I have never written a yelp review in my life, but I am so disappointed with this experience. It was my first time using this cleaner and I never will again. Brought a brand new dress I'd worn one time to this cleaner that my daughter had spilled sprite on, which had left a large stain. They ran it through once and the stain did not come out, so offered to retry it. When I came to pick it up after the second try, the stain was gone but the coordinating belt that was part of the dress (same material, same color and had been dropped off with it) was nowhere to be found. Without the belt, the dress is basically useless as it just hangs like a paper bag. They said sometimes belts get lost in the process and would look for it, and they referred me to the corporate office for a potential claims review in the case it could not be found. I received a call from manager Kristi and explained the situation, even did a good faith search of my house and car at her request to double check, though I knew I had dropped off the dress with the belt attached. She said she would continue looking into this. I received a text my item was ready for pickup a week later. Upon arriving at the store, I received not my dress, but a letter from Kristi stating they had investigated and determined that the number of items they had returned to me matched what had been dropped off--which is absolutely incorrect. There was no offer of any claims process, not even an offer to refund the cleaning fee I had already paid. I am appalled by this complete lack of customer service and lack of caring. I cannot believe they have absolutely no interest in making this right, when my item was essentially rendered unusable while in their care. I will never use their services again, nor recommend them to anyone. They seem utterly unbothered losing a customer for life over a $40 dress that they ruined. read more

Can you believe I've never gotten anything dry cleaned in my life until now? I'd always passed by here and decided to get two dresses cleaned that I just purchased. They have a drive-thru which was appealing and even though I was a new customer, the employee was quick to get my name and contact information and let me know I'd receive an email when my items were ready. I walked inside the next day to pick them up and I had no idea what to expect, price-wise. I wanted to use the coupon they sent me and the employee said since I'm a new customer, they'd give me 20% off and let me keep the coupon for next time. This was nice, but I feel like if I didn't tell her this, I would've paid full price. Also, it seemed expensive to get two long formal dresses cleaned for $32 original price, but never having done it before, I have nowhere else to compare it to. Also I sniffed the pits on one dress since it smelled like sweat and deodorant and the scent was still there, just faded. They already sent me another 20% off coupon so I may be back. read more

First time post ever as I am so angry at their irresponsibility. Took my wife's down coat that cost 1500 for dry cleaning. The coat came back with feathers all bunched up and with fabric on one of the buttons on left sleeve scratched and torn. After my complain, they took the item back and brought it back and the feathers were fixed, but now both buttons, one on the left side and one on the right side is damaged. Complained again and after reviewing the item they recommend I take it back to the manufacturer. They claim, the tag on the back says it requires some special dry cleaning that uses very uncommon chemical and that it is virtually impossible to service. My question, why didn't they tell us that before doing the service. Any way, net net, they are claiming this is just normal wear and there is nothing they can do for us. Suggested, I take it back to the shop to get it refunded with two damaged buttons - lol. Pretty irresponsible stuff and now I am out of 1500 bucks. read more

I have been coming here for over three years. I arrived today five minutes after closing for a pick up and they refused to help me. Numerous times they have messed up the crease on my slacks and still came back. Such terrible service when I explained I needed my item for travel early tomorrow. So disappointing. Been long time customer and ownership is always trying new things and for that I give them credit - example - after hour drop off and PICK UP. I work a lot of hours and even though there open Saturday and Sunday's there are times I need to stop late before heading out of town . Solid neighborhood dry cleaner, but a little pricy. Having recently moved to a new area of town, I am on the prowl for a new dry cleaner. Delia's is close to the house so I gave them a go. I've been using Delia's for about a month now (2 visits). Both times the employees have been welcoming and polite. They do great dry cleaning, so I don't mind paying a little extra to make sure it's done correctly. Overall I have been pleased thus far in my experience and will continue to trust them with my clothing. read more

