Generous rating i could give…read more Pros: 1. Vehicle looks really clean, like new. 2. Delivery at your door. Cons: 1. Carboi has very low rated/poor financiers. Their financiers approved loan of only 20k coz i'm a first time car buyer. Seriously?? Then i dealt it myself and got approval for full car value(29k) in 2 days. 2. I don't know why it took them 15 days to deliver a car which is already in California. Not a good experience. 3. I was guaranteed the car comes out in very good cosmetic and mechanical condition and presented with 152 point inspection report stating everything is perfect. They promised the car goes through multiple expert inspections, on-road tests and then inspections again(I was really confident at this point) and sadly, when i received the vehicle, AC was not working and there are wheel alignment issues as well. 152 point inspection report is useless and fake. Shaun helped me in fixing appointment with BMW. When i asked him to take the car with him and get the repair done, he said it would take much time, i was not ready to spend few more days car-less. So i decided to wake up one early morning and dropped off the car on my way to office. 4. From BMW authorized inspection, it was found that multiple after market repairs were performed on the car(nothing on carfax, Carboi did not say anything about those repairs). CarBoi rejected returning the vehicle despite of their 10 day return policy. 5. Carboi did not release the promised second vehicle key, car manuals and vehicle registration until 3 months after i bought the car. Reason being they were unable to encash a pre-funded check from a popular credit union. Level of trust they put on customers is too low.

In my opinion, this experience deserved zero stars.) My husband and I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hyundai of Stevens Creek in San Jose. After our vehicle was evaluated, he was presented with additional issues and recommendations that we did not feel were properly explained to us. My husband and I also take responsibility for not being as knowledgeable as I should have been and for not simply saying "no" when he was presented with additional paperwork. However, I expected the staff to provide professional guidance and clearly explain what we were agreeing to before asking my husband to sign documents. Unfortunately, the situation ultimately resulted in my husband having to return a loaner vehicle and being left without a vehicle, even after he spoke directly with a manager about our situation. At no point did my husband and I come in demanding anything or behaving rudely. I was respectful and tried to handle the situation as normally and reasonably as possible. That is what made the experience even more frustrating. I have dealt with many businesses over the years, and this was, technically, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I understand that not every situation will go exactly the way a customer wants, but I do expect clear communication, professionalism, and reasonable customer service.. especially when dealing with something as important as someone's transportation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve how customers are treated and how important decisions and paperwork are communicated.
