Garnish with plenty of bean sprouts, basil and jalapeño slices while the broth is hot. The thin rice noodles are just the right consistency, too. I like to mix a dipping sauce for the beef with the hot sauce & hoisin sauce on the table. My son goes for the Grilled Pork w/ Vermicelli Blankets because not all Vietnamese restaurants have it on their menus.