Honestly, I'm still fairly new to PHX, so I don't know what the norm is around here for dry cleaning services. Where I'm from, there were flat rates (but also coupons inundating your mailbox every week) and they were published. At Delia's, the rates seem to be a mysterious game of The Price is What?? I am not a fan of this practice. However, I have entrusted them over the past year with my items which require Dry Clean only services, and my things have been returned to me in good condition. Only once did I have an issue; they failed to thoroughly clean the chocolate from my True Religion jeans. (Don't ask how, but somehow I did manage to get chocolate on them.) It took 2 cleans to remove the chocolate. There are always 30-40% off coupons in the mail, every week. (There are smaller discounts available for other dry cleaning items.) When I use my coupon, my jeans are @ $4.80-something. I'll need to pay further attention to the breakdown, because I don't know how much they're charging me for my sweaters, scarves, etc. The workers have always been nice, and my things are always ready on time. They accept credit cards, which is new to me. They were all cash-only back home. They have some sort of paid membership program, which allows you to use the drive-thru drop-off service. It's in the same strip-mall area with Safeway, but it's on the side that faces 64th. If they'd clearly post their prices, I'd feel better about things. read more

We have trusted this dry cleaners for some time now and have had very mixed experiences. We initially were very unhappy with the service and someone reached out to us which we appreciated, so we've given them another try. However, that will be ending today. I trusted them with a very special, very expensive dress, and they destroyed it. I understand things can happen; however, the manager seemed to not care AT ALL about the issue. It was difficult to get hold of someone and then information about the process from the manager was not complete, nor was it presented with any kind of concern or professionalism. She seemed bothered by the whole thing. This was a $700 dress that meant a lot to me and they destroyed it and they're saying IF they reimburse me, they'll be keeping the dress. The manager couldn't even give me the full name of who I could speak to regarding the process and when you call the customer service number, you get dumped into a voicemail system unless you have the extension, which she didn't have. I took a peacoat here the other day before work and when I got it back it stung to high heaven like chemicals. I'm suprised I didn't pass out on the car ride home from work. The next day the smell had not subsided and I called them and they said I could take it into any of their locations for a "redo" at no cost. I took it to one I live near and they re-did the item for me. Well it still stinks, not as bad but I can definitely smell it when I open my closet. The coats that were next to my coat in the closet now also stink like chemicals. Never had this problem at any dry cleaner before. Not to mention they definitely charge North Scottsdale prices with their price being nearly double what a local dry cleaner charges. p.s. I have just now used Delia's as my neighborhood cleaner. Now that I am needing to dress like an adult, it's important that I have a staff that can be trusted to clean my "adult" clothes. Also, how many times can I use the word "adult" in the review? Let's start counting right...meow. Not only am I conveniently located to this adult assisting shop, I was very pleased with their pricing. Lot's of adults work here and make ti clear that they like to act professional and courteous (adulating very well). I was able to drop off my adult clothes through the convenient drive thru, and pick them up in the same manner. When you're an adult, time is of the essence and I was very pleased with the amount of time/effort that I needed to put forth in this relationship. My wife and I are in jobs where we wear suits for our business, so dry cleaning accounts for about 80% of our laundry. I have used this location in Scottsdale for a couple of years, it is close to my mother in laws and my wife is there so often that it is a convenient locale. There are closer locations and we have several options on the way there and around my house, but the staff is nice and overall I have not had any issues... except when they damaged a shirt and took a while to pay for it. They did eventually pay, but we did have to call multiple times. Overall I would still recommend it. read more

Worst experience at a Dry Cleaner EVER! The change from Delias to Tide Dry Cleaning turned a decent dry cleaner into a disaster. They ruined three shirts and one sport jacket by shrinking them. Who launders a sport jacket?!? There is no manager at this location to take responsibility. And no compensation for their lack of service or total ineptitude. They creased three pair of pants on the sides, who does that??? Terrible service, and I paid for it! As a Consultant I average 185 flights per year and 250 nights per year in hotels. Never in all fifty states of dry cleaning have my pants been creased an inch to the sides of every seam and puckered. Now I need to go shopping. read more

