The cod is cooked perfectly, it's firm, light and full of buttery lobster flavor, thanks to the lobster burblanc. The chicken pasta dish was also delicious, not too bold, but full of comforting flavor. Our server Nestor was friendly, quick, accommodating and full of helpful tips.
