4/5 1/5 ($) street parking (on magnolia or neighborhood) strawberry matcha & maple vanilla latte (seasonal) @3sisterscoffeeandtea was a new find recently on TikTok, and I knew I had to try because it's one of the only cafes in the valley. every other cafe I've tried has either been in k-town or DTLA, which iykyk has a lot of traffic and hardly any parking. the drinks were DELICIOUS! the strawberry puree in the strawberry matcha was delicious even though it wasn't pictured. the maple syrup also in the latte was delicious and added sweetness to a usually bland latte (regular vanilla latte). i have a HUGE sweet tooth so these drinks I throughly enjoyed, but if you don't have the same preference I would request for less sweet. the only thing I did not particularly like was the service, although the people were nice, there seemed to be a disconnect between the cashier and customer based on my experience at other places. it could've been an off day for them, but definitely something I noticed. would still recommend to anyone wanting to try a new place in Burbank! read more

I found this spot on my way to my tax appointment and yay to finding a nice spot before a stressful appointment. It is such a cute and trendy spot. They have a library you can borrow from and leave books too to share with others. They also have some merchandise for purchase. Parking is in front or on the side resident streets. When I approached, I knew one drink since it was for my mother but I had no idea what to randomly try. The barista was gracious enough to suggest a not so sweet drink which was the vanilla bean latter without foam. I drank it ans it was perfect. I also purchased 2 crean cheese muffins that were so soft and had gooey cream cheese. It was a great start to the day. I definitely want to come back and try some other items too. read more

I stopped by for a quick coffee but the inside is so cozy I could definitely see myself coming back with my laptop to work or having a coffee date with a friend. Such a cute coffee shop! They have other small businesses inside to shop and flyers for cute events inside. The workers are also very friendly, I had an iced vanilla oat latte, that was fairly good! My partner had their strawberry matcha latte (not pictured) -- but I wouldn't say this is the best on the menu, there was a smidge of strawberry flavor and the matcha flavor was a little underwhelming. The reason they are so fast is because the person taking orders is not in the mood to chat or even offer a genuine smile. Local neighborhood coffee shop, recently opened, but you can hardly tell given the service and the clientele they already have of locals. No joke, random Thursday morning, they are completely packed. No seat in the house and it's spacious in here versus other local coffee shops. However, it was worth the wait as the Three Sisters Latte was just pure bliss. Ordered mine with oat milk and It was perfect as is. Not to hot you burn your tongue and not boring that you needed to add sugar to it. It hit the spot and made me a fan of lattes again. The owner works thoughtfully to keep her business inclusive for all walks of life, and is kind and warm to everyone she meets. The shop itself is clean, decorated well, always stocked with good alternative drinks in their fridge. I love that they have a library and bring in local vendors almost weekly- again adding to that community aspect. And for the ACTUAL DRINKS? Incredible. Im 100% a matcha snob. I live part time in San Diego and I haven't been able to find somewhere here where I literally crave their matcha when I'm away. I was looking for a local coffee place to replace Starbucks. Three Sisters is cozy, friendly, and offers great-quality coffee and pastries. They also have super cute drinks! I also love that they host local artists and other small events to create community! I began taking morning walks with a friend to get our caffeine fix- which has been the only reason I exercise. They're also dog-friendly and have always been kind to my Italian Greyhound, Thistle. I take her there whenever I can to socialize her, which has been so helpful in her development! Decided to try out this coffee shop after picking my friend up from Bob Hope airport one morning. I ordered an iced vanilla bean latte with oat milk and asked to make it not too sweet - it was still sweeter than my preference but still a very good latte! My friend got a black coffee and enjoyed it. The baked goods looked great but nothing vegan for me. The owner was taking our order and said she tried vegan baked goods in the past but they just weren't selling. I wanted to love this place but it fell short in its main purpose: the quality of the beverages to say briefly, the matcha i ordered was too sweet and it overpowered the drink. i know taste is subjective but even my partner sitting with me agreed. it tasted like the flavored drinks from gas station coffee. hope is not lost though. i live nearby and think the ambiance and proximity deserve another chance. what i love the most is the decor and free library. when i'm done making my rounds down the variety of coffee shops down Magnolia BlVD, i'll probably try something else from the menu. i'm hoping maybe that day i just got a blooper. i also deducted a point due to my dine-in order being served in a toxic plastic cup instead of a mug. i would appreciate being given the option. also, not sure if they use organic ingredients. while the service was neutral (not happy friendly but also not rude or dismissive) i didnt feel comfortable asking my usual questions as the service wasn't entirely welcoming. maybe in my next visit. read more

I think I would've liked a more sticky rice flavor, it's subtle but it's there. My bf LOVED his latte and he's super picky with his coffee places, but he absolutely loved this location. The staff who I am assuming are the sisters was super friendly and made us feel welcomed! As a Burbank local I can't believe I didn't try this spot earlier! I came today and it was pretty busy but the coffee came out quick and the service was great, everyone was very friendly. I got the Hawaiian Latte and I really wish this latte wasn't seasonal because it's the best I've ever had. I went in a few months ago and ordered a specialty latte. It was slightly too sweet, which is normally not a big deal. The woman who works there with red hair (the manager, I think?) made a comment to her coworker calling me a "cunt" for asking for my drink to be changed. I generally don't like leaving bad reviews but I just couldn't find anything positive about this place besides it being spacious. I would've given this place only one star if it wasn't a newly opened place. First off, the coffee wasn't good and, in fact, I could barely taste coffee in my latte. And the spinach pastry tasted like freezer. Maybe it wasn't fully defrosted/baked or not properly stored in the freezer? I don't know... It definitely did not taste like a freshly baked pastry and I hate when cafes don't carry decent baked goods. It's better to not sell any if you can't get them from a good bakery but there's a ton of bakeries in the area. Ruined my Sunday breakfast moment. read more

The ambiance to this place is super cute, the decor and set up is amazing. Parking is limited but easy to find, seating is limited. We met the owner and her three daughters, the youngest being a little girl who was also making drinks. Super sweet owner and girls, they were all so kind! We love that they are teaching their girls about coffee and business but realistically the drink was just okay and mostly oatmilk. I watched the little girl pour the milk all the way to the top and the other girl threw in a shot of espresso at the end. It was a brown butter toffee latte and tasted purely of oatmilk and maybe vanilla. The owner had stepped away so there wasn't an adult to address the issue to and felt awful saying anything to the kids. I ordered a coffee and two pastries and it was about $18, not the worst price for coffee in Burbank. The pastries were yummy! The experience was friendly, but the coffee wasn't the best. I know they have a restroom, which is always a plus. They also do book readings and photo ops in store. I think they opened up fairly recently so maybe they're still in the process of launching, will try again. read more

As if their menu wasn't full of great items already, they have an additional creative and delicious drinks menu that changes with each new season. There is also a case full of yummy pastries - the spinach and cheese croissant is a must. The staff is friendly and helpful; the owners lovely and welcoming.
