Great nail salon! They have lots of options for services, and all the workers are very kind and methodical. Gentle on my cuticles, love that they offer a callus treatment because I definitely need that. I think they have a good selection of colors but I normally bring my own or get French. Easy to make appointments online and add things on, and can see prices ahead of time. Comfortable chairs and nice atmosphere, there's usually some calming scenery on the tv or cooking which is fun to watch. Will definitely come here again! read more

First time here because my normal salon was busy and water temperature was cold, doors were wide open which created good ventilation but made it colder. I got a deluxe pedicure $40 which is normal pricing and ended up getting French tip which was $10 extra. My normal place is $7 extra for French. And this is the result I got, I asked for a thicker French tip on my big toe and she kept making it thinner in comparison to the other toes. Over all messy, over all unsatisfied with the service and environment. When leaving the guy told me if I would've gotten gel it would've been easier to shape the design but I know that's untrue since I get a regular polish French manicure pedicure often and have never been told that read more

I usually see Lily who does a great job and is very gentle. This time that I went, she was really busy so a different woman took me. I came in to have my acrylic set removed and get a new set. Immediately, she was very rough and started using both her nail and a plastic acrylic nail to try to pry off the set I had on. I told her it was hurting me and I kept flinching and pulling my hands back a bit. She would just keep grabbing my fingers and twisting them in uncomfortable positions to get the acrylics off. I have never walked out of an appointment anywhere but I was so close to. When she finally got all the nails off, I could see that along with the act set, she also took off a good amount of my natural nail. They felt brittle and tender. Throughout the appointment, she was rough and I was very uncomfortable the entire time. She must have cut me multiple places while taking my old set off because when she used acetone, applied polish, or put my nails under the UV light, it stung and burned. I honestly don't know what kept me in that chair, too nervous to tell her how upset and in pain I was. I don't think I will go back here. It's hard to book with the nail tech that you like because they usually just have whoever is currently available do your nails. The set turned out alright, not the shape or quite the design I wanted but oh well. It was $75 to remove my old acrylic set and do a new one. read more

When she asked what service I wanted, she was so nice that I did level up the service by $10. However, I must say that the leg massage I receive at another nail salon in Capitola (same price) is much better. However, one of my other friends was not pleased with the repeated attempts to upsell her after she clearly stated what she was there for. Additionally, my other friend felt that her pedicurist took additional money from her hand when she was paying, far more than the service + tip totaled.
