I've honestly been here multiple times more since my first review 3 years ago as I live very close now. Haven't been back for breakfast specifically, but their dinners and I have to say that I always have a great experience here. This is such a lowkey gem in the neighborhood. Service is typically always very good, friendly, and always with good vibes. The food I hear is also super good. You can never go wrong with their chimichurri wings (my favorite) but other items such as their 3 taco sampler (all three very different tacos but so good (along with the salsas they provide you). My friend also recently got a steak with fries and loved his. I'll continue to come back and support this place as much as possible. They're also BYOB still ($4 corkage fee for wine, however unsure about beer or seltzers). There's a liquor store next door for convenience. I'd say if you're in the area for a concert nearby, definitely choose this place! read more

Overall, Tiffany's brings a good dining experience. The fried calamari was really good and not overly salty or fishy. I ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken breast was juicy and fresh. The way they crisp the bun is great. The steak fries that I got as my side were also good. The service is oddly slow given the size of the restaurant and there were plenty of staff members. The critique is using a QR code for a menu. Slow service and QR code menus dropped my star rating. There is no bar and only non alcoholic drinks. Let me start off by saying this is a 3.5 star review. Tiffany's is a small space, with two tops in the windows, a main bar with bar stools and a few four top tables. It is BYOB and that is amazing to be able to bring my own bubbles. The staff was very friendly and chatting and fun. The physical space was cheery and comfortable. And the food was very good. The Queen loved her steak and eggs, as did I. The waffles were nice and The Doctor loved his omelette. The other folks that were with us got the Sausage and Waffles and the standard Tiffany breakfast...both commented on how good everything was. What was not so good was the service when it came to getting the food to the table. The restaurant wasn't quite at capacity, but was relatively full. We were able to place our order right away, but the food for the table did not come out together. Our friend that ordered the standard breakfast had toast, but that did not come out until he was finished with his meal. He jokingly said that toast is the dessert for breakfast and ate it. Same for The Doctor, the toast and side of bacon came out almost after he was finished with his meal. Not sure how big the kitchen is, but it was clear that they could not keep up with the orders coming in or were not well organized. There were two people who came in after we had placed our order, but got their food well before ours. I would love to come back here to explore the dinner menu as it looks amazing, but guessing I would come when they first open when the kitchen isn't that busy. If that doesn't improve on our next visit, this will definitely turn into one of those places I only do take-out for. Here's hoping second time is a charm. read more

Feel like family when you sit down. Literally the only "complaint" I have is it wasn't my favorite chimichurri. And that's only because the other sauces were so good. Will only speak to the lamb chops. Perfectly cooked and incredibly tender. Loved the Brussels sprouts/potato combo they were served over with the perfect balance of balsamic glaze. This is a gem of a place. We got there at noon they hadn't even taken the chairs down off the tables. We were the first ones there. This place is sooo good it should be full. We ordered the calamari and cesar's salad and the Chicken club with choice of thin or steak fries. The calamari surprised me cuz it was more like tempura batter calamari rings. served with cocktail sauce and a garlic aioli. Tit was a normal portion size but quite good. I loved the light batter. The salad was huge and comes with two toast slices rather than croutons. We couldn't finish it. The star of the show was the chicken club. OMG it was a huge sandwich. A humongous piece of grilled (I think) chicken breast, two slices of crisp bacon, tomato and lettuce. The chicken and the bacon busted out over the edges of the bun. It was an amazing sandwich. My 30 year old grandson ate all of it. We chose th steak fries which were super creamy on the inside and a nice crisp but not hard outside. They don't have a bar so just coffee and sodas. Sometimes you go to a place that is not packed, you have the food and wonder why? Then you don't want to tell people because then it will get too busy. Well this is that place but i'm sharing anyway as they were great! BYOB but the liquor store is just around the corner. We started with the wings and their sauce of the day and they were meaty and the sauce was amazing while still keeping the wings crisp. We all went for the skirt steak and it was cooked an amazing medium rare with 3 amazing dipping sauces that just kicked it up another level! Tiffany's is under the the Wilson El tracks which is a bit dicey but this Uptown jewel is featured in a changing for the better area. My wife read a positive review and off we adventurous 60 and 70 year old food lovers drove. Once inside, this cozy unassuming restaurant welcomed us. Mom and daughter who is the restaurants namesake Tiffany dazzled us with fresh Bolivian fare. We started with a plate of home style Chicken wings. Good spice and unique tangy taste. I think it was skirt steak, on top of spanish rice, beans & potatoes. And 2 over easy eggs. The only negative I have to point out is that the steak was a bit chewy for my taste. Not sure if that's a skirt steak thing but I had it prepared medium. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. They kept our waters & iced-teas coming on a very hot day. Had a truly magical night at Tiffany's. Me and my boyfriend wandered in by chance after sight seeing in Chicago. We brought some wine from the liquor store next door and just had fun chatting and joking while waiting for the food. They had been busy that day so the food was late but the owner was so kind and we were having so much fun we didn't mind at all. I had the taco flight and it did not disappoint! Close to closing, my boyfriend put in a song request and pulled me into an impromptu dance right there in the middle of the restaurant! It was so romantic and embarrassing and really made our night that the owner and her daughter were so accommodating and she even brought us out some fried cheesecake bites on the house. I discovered Tiffany's during the Taste of Uptown a couple of months ago. They were giving out some delicious bites that I liked and knew I wanted to return. They fancy themselves as classic american food with a latin flare. My friend who went to the Taste with me said we should return so I mentioned we should do brunch. She did not feel well on the day we decided to come back so I went at it alone. I walked in and got a seat at the bar and I noticed it is byob which is cool. There is a liquor store a couple of doors away if you want to grab bubbles for mimosas or any other spirits. The women that work there are very nice and suggested I should get the sausage and waffles as its the perfect pairing of sweet and savory. The meal was very good as the sausage was smoked andouille along with buttermilk waffles and mixed berries. I washed it down with some very good mango juice they have. I'm baffled by all the rave reviews of this restaurant. My partner and I came here for Xmas brunch. Cute place and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The menu at the restaurant was much smaller than the menu that was on the website but no big deal, we placed our orders. 40 minutes later our food arrived. Let me also mention that we were the only table in the restaurant. Just the 2 of us! We ordered eggs Benedict (eggs were poached hard, so boiled basically) French toast, and pancakes. All the food came out kinda warm. Not hot at all. The food was extremely mediocre and certainly not worth a 40 minute wait. There was never any apology for the food taking so long or an explanation. I highly recommend the trio of tacos. The salsa and chimichurri sauce they serve with it are fresh, fragrant, and delicious.
