. That's because the next car on the track in the automated wash machine is already being pushed out just behind you. Fortunately, I have my own cloths in the trunk to dry the car. It's unlikely that I will be visiting 3 Cees again anytime soon. read more

I visit here fairly often since its on my way to and from work. They are always well staffed. Car wash is always perfection. My last visit after going through the wash I was convinced to get a hand wax. The gentleman was very nice and explained why its best to get the many scratches out of my car. I opted to wait for the wax and my car looks immaculate let me tell you. I bought this car used and it looks brand new off the lot. I have only been here once before my previous visit. I was attended by Vicky at the check in who recommended what would fit my needs. She was a pleasure to deal with and was knowledgeable. She did advise that there was a wait for having my interior cleaned. Which in my opinion, its best to go ugly early. As soon as, my car came out the wash, they were quick to point out that I needed my headlights buffed out because they were foggy. I advised them that I was ok and thanked them. Then, 5 minutes later they asked again. I think that once is more than enough. Communication is key when they want to up sale a customer a product or service. I just don't need people to sound pushy when trying to sell a service or 3 different people telling me I need it. All in all, my kids and I waited an hour but it was well worth it. The car was super clean and I will definitely be going back. My reason for four stars is to improve communication between each other and not sound pushy or repetitive when trying to sell service/product. read more

I had gone to Flagship the day before and it was drizzling out and the guys closed the carwash as I was waiting in line & would not help me even though we always went there!!! No More. Been using this place religiously since before 2005, sometimes driving over 15 miles just for that. Not anymore, the quality has been deteriorating gradually and the last detailing job they did was just so horrible, it was insulting. I can only explain it by the change of the ownership or management, because the facility hasn't really changed. After the $30 "Interior Therapy" package, they left the dust on the dash, the sides of the inside dirt in the trunk... after pointing it all out to a "manager", they tried again -- for about 2 minutes -- and half the dirt was still there... I have used this place too many times now. The price is high compared to the service they provide. Very often they provide a sloppy result where you have to inspect their work and point at all the spots they have missed. What disturbs me the most though is that they have such a poor customer service attitude. I have many times been turned away because they have decided to close early or for any other reason not provide any service beyond the automated car wash. Many places offer a better product to a lower price, so look elsewhere. read more

I agree with most, they are usually very understaffed. Its kind of bittersweet because I go on weekdays to avoid the long rush, but because its the weekday, they are even more understaffed. Here are my complaints, I usually end up paying a little over 40 dollars. This is what they charge for minivans. However, they don't live up to the extra cost and its not justified. The internal therapy they supposedly do always, I mean always takes less time on my car than say a 4 door Bimmer or that German Chrysler. Its not fair. They don't even hit the third row, they just usually reach over. The other thing, the soap suds..they need to get more soap in the car wash, the amount of foaming (cleaning agent) on the car is so weak. read more

Seems to have undergone a change of ownership. They have this new system where they write on your windshield after you pay and give you a receipt with an authorization code for the wash. You then pass a waste paper basket. If you throw the receipt away, the guys in front of the entrance can start the car wash because they can't get the code. This has led to ten and fifteen minute delays several times. The owner is stubborn. The old man went inside to ask for a new ticket and she made him walk outside and sort through the trash. When he couldn't find it, she finally gave him another ticket. I can understand having a self serve car wash that requires a code. But this new owner doesn't trust her own employees and that will probably waste your time (and have everyone angry at you) as well. read more

We have been going to 3C's for 5 years and everything was great until they started changing the quality of service. We take all our cars and pay the monthly service fee with unlimited car wash. They stopped spraying the wheel cleaner manually and they opted for the silly auto wheel wash as you go thru and most times it does not even clean the wheel. We were told to buy another service just for the wheels. We will be cancelling our monthly service for all our cars. read more

So disappointed! Been coming here since this place opened years ago. I have been very proud of this place for being operated by a respected Korean family - well known in their Korean community. Today, the experience and was disappointing. I do not use social media much to rate a place, but felt the need to say something today. I have always highly recommended this place, even to people living out of this area. Coming here today, there is a noticeable difference in attentiveness, attention to detail, and lack of professionalism - especially from the receptionist. Starting from dress attire that of an unprofessional length (unbefitting of a professional establishment). The receptionist boldly assumed that my Mercedes should be charged a higher price. When I questioned her assessment that my car was an SUV ....she suddenly stated that I should go to the front to ask if any more hand wax slots remain. All as she pretended that she just remembered. At that point I knew she was trying to get rid of me. I guess lies are easily taken by most. What she doesn't understand her attitude can look poorly on her management. I have seen how they communicate for all these years...I know could have asked by calling the front. She reluctantly called the front after a long purposeful silence hoping I would just vanish from her sight. Then she and I sat and waited for a response from the lobby...bluntly snickered with immaturity. Customers should not feel like they are being taken advantage of or dismissed discreetly or not. I noted the owner onsite and a manager as well. I did not approach them but observed what has changed around here. I would just recommend more attention for all customers and a correction of who represents them at the front - their appearance and attitude at the reception and/or lobby should be important. Looking around today I saw many very hard working people as well. People who have been working here for years. They deserve better ratings for their very diligent and hard work. What is on yelp today was not that way in their hay day -- when NFL ball players and IT Execs frequented this place before. Hope they do something soon to change the slump in ratings they are in. I've been taking my vehicles to this car wash since the early 2000s. This place is easily my go to car wash in the area. They always have done an excellent job on the interior and exterior of my vehicles. It doesn't matter if it is a car or an SUV, the quality of work always has been good. As far as the pricing goes, I believe it is very fair for all types of washes for both SUVs and cars. You can get a basic outside only wash or you can get the works, inside and out with tire wax. My big suggestion is to avoid this place on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. They are absolutely jam packed due to the excellent service and popularity. OH EM GEE!! I took my car on today for a full detail. I've had my car 10 years and have gotten it washed a waxed a few times. It has its share of scratches and such. The interior of my car looks like I just purchased the car new!!! They got every PIECE of whatever that was in every crack and crevice of my car. There are places in between the seat that I swore a family of something had probably set up shop in there....they got that, too! The exterior is flawless.
