Fantastic service from Ross. I was searching for a car long distance and saw they were getting one…read morein I was looking for. Talked to Ross about it on the phone and coordinated with him to send a video when it came in. He was super prompt at sending several videos once it came in. I am a 6 hour drive away so couldn't just pop over to look. Ross was great and pointing out any potential scratches (it was a used car) but overall was in great shape. We ended up driving out to buy the car. Everything whet very smooth. First class team. Bob in finance was great to complete the paperwork. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.

Well went in for a lifetime oil change mentioned to them I'd like the oil pressure sensor looked at…read morebecause my check engine light is on and that was the code mentioned! Linda the gal I was working with said ok if it's not the pressure sensor u will be charged a 190 dollar diagnostic I said ok problem came back oil pressure sensor they wanted to charge me 649 dollars to fix an 80 dollar part I declined paying them 250 dollars an hour because they quoted me for 2 hours of labor then when I told her that she said I was going to have to pay the 190 for diagnostics? So In the end I ended up paying 205 and was scammed into getting nothing done I just felt like I was taken advantage of all because they're service repair costs are absolutely insane I will never bring my truck back here agin for any service other then my lifetime oil changes oh and yes they still mess up on those as well last time I brought my truck in for a oil change they left my filter two full spins loose and that left a nice mess yet we can't even split the fake bill of 190 for zero service lol

Exceptional Experience at BMW of Spokane…read more We recently had an excellent experience with BMW of Spokane. I called the representative, Robert Trosin, in the morning to inquire about purchasing a 2024 M440i xDrive Coupe with my son. This is my son's third BMW--he is a programmer and owns a tuning company for BMWs. Robert demonstrated professionalism and extensive knowledge about the cars. He was patient, kind, and provided us with ample information. We test-drove several cars and ultimately decided on the M440i. My son is thrilled with the new car, and Robert patiently explained all its features. The finance department was also very friendly. I have noticed a number of one-star comments, which I believe might stem from personal grievances. However, I had no concerns about being treated poorly. I highly recommend this dealership. In the future, I will also be purchasing through Robert.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more Purchased an extremely rare M product from this dealer, used. Flew from Southern California to buy it. Was sold perfectly clean, O accidents, perfect car!! 6 months into ownership, I check my CarFax to randomly find an accident has shown up from before I was sold the vehicle. The accident dates back a year before the purchase. The dealer not only refused to negotiate with me whatsoever or be reasonable, but instead the general manager Chris Marino sent me an extremely fiery email, to discourage me from asking further questions or pursue damages? I don't know. All I asked for was fair: the value lost from the accident in good will, being I paid a major premium for a clean title clean carfax vehicle, *and I still have the clean carfax stapled to my sales agreement.* ALWAYS be careful when buying a specialty used vehicle, because not even corporate BMW dealers will make wrongs, right.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AUTO DEALER. I purchased a vehicle from them in August 2024. I was…read moretold I would have my title and plates in about two months. When those two months came and passed I called asking for an update. after confirming my information I was informed that the person who handled their titles was out of the office. This was the beginning of over a year of calling them and receiving the same run around. He was always out of office. I even asked what hours he would be in and called at the appropriate time only to be told the same spiel. I live an hour and a half away and after six months of getting the run around I went in and all they did was offer to give me fresh temporaries. This was only a bandaid for a wound that needed stitches. Soon after I was able to get in touch with their title person who, I found out, was one of the owners. He gave me more excuses about how there was a hold up with the DOL. I waited patiently for another six months before finally being beyond fed up and filed a complaint with the Washington DOL. I was then pointed towards filing a claim against their dealership bond. It was only after I filed a claim against their dealership bond that they got me my title and plates, two days after they had been contact by the bond. What this tells me is that they had the ability to get me my title and plates before this due to the speed at which they were able to acquire them when they were threatened with financial liability by the bond agency. In the end, I received my title and plates in Feburary of 2026. This was beyond unacceptable. I have never written a bad review but have been so incensed by the entire ordeal that I felt it was my duty to inform others before they make the same mistake I did by doing business with this auto dealership. Believe it or not, this is the spark notes of the entire process I was forced to go through to use the vehicle I had purchased.

Cannot warn you to stay away enough…read more I am now $20k into a $10k car I bought there. Sold me a Subie that they had "done all the work" that needed to be done at 200k miles. Headers, gaskets, etc. Had to take the car back in within a week because it wouldn't shift into gear from park properly. It wouldn't accelerate from a stop appropriately and would just shut itself off while idling at a stop light or sign. They supposedly got it in and said it was a sensor issue and "fixed it". (Remember that for later) Then the car dropped all its oil and seized up within months of it being purchased. They insisted it was my fault. So the "insurance plan" they sold me for another $800 wasn't going to be any good either. (Even if the oil wasn't checked in 3 months' time.... which it WAS... it shouldn't have vanished within a few months of having the engine overhauled). Of course, they offered to replace the engine, if I paid them for it. So, it sat on their lot while I found a REPUTABLE mechanic to look at it. Once I had found the best garage in town for Subarus, they wouldn't even put the car on their trailer to take it to the shop, I had to pay for the tow off their lot. And that sensor issue they "fixed"? The mechanic said all the warning lights I took it back to them to check was because someone did a quick fix by jamming/bypassing the sensor. Literally, the WORST car purchasing (or mechanic) experience I have ever had. Ric (salesperson) was rude and felt comfortable swearing around my wife and son. Should have been my first red flag. I just thought he was trying to be "buddy buddy". Nope, turns out "Skeezy salesperson" is a stereotype for a reason. Stephanie started scolding me on the phone when I called and was upset with the weeks of delay that involved all these issues. YOU MUST AVOID THIS CAR LOT AT ALL COSTS.

Subaru of Spokane Ian my salesman, Chris sales Manager, Patrick dealership manager, and Michael finance all went above and beyond for me. They truly want their customers to return with always having a great experience. They all are kind. They listened to me, explained things to me and wanted me to be happy not just as their customer but as a person. They will joke with you, make you laugh but be professional in making you feel at ease. They want you to love what you're driving. They saw me as a person with true concerns that they wanted to make right. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!! I'm not just going to be a returning customer but a customer that will use their services for the small things such as oil changes. They too don't want to be slammed on social media just as none of us do going to work, doing our jobs and working hard to make a living. Ian is amazing not just at selling cars but at building a relationship with you. Michael is good at explaining what you are signing financially not hiding anything.
