The staff is friendly, they have great hours, coupons GALORE (even for returning customers), a drive-up window and fast service!

Not very long after I posted this review (hour or so) I received a call from a manager. She apologized genuinely, thanked me for the feedback and explained she will make sure this won't happen again after going over my comment. She also addressed the lack of response from the store. This is a great location for Dalia's organization, the staff there is fantastic always really friendly and remember my name and my Golden doodle "Baxter" name also, and they all act like it is "Not my fault" that they work there, but their privilege to help us who bring our things into them for cleaning. They have ruined so many of my clothes that I'm not sure what to say other than I seriously do not recommend trusting them with your things. Shattered buttons on basically every buttoned thing I've had cleaned. Straps torn off on everything with a strap. Strange yellow drip marks on my white blazer. Black (grease?) on every blazer I've taken there. It's to the point that I wonder if my clothes went clubbing without me. read more

Delia's customer service is terrible at the Via linda and Frank loyyd Write location. I tried to contact Brittney Cooper ( at thier Corp office) to get help with my cleaning issue; however she is too busy to return any calls on multiple attemps. I will be finding a Cleaners that can box my shirts ( because I travel 90% of time ) not how they see fit . read more

BEWARE of theBAIT and SWITCH! For a household that includes two business professionals who dry-clean out of necessity, a Groupon that costs $10 and retuns $25 worth of dry cleaning at Delia's was a great idea. So we thought. The Groupon instructs the holder to submit it when dropping items off. Fair enough, every other business probably wants to know a customer has a coupon. No trouble there. I was told when I dropped off the 20 items (13 pants, 2 shorts, and 5 button-up dress shirts) that choosing the press-only option on the pants would cost much more. I knew that my normal costs for pants was $4 and much more for press only was not worth it. I agreed to just go ahead and dry clean them. What could it hurt? (Insert strange face) My wife picked up the clothes and brought them home informing me that the bill was $65. Not bad, after subtracting the $25 Groupon deal $40 dollars is a fair price for what we had done. No, the $65 was after the $25 Groupon was used. Come again! Are you telling me our cleaning bill was $90 dollars before they used the Groupon? Yep. I loaded all the clothes back in the car and made it back to the store in such a short time that the attendant that helped my wife actually recognized the group of clothes. I explained to her my concerns with what we paid. She proceeds to tell me that it's the "delicate" pants in our order that increased our costs. Do you mean the same pants that I was told would cost me more for press-only? Fearful of what her response would have been if I asked exactly how much press-only would have cost me, I asked what constitutes "delicate"? Because I've never paid $7.95 for a single pair of pants to be dry cleaned. She boldly tells me that I 've always paid $7.95 for my pants. Really! My friday dropoff and sunday pickup for the last year and a half has only raised pricing concerns one-time. That was blamed on a new employee not knowing how to categorize golf shirts. (should have known then that this day would come.) The attendant, and her 4 co-workers, are now working to inform me of the problem. She pulls up my purchase history as far back as January to show me where I paid $7.95 for pants to be dry cleaned. This is before she told me that as a member of the "V" club, I receive 40% off my pants every time I bring them in for dry cleaning. So as I stated before, I've never paid $7.95 for pants to be dry cleaned! (Pause, breath, and stay calm. I'm only asking why, she's responding as she's been instructed to do.) Collectively, the entire staff is now trying to convince me that the problem is with Groupon. When you purchase the Groupon for Delia's cleaners, you don't get to pay your normal "club" price of $4.17 for your pants to be dry cleaned. You have the privilege of paying $7.95 for the same pants before the Groupon is applied. What?! Why on earth would anyone agree to that? Save $15 with the Groupon to pay $35 more?! "It's not us, the problem is the Groupon." So, you're telling me that Groupon now publishes coupons with your company informaton, but they actually set the boundaries for the "scheme" ? "Once you use the Groupon, it triggers the costs to change". Okay, is this information that the lady who took my order couldhave/should have given me. The press-only option flowed so freely that I'm confused why she didn't alarm me to bring lubricant when piicking up my garments. I would suggest to anyone, find another dry cleaner and for god's sake, watch out for those Groupons. You never know when they'll start running another company. I hope the $65 was worth it for Delia's, we'll take our weekly dropoffs elsewhere. My wish is that there were other icon options to consider rather than stars. Maybe a thumbs-up......or another finger. read more

I only gave them one star because you can't give zero. This place is a total rip off. 3 times in a row I told them to launder my cotton shirts and they dry cleaned them. $2.00 more per shirt. They would not lower the price as they said they had to mail me a check. Scam alert. Do not go there. Don't be like me and get ripped off 3 times before you learn. read more

Wow! One of my husband's white dress shirts was damaged (a little burn mark on the collar which was not there when we dropped it off) and Delia's took full responsibility and issued us a check for the amount of the shirt. I have NEVER had a dry cleaner step up and admit responsibility and actually take care of the issue. We started using them about a year ago and I am so glad we changed over. Ridiculous prices for women's clothes. Took a regular knit sweater in for dry cleaning (that I could have hand washed) and it was $8.95. If this was a man's sweater I'm sure it would be much cheaper. Why do dry cleaners jack up prices for women's clothing? They do a fair job at cleaning spots off of clothes. They do offer quick turn around in gettng your clothes but very disappointed on pricing. read more

Been going to this cleaner for over 2 years. Customer service is way below average - not very cheerful or helpful. It took me over a month to get my end of the year statement for taxes. Today I pulled up at 6pm - they close at 6. The lady had already locked the doors and made eye contact with me but refused to help. I realize I showed up right at closing time, but it was the final straw. Time to find another cleaners. read more

I took my dress in a week before our company Christmas party to make sure I got it back in enough time. I specifically requested that they be careful with the jewels on my dress as the last time I brought it in, some of my stones came back loose. They assured me there would be no issues. My dress came back ruined. Delia's had lost 2 of the stones in my dress, and others were loose and ready to fall out. (I have attached pictures to their Yelp page). They offered to fix my dress at no charge, so we took it in on a Monday requesting to have it back no later than Wednesday evening. They agreed. They took my dress, and promised it back by Tuesday evening. On Wednesday (late morning), I was informed that Delia's had sent my dress to the wrong place and could not have it back until Thursday at 12:30pm now. Thursday was too late, as we have a flight to catch for the company Christmas party and now I DON'T HAVE A DRESS TO WEAR!!! I am beyond disappointed with the quality of service. anyone who gave this place 4 0r five stars is a fake. i can't wait to find another companly. my dress shirts are most of the time pressed wrong, sometimes broken buttons, and collar looking horrible. i buy a new expensive shirt and after my shirt is laundered there one time, it loses it's look and quality. they must use the cheapest stuff. also, dry cleaning had to be returned a few times. hobbible!!! read more

I drove up and I love that there were several associates that walked out to your vehicle when there was a line. Everyone was very nice. Service was prompt. I enjoyed that I got a reminder when my item was ready. I dry cleaned my daughter's flower girl dress that had ruffles and beads. The price was a lot cheaper than several other dry cleaners. read more

Horrid! Four years ago they lost a shirt so we quit going there. Our cleaners we started using across the street just closed. Took my grandmothers white linen tablecloth to be cleaned and they used such a harsh chemical on it that ate through the linen. Never ever ever take your garments to this awful cleaners. The worst! read more