Outrageously expensive. We are loyal to Seville Dry Cleaners and this a good example of why. We just moved to the area and needed something closer for this one instance (OUR WEDDING). We knew we would pay extra, but had no idea it'd be $148 instead of our usual $75 for a similar amount of clothes -- literally double. A mark up of $15-20 makes sense, 100 percent increase is disgusting. Among all of the local small business I've ever been to this one makes my list of most regrettable. Biggest rip off of my life, no exaggeration. Extremely false advertising of $$/two dollar signs. read more

You know that you are really a "grown up" when you have clothes that require dry cleaning. You know you are lazy when you have clothes that don't require dry cleaning but you just don't want to iron them yourself. Either way, Delia's Cleaners is great. I can bring in the saddest bunch of crumpled wrinkled mess and come back the next day to find everything cleaned, pressed and perfect. Kind of like magic! This location is open 7 days a week, has friendly staff and even offers drive-through service. You can also bring back the hangers and plastic garment bags for recycling - love it! While they are a little pricey, coupons can be found on the website and even better ones (40% off!) are frequently in the mass-mail coupon packs. Do you love your clothes? Avoid like the plague - these guys are completely incompetent. I'm not overly demanding: sometimes things are far from perfect, or you'll have some wrinkles or lint. Fine. But please don't damage the clothes, simple. I recently took 3 items to Delia's and all 3 got screwed up in some form - that's a record. - A new, dark blue dress shirt I had just bought & worn only once. The collar was ruined; it was ironed in such a way that ALL of it looked brown and shiny as hell. Now sometimes this happens as part of the normal wear & tear of clothes, etc, but it's inexcusable for these supposed pros to make it happen on a NEW shirt. It had never even been washed before, and now the shiny brown collar looks like it's at least a year old. No excuse for this. - A brand new casual shirt I had also worn only once. Next time I wore it, I removed it from the plastic and saw they had ripped one of the buttons off. Again, if this had been an old shirt, with used-up buttons...hey, it happens. But this was a brand spanking new shirt too. This tells me they're not treating the clothes the way they should, nor do they bother to tell you when they rip off your buttons on a new shirt. - Linen pants - a minor gripe, but even though I asked for it to be ironed with no crease down the center and saw the instruction being included in my order......that's right, they couldn't follow directions, because it was not done this way. Now, things often happen at dry cleaner establishments - accidents, misunderstandings, etc - but these should be random, isolated incidents at worst. Delia's is 0 for 3 on a single batch, which tells me they're just not the place to go. Ever. Admittedly, the customer service is great, they have things on time, and the market heavily with discounts and such. But all these things are worthless if the quality of the core service is subpar. This company needs to get back to basics. read more

Been going to Delia's Cleaners ever since moving to the Kierland community over 10 years ago. Great services and very friendly staffs. Most of the wait are under 3 minutes. They also have a drive-thru window so you can get in and out in a very quick fashion. If you do dry cleanings often, make sure you join their Value Club membership for only a one-time charge of $4.95. But if you are just doing dry cleaning every once in a while, you can just print their coupons off online. I remembered that they used to have a 50% off coupons, then 40%, and now the coupons are just 30% for general dry cleaning. They really have good prices and services. All orders will be ready after 5pm next-day except Sundays where they close at 4pm. Give it a try if you are looking for a good quality dry cleaners. They have many locations through out Metro Phoenix area. read more

I have been there 4 times. Their customer service is always lacking and they seem very disorganized. Additionally every time I try to use 40% off coupons that they promote, no one can seem to explain the price off or where it was calculated. The price is always different and the employees can't explain any of it. For the last 4 weeks in a row they have broken buttons on my shirts... I have been having my shirts dry cleaned for 20 plus years and I have had probably had 10 buttons that have needed to be replaced during that entire time. They must have some new folks cleaning and simply can't figure out that you do not iron buttons... Based on this I would not trust them to clean any expensive clothing... read more

Generally, the staff are very quick and friendly. We really like the same day service, but wished you opened up early or had a secure drop off "box" of some sort for those of us who have to leave quite early for work. It would be a tremendous help! read more
