This past Saturday between the time of 1-2 pm I came in and was helped by two teenage seeming employees. I had the absolute most outrageous customer service. I asked for an iced cafe au lait, which mind you is very much possible to make. The barista who helped me immediately changed her disposition and had an extreme attitude with me insinuating that I was stupid for asking it iced. She made me feel so horrible, she then turned to her coworker and kept saying OUT LOUD MIND YOU where I could clearly hear, Saying things like " don't you know we can't make this blah blah blah" her co worker even told her to calm down as it was EXTREMELY OBVIOUS I COULD HEAR THEM COMPLAINING ABOUT ME THE PAYING CUSTOMER. I used to love coming here but being treated like this was absolutely degrading & infuriating. This all could've been avoided if my barista could just explain why she felt my coffee order wasn't possible to make. Will never get my business unless my experience is acknowledged and rectified. read more

Everything about this place is unexciting. My iced americano was not bad, but not great. The service wasn't unfriendly, but inexplicably awkward. The ambience overall seemed stifling and strange. There are a few other coffee shops in the area that are better worth your $5. read more

Been going to 3 sisters since it opened and I couldn't ask for a better coffee shop. The barrista team is friendly, fun, and great at what they do. I tend to get the cold brew most days and its always mixed well. The pastries are great too! (Try the jalapeno cheese croissant, its a game changer). The building is very warm and welcoming. It makes for a good foot to start the day. Overall, its a great spot for Burbank locals looking to start their day right, and for anyone that might be passing through to get a little something you can't find anywhere else. read more

The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly, but they need to work on their drip coffee. I went yesterday and I couldn't finish my drip coffee. It tasted awful. It seemed to be burnt, way too strong, and maybe sitting around for a while. It was not a good cup of coffee. Drip coffee should be good at a coffee house since this is basic coffee 101. read more

My friend and I came here about a month ago. The girl in the front had no customer service skills. The girl had a flat affect and very dry. We decided to give them another try. On our recent visit, we walked in and stood near the register for about 5 min before someone acknowledged us. While taking our orders, the girl wrote our drink on the cup and while doing that her fingers were going inside the cup (disgusting!). We like supporting small businesses, but there's no way we will support this business. read more

These taste like grocery store pastries, its all kind of soft and no crunchy flaky bits like the other magnolia coffee houses. This is a nice new little hang out in Burbank, the front is modern, with the dark grey on grey theme. I do hope this will attract more new eateries in this area. Our first visit, not as good as I hoped, coffee was fine to go but the young girls behind the counter know nothing about what hospitality is about, they had no manners, they can't even say hello, welcome or thank you, it isn't that hard to do girls. AH-MAZING coffee shop! Their coffee is just what I need to start my day. I come at least twice a week and Everyone there is so nice and the owners welcome you to the shop as if your family ! The ambiance is very welcoming and even the other customers are nice to chat with. They have a patio in the back and it's quiet and perfect to relax outside. We heard by word of mouth about a new coffee shop in Burbank so checking it out was an absolute must. When you walk into Three Sisters we were greeted with smiles by an amazing group of women behind the counter. They were welcoming and sweet and you could tell they were genuinely happy to see each and every person walk through that door. The space itself is so welcoming and decorated with such beautiful aesthetic we couldn't help but sit and stay. While we sat and hung out (and people watched) for a bit. A few family members and friends walked through and we're all smiles and proud of the accomplishments these women had done. At one point the line got quite long and you could hear behind the counter the giddy happiness and someone say "omg look! It's the first time the line is out the door!!" That alone... I will a 1000% be back. It was so genuine and the reason small businesses need to be supported. Oh yeah.. and the coffee was amazing too! I got just an iced vanilla latte but it was perfectly flavored not too sweet and the espresso was perfectly tasting. We also got the cream cheese muffin which I ended up eating instead of my toddler who it was originally intended for. Overall, I will be back. They were amazing. Coffee was amazing 10/10 read more

it's hard to find a place that has it all. let me tell you, three sisters has it all. 1) excellent drinks. the espresso is always dialed in perfectly, every shot i've had has tasted perfect. The milk and syrups they use are high quality, which is refreshing because a lot coffee shops skimp on, let's say, non dairy milks, and this small detail has a big affect on the taste of the drink. My go to is their iced oat sugar free vanilla latte half sweet. My bf gets a cold brew with a splash of oat, and it's his top three cold brew he's had. 2) Their service is very warm. All the baristas seem genuinely happy to be working there. The owner is there everyday. She makes everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. You just feel the love in the air 3) Which brings me to my next point: VIBES. Vibes are immaculate because it's just so comforting. They have plenty of seating. A couch if you want to get real cozy. Outlets. Wifi. Out door area. Easy Parking. I wish I could give three sisters 100 stars. read more
