Wasn't going to tell this story, but after seeing their instagram post about hosting an event with the police, I felt the need to come to yelp. I went in a few months ago and ordered a specialty latte. It was slightly too sweet, which is normally not a big deal. I made sure to be super polite when asking them to fix it for me, and when I got my fixed drink I stepped away from the counter. The woman who works there with red hair (the manager, I think?) made a comment to her coworker calling me a "cunt" for asking for my drink to be changed. I have been wanting to come here for the longest time! And I'm so glad I was in the area and remembered to check it out! I've seen mixed reviews for this drink, BUT me personally, I loved it. I think I would've liked a more sticky rice flavor, it's subtle but it's there. My bf LOVED his latte and he's super picky with his coffee places, but he absolutely loved this location. As a Burbank local I can't believe I didn't try this spot earlier! I came today and it was pretty busy but the coffee came out quick and the service was great, everyone was very friendly. I got the Hawaiian Latte and I really wish this latte wasn't seasonal because it's the best I've ever had. As if their menu wasn't full of great items already, they have an additional creative and delicious drinks menu that changes with each new season. There is also a case full of yummy pastries - the spinach and cheese croissant is a must. The staff is friendly and helpful; the owners lovely and welcoming. Decided to try out this coffee shop after picking my friend up from Bob Hope airport one morning. I ordered an iced vanilla bean latte with oat milk and asked to make it not too sweet - it was still sweeter than my preference but still a very good latte! My friend got a black coffee and enjoyed it. The baked goods looked great but nothing vegan for me. The owner was taking our order and said she tried vegan baked goods in the past but they just weren't selling. Fingers crossed for another try in the future ;) Overall I like the space - there is some seating outside as well. Will certainly return! read more

This was my favorite place for a really long time because their matcha is amazing but recently my last couple of times the customer service has been really bad :(. A couple days ago I came in and I wasn't even greeted when I got to the register, instead the girl was on her phone for a good like 1 minute. Then she asked what I wanted without even saying hello or anything. Then I came in yesterday and I was unaware they closed early so I came in 5 minutes before closing but it was still open and everyone that worked there just had a look on their face that kind of made me feel uncomfortable when I walked in but I really wanted a matcha so whatever lol. The girl that took my order looked at me, checked her watch a couple of times then took my order. She just looked really unhappy. I don't expect top tier service anywhere just because I know not everyone is super friendly but the last couple of times have just made me not want to come back which is unfortunate as I do really love the matcha here. read more

I didn't know an Arnold Palmer could be made so poorly- the easiest drink to make. Ordered a blueberry muffin to go with and it tasted like an old 7-11 packaged one. I spent 8 dollars on these two terrible items only to be served with the worst attitude. The girl practically threw the muffin down on the counter and didn't even say what it was for me to know if it was my order. I was met with a nasty "yeah" when I asked if it was what I just bought. I threw away the drink after three sips. Waste of money. If the place had a little bit of ambiance and some nice service I would have forgotten about it, but this place is ugly, expensive and rude. The ambiance to this place is super cute, the decor and set up is amazing. Parking is limited but easy to find, seating is limited. We met the owner and her three daughters, the youngest being a little girl who was also making drinks. Super sweet owner and girls, they were all so kind! We love that they are teaching their girls about coffee and business but realistically the drink was just okay and mostly oatmilk. I watched the little girl pour the milk all the way to the top and the other girl threw in a shot of espresso at the end. It was a brown butter toffee latte and tasted purely of oatmilk and maybe vanilla. The owner had stepped away so there wasn't an adult to address the issue to and felt awful saying anything to the kids. I ordered a coffee and two pastries and it was about $18, not the worst price for coffee in Burbank. The pastries were yummy! The experience was friendly, but the coffee wasn't the best. I know they have a restroom, which is always a plus. They also do book readings and photo ops in store. I think they opened up fairly recently so maybe they're still in the process of launching, will try again. read more

I generally don't like leaving bad reviews but I just couldn't find anything positive about this place besides it being spacious. I would've given this place only one star if it wasn't a newly opened place. First off, the coffee wasn't good and, in fact, I could barely taste coffee in my latte. And the spinach pastry tasted like freezer. Maybe it wasn't fully defrosted/baked or not properly stored in the freezer? I don't know... It definitely did not taste like a freshly baked pastry and I hate when cafes don't carry decent baked goods. It's better to not sell any if you can't get them from a good bakery but there's a ton of bakeries in the area. Ruined my Sunday breakfast moment. read more

I heard great reviews about this place from a Burbank FD friend so I decided to try it out. Walked in and the place was happenin' with music at a respectful level enough to hold a conversation, which I greatly appreciate! Tables and chairs were filled with customers who either met for coffee or were having a meeting. The smell was a calming blend of essential oils and espresso beans (both my fav). We ordered The Grizzly with oatmilk which is a much better, higher quality version of Starbucks' iced BS shaken espresso. I myself ordered the Vanilla Bean Latte with an added shot, (3 total) but to my surprise it was VERY strong (and I love a strong coffee but with flavor). It tasted like straight espresso and oat milk. I honestly think they must've forgotten the vanilla bean syrup, based on the other reviews. I will have to make another stop here when in the area so I can try another. One minor takeaway is the leakage from the cold drink lids: my hand was smelling like my coffee until I drank enough for it not to spill over. Overall this place was delightful in all areas! Last time i went my latte was extremely sweet i had to order another one. A month later I tried to give it another chance and there was literally no ice in my latte. Ok wow! I've been wanting to try this local coffee shop for a while. I walk in on Friday morning and had to work around the amount of animals inside the shop. I love my dog and I'm a huge animal lover however, there's a time and place for everything. Not sure if there should be a limit on the amount of pets inside (I counted more than 5‍) but having pets blocking the area around the cashier and door was a complete turn off. I ordered a cold drink because I was too afraid to order a hot drink and walk out and trip over these dogs and burn myself . Sounds like a liability waiting to happen. The dogs were just laying around, scratching themselves, licking their paws or as one trying to sniff everything. No one in line so I got my drink pretty quick. The price of specialty coffees is a bit overpriced but yet so is everything in Burbank. The scones were pretty dry and so is the muffin. I was pretty disappointed and also pretty shocked for the price on that super expensive cinnamon roll. You can't say my drink was bad, but the pastries were dry and the drink was just OK. I only give this place two stars because the girl behind the counter called me darling. Unfortunately I don't think I will return. read more

I'm a sucker for cute coffee shops, and even more so, one i can physically walk to, and I am welcoming Three Sisters with wide open arms! Situated directly next to my favorite craft beer spot, right off Magnolia, their location is modern, sleek, and inviting! They even have a back patio to boot (can't wait to enjoy post heat wave!) I've now been twice and had their cold brew- and it does not disappoint. My husband had a dirty chai and said it was perfect. They have a small pastry case (waiting to see some Vegan options to try) and fridge with grab and go cold drinks. There's a Seahorse in my coffee This morning, I was at a new coffee joint up the street from me called Three Sisters Coffee & Tea. They are family-owned and have great customer service (you are not a number here). The store is warm, friendly, and has nice esthetics. This is my second time here, and the coffee is great (so far, so good). I decided on a cappuccino this time and was pleasantly surprised by the foam artwork of a seahorse. Love this personal touch!
