I'm always on the lookout for new spots in San Diego, and I'm so glad we decided to try this place for date night! If you're looking for a cozy, stylish spot for a night out (or even a solo evening with a book and a glass of wine), this place is perfect. The atmosphere is modern yet relaxed The bluefin tuna was hands down the best I've ever had in a long time. The wine list was fantastic, with plenty of great options to explore. Plus, the staff was super friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back! Try the carrot cake- that's definitely my new therapy

Came for lunch. I love the selection for lunch. Had the harvest bowl with steak added. Probably should have added avocado. It was spectacular. The dirty chai was as tasty as it was beautiful. The decor is calming if you want to sit and enjoy coffee and pastries (I'd suggest the biscuit w/lemon curd) while people watching, or delightfully social for when you want to enjoy wine and apps with friends! Always have service with a smile and friendly attitude. I asked the young lady what was in the harvest bowl and she rattled off the ingredients like a pro.

The place is beautiful, with a pleasant interior, but unfortunately, they don't know how to make coffee. The flavor of the beans is bitter, and the milk is overheated to the point of being boiling. There's a standard temperature at which the taste of the beans is revealed, rather than burning your tongue

This place opened up last month and is currently a secret gem, but I hope it gets discovered soon! The food and service were amazing, and it's also a wine bar with an interesting selection. For the quality, the price was fantastic. With happy hour on Saturday, this was a phenomenal deal and lovely ambiance with outdoor seating. Check it out! It's a short walk from the Town and Country Resort and a little farther walk from the Fashion Valley Mall and light rail trolley.

    The steak

My wife and I had reserved a table for their Valentines Day Jazz night and it was amazing. The staff were warm and friendly and made us feel comfortable. The food and drinks were reasonably priced especially being in San Diego. As a person of color, it meant the world to me to feel welcomed and serviced on a high caliber. We had a bottle of wine, the steak and the hot honey flatbread. All amazing!

I live in the apartment complexes nearby and I was so excited when I saw that they opened. I was even more sold when the logo was a dachshund and I enjoy having it on my coffee in the mornings. Fantastic start to the mornings right before work to get a coffee with my dog. They fill up my breakfast and then they have a fantastic wine bar for at night, so best of both worlds. The staff has been so awesome with the opening of the new location, and I love the design and ambience of the café inside. Me and Louie (dog) will be regulars!

Finally got to try this outstanding gem. Such hospitality with legit good wine, and some food that I'll brag at work about. I can't wait to come back for trivia night or a coffee on the run. Check it out 100%! Ask Alyssa whats new while you're there!

Carrot cake and pour over coffee

I'm here now enjoying the carrot cake and a pour-over coffee, both are really good! The internet is very fast, too. It's just me here at the moment, so I can't say how it would be when it's busy, but I definitely recommend this place. Update: By the way, unfortunately, I went there again and it was closed today (1/10 Friday) at 11am. :(

Great food presented gorgeously. Excellent service. Nice music and vibes. Good ambience with nice architecture. Free wine tastings!

We hosted our baby shower at Therapie Bistro and it was amazing! The team was so flexible and easy to work with--they let me bring in my own vendors and helped tailor everything to my vision. The food was delicious and I keep getting compliments on how beautiful the event was. Highly recommend Therapie Bistro for any private event!

Good vibes, super nice server, best carrot cake I've ever had! Will definitely be back!

Yum! So cute inside. Everything tasted fresh and we could tell had high quality ingredients. I think I found my new favorite orange wine here. And the carrot cake? Changed my life! Highly recommend this hidden gem.

We were walk-ins, so seated at the bar but that was more than fine since we got to see all the actions as the dishes were being prepared. They recommend 4-6 dishes for 2 people. Wow. Just wow. My…read morebest friend had been raving about Wolf in the Woods for years, so she brought me here for my birthday. As two serious foodies, our expectations were high. This place exceeded every one of them. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, Wolf in the Woods feels like a hidden European café you'd stumble upon while traveling. Sitting outside beneath the umbrellas with a cocktail, watching the neighborhood stroll by. It felt like a little corner cafe in Paris. Then the food arrived. Every plate was beautifully presented, but the real magic was in the creativity of the flavors. The combinations were unexpected, yet every one worked. Every dish had me wondering how on earth someone came up with these pairings in the first place. The Sweet Corn & Piñon Soup deserves a standing ovation. We literally stopped talking after the first spoonful. Rich, savory, slightly sweet, comforting and completely unexpected all at the same time. Both of our eyes rolled back in our heads. The Beef Tataki completely surprised me. The outside had a delicate seared crust, the inside cut like butter, and the citrus pairing made me rethink what flavors belong together. And the mushroom and polenta dish? The mushrooms had an incredible texture--like savory little pieces of mushroom jerky. I would have happily bought a pound of them just to snack on. Every dish felt like it was taking me somewhere I'd never been before, yet somehow felt familiar at the same time. Wolf in the Woods creates an unforgettable experience.

My only complaint was that we didn't get to sit in the disco room--it looked so fun and was definitely one of the coolest parts of the restaurant. We skipped the cocktail menu and ordered pornstar martinis instead, and they were incredible. The passionfruit tasted fresh and natural, not overly sweet or artificial. For food, we shared the mozzarella sticks with caviar crème fraîche ($23), which came with a surprisingly generous portion of caviar. We also ordered the Caesar salad, which was a great size for sharing, and the Starlight Burger with a Wagyu patty and fries. Everything was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The service was just as impressive. Our server was attentive without being overbearing and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, every part of the experience was on point. Great food, great drinks, great service, and such a fun atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

I was a little disappointed that we ended up sitting at the bar area because I was really hoping our reservation would get us into the beautiful waterfall room. Definitely on the pricier end for certain dishes but many of them are well worth it! - sourdough bread: good but also why are we spending $16 here. can't say it's worth - ahi tartare: no notes, everything hit, would come back for this alone - steamed clam and mussels: these were some meaty af mussels. delicious! the clams were tiny & pathetic tho and can't say I loved having the chorizo in there - charred broccolini: honestly don't remember this well but i had no complaints - grilled oysters: another fav of mine!!! a must get - hearth roasted carrots: the yogurt & pesto were on the side (due to dairy restrictions) but the pesto was SO. There is a "happy hour" on Monday but it's called Ouster Monday, oysters are $1 and they have different specials that are not offered on the normal happy hour. Got the crispy chicken wings, Wagyu longaniza, and burger The chicken wings were very crispy and came topped with a jalapeño relish. The relish had a citrusy taste to it or maybe it was the liquid from the pickled jalapeños. I liked the crispness of the chicken but I think the relish was too acidic for me. The Wagyu longaniza was my favorite, very strong beefy flavor. It came on top of salsa matcha which i thought was very tasty so much that I dipped the wings and burger in the sauce. The slice of radish on top gave it a nice texture and crunch. I see the Wagyu hotdog is offered on the oyster Monday special so I'm gonna have to come back and try that for sure. The burger was cooked nicely, medium as requested. It came topped with an egg, truffled onion jam, and cheddar cheese. The bun was nicely toasted and the egg and cheese added a nice rich element to it but I didn't care for the onion jam, it gave the burger an overall sweet profile. I'd simply ask for it without next time. Over all a solid burger, maybe I'd add bacon too. I also had a margarita which was on happy hour special. I asked for it to be spicy and they added a tajin rim which was nice. Spicy and refreshing! Parking is all on the street so I had to part a few blocks away. Overall a solid happy hour. I'll be back on Oyster Monday for the hot dog and fish collars.
