Not to be confused with Three Brothers Bakery, Three Dogs is serving up treats for our four legged friends. I was introduced to this gem by my rescue who partners with the bakery during select foster "Yappy hours." The concept is adorable-kickback, and relax with treat and drink, and in this case do so while meeting a few very adorable adoptable pups or snagging some merch to contribute towards the mission of a great rescue. When I say treats, I mean it. In addition to Italian wedding cake and an open bar for humans, Three Dog brought out the doggo rose and two different treat varieties for the pups. From the moment we walked in the door my pup felt like a celebrity. Since my foster pup was such a good boy, we browsed the store for some additional goodies to take home. Their selection isn't the largest, but it's high quality and they have a little bit of everything. They carry herring, CBD, rawhide alternatives, bow ties, and fresh baked dog treats, most of which are grain free. Where they do shine in selection is the bakery case, packed with a large selection of freshly baked dog treats! If your pup is picky, they've got you covered. It's my baby's birthday, and I wanted to celebrate her, so I stopped in to grab a few treats for her special day. The customer service was great. I was helped right away, and as I looked around the refrigerated section to pick out some treats, the gentleman assisting me was very patient. They also had some really good deals on their treats, which made me super happy. The store was clean and fully stocked, which I always appreciate. Absolutely love Three Dog Bakery! The girls who work there are truly the best--so kind, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. You can tell they genuinely care about dogs and their owners. We're especially grateful that we're able to find our Italian formula dog food there, N&D, which in our opinion is hands down the best dog food on the market. Just remember there is not much room for writing. I pre-ordered it 24 hours in advance and it was ready by next day at noon. Came and picked up the cake the next day. I was greeted by a lady and asked if I needed assistance. I told her I am here to pick up a birthday cake and gave her my name. Three dog bakery always has so much selection and very artsy treats. My dog has never complained and gets super excited when she sees the box. This year we bought her a new hat to kick things off. I want to start by saying the woman who initially took my order over the phone was very kind and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill. I placed my order about a week in advance and was told someone would call me back to confirm the pickup day and time. I explained that the day after Christmas would work, but only in the morning or early afternoon. She said she would speak with the pastry chef and follow up with confirmation because they could have it done sooner-before Christmas. I never received a call. I understand this is a busy time of year, but I did not hear from anyone. I emailed the store the day after Christmas and still received no response. I was also busy that day and did not get a chance to call before the end of business. The next morning, I called and spoke with the manager at the Heights location, and her attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. She very bluntly told me that they do not communicate by email and that they do not remind customers when their orders are ready. This was surprising, as I had been told prior to placing the order that someone would call to confirm the pickup day and time. When I mentioned that, she dismissed it and said the order had been ready at 3:00 PM (the day after Christmas btw) and that I could pick it up now. I explained that I had emailed (the day after Christmas) them to check on the order and was told she had not checked the email (this call took place around 10:30 AM). What made this more frustrating is that when I initially reached out to place the order, they responded right away by email and called me by phone. I track my business emails and could see that the email had been opened, which I also mentioned to the manager. I simply suggested that a quick confirmation or even an text response could help avoid situations like this. When I asked how we could resolve the issue, especially since this was my first time ordering, she said there was nothing they could do and emphasized that Thursdays and Fridays are their busiest days. She showed no empathy or apology and came across as very "take it or leave it." Ironically, after the call ended, she called back and offered a $20 gift card. By that point, I was already disappointed and was not planning to return after pick up the cake. When I arrived at the store, I spoke with the owner and explained what happened. She also stated that they do not call customers when orders are ready. I understood that, but I never received a confirmed pickup date or time. I reiterated that someone had said they would call to confirm after speaking with the pastry chef, and that never happened. I also mentioned that my email was sent (at 2:09 PM, which would mean the cake was not ready at that time if it was supposedly ready at 3:00 PM). They did offer the $20 gift card for all the issues, but honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. My dog's birthday celebration was supposed to be the day after Christmas, and the lack of communication and dismissive attitude really ruined the experience at Three Dog Bakery. If you plan to order from Three Dog Bakery, I strongly recommend having them clearly confirm your pickup date and time in advance. read more

If you're looking for freshly baked dog treats, then this is your place! The original location is in Rice Village and this store is similar to it. I come about once a month to spoil my dogs with treats and buy dog food that I can't find at mainstream pet stores (i.e. Pet Smart and Petco). They have seasonal treats that are super cute and freshly made, I always see them baking whenever I am there. This is also my go to for my dogs' birthday cakes- they can personalize them with their names and even my picky dog will eat everything here! In addition to food, they also sell dog toys, leashes, super cute bandanas, dog clothing, and even human t-shirts. The staff here is always so welcoming and loves to give out treats to all the visiting dogs. Definitely come here for a visit if you want to spoil your pup! P.S. Celebrating our angel baby's 4th birthday so we stopped by to get treats and bakery items. Our dog is allergic to eggs, so we are happy that they have ingredients listed even on their bakery items. They have good sales. We were able to get 1 Three Dog Bakery item for free after buying 3 items. Our babies loved the bakery treats and ate them so quickly. Neither of the workers greeted me or asked if I needed help. They just stared and waited until I said something. The main cashier was also in between phone calls and seemed rushed. The service here is terrible. I've taken time to think if I should even leave a review but my experience was shocking how rude their employees are. I ended up on the phone with someone with a name of Kayla. She was extremely unprofessional & got an attitude with me because I had a couple of questions over a product. Kayla would cut me off while speaking, talk over me, and acted extremely annoyed with helping me. I don't understand why you have a job in retail when you're not even wanting to help the customer and also giving off the worst attitude.
