When I am in the Palm Harbor area, this is always my first and pretty much only choice. They've always been very warm and welcoming people. I also appreciate places that are completely family owned and operated. From the looks of it, they've definitely stood the test of time in the community, since the early 80s I think. Some people say they are turned off by the presence of campaign signs during election season, but that doesn't tend to bother me. The dish I received everything was swimming in sauce, extremely greasy and misplaced portion control. More of a lard filled, split cream sauce doesn't actually give a customer more. Now if cleanliness and food quality are not up to editable standards I would have hoped they were earning their stars with the best customer service ever ..... Boy was I surprised!!!!! The unmanaged restaurant quickly turned unprofessional with one complaint to our waitress. Been several years since we ate here however todays experience will make it the last time. The food and service was adequate however my complaint was after trying some potato pancakes.....for me it was not edible so I returned this after a few bites. Upon leaving we noticed the item I returned was still on my bill and when i asked I was told by the cashier that Tiffanys does not provide samples??? I've got to say I have never had to pay for food I could not eat!! I paid the entire tab and left, perhaps should have called upon the manager and made a scene..... The order came out wrong eggs were cooked wrong had to send back bacon undercooked and pancakes missing ordered crepes while my friend ordered potato pancakes as I ate some of the crepe it had potato pancake inside the crepe spit it into napkin and sent away tried talking to PAUL HITTOS who informed me he ate food off my plates I sent back with garbage mixed on them to find the food was perfect according to him HORRIBE customer services and gross that anyone would eat of your plate and tell you they did!!! read more

This place deserves 5 negative stars. The only thing worse than the food is the sleazy manager. My family and I went there for lunch and I ordered a greek salad. The greek salad came with balsamic dressing on it and I sent it back because I do not like balsamic dressing. The menu did not state that the greek salad comes with a balsamic dressing or else I never would have ordered it. After I sent it back the waitress asked if I would like something else and I ordered a gyro. When the bill came and not when I had originally sent the greek salad back, the waitress told me that the manager refuses to take the uneaten greek salad off the bill. I spoke with the manager and explained that the salad had balsamic based dressing and this is not common for a greek salad and it was not noted on the menu when I read the description. He told me that I should have more personal responsibility as a customer when I order food and if I did not pay for the salad he would call the police. I have never been treated that way at a restaurant in my life and I hope that this review costs this place business and hopefully they will go broke and close up. It is a shame that this little dweeb manager who wears glasses and looks like his name is Poindexter feels the need to alienate his clientele. Karma is a mutha. Went on a Sunday afternoon, only 3 other customers. Ordered the ribs and got rotten meat, the sauce tasted like it was just ketchup. I had 2 bites of food then told the server that they were bad. She went and got the cashier at the front who told me that since no one ever complains, they would not remove them from my bill, nor would they substitute another dish. I asked for a manager, was told there wasn't one there, but suddenly when I insisted a owner showed up 2 minutes later. I explained to him the problem, he took my dish and went and ate some of it on my plate, noting to him there wasn't any problem. He kept the food and informed me I would still be charged for the horrible meal and disappeared never returning. They argued about the food with me for over 15 minutes, a nicer and more customer based restaurant would have at least offered to fix the meal or exchange it for something else, which I asked but was refused. I have never been so appalled by the lack of customer service or the rude treatment. Please save yourself this hassle and don't eat here. Bad meat and frozen sides aren't worth it. read more

My wife and I took two other adults and an 8 year old child to Tiffany's for brunch on Sunday 24 March 2019 and waited while others with less people were seated and we waited and saw two tables next to each other and a man that came in after us was taken ahead of us and sat at one of the tables. They could have moved the tables together and accommodated us but they didn't. Then a couple minutes later a booth became available and the booth directly across was vacant so when another waitress came over and I asked could we be seated at the two booths but the waitress said the booths were serviced by two different waitresses and she refused to seat us. This place may or may not serve good food but the lack of customer service is awful. Needless to say I will never come back I was trying to take myself and wife and her son and fiancé along with the fiancé's daughter who are from out of town to a nice place but unfortunately the staff at Tiffany's is clueless to the hospitality business. read more

We just came here for a late breakfast. The outside is super cute and the inside was very inviting. We walked in and were greeted promptly. The menus are in the form of a newspaper. Cute idea but I found it to be overwhelming and disorganized. Now for the food.... My husband and I both got skillets and we split a half order of biscuits and gravy. Both of our skillets were so bland. I don't think the cook seasoned anything. We both asked that the eggs in our skillets be over easy. Mine came scrambled and my husband's were over easy but so over cooked, not runny at all. The biscuits and gravy were good, nothing special, but good. My oldest ordered the kids pancakes they were so dry. They needed a lot of butter and syrup. My youngest ordered the kids chicken fingers and mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was very dry and the potatoes were tasteless... The gravy tasted like the canned gravy you buy at the store. We will not return. There are much better places around. read more

Before we decided on Tiffanys I was yelping places and came across this place as we were passing it and it looks packed! I called just to see and the guy was so nice super chill and said there's a big table waiting so it looks like a wait but for two there's no wait! Thank goodness I called bc when we walked in it looked like a crazy wait! It took a few mins to get someone to seat up and bc of that the people in front of us left! I wanted to say something about it being no wait but I was nervous maybe the person I spoke with was not accurate. Well he was! We got sat immediately. The place is actually pretty big! As for the food I got a skillet with lots of meat(can't remember the name! I slacked on this review!) but it was beautiful however only so so. I added hot sauce for more flavor. Delicious! Portions are very large and we have shared a meal before with plenty left over. Staff is very gracious and the boss even more so. Get the small Tiffany salad, probably called a " large" in most restaurants. They refer to their meals as "comfort food" and it is. We're visiting the area and were looking for a breakfast stop on the way to the phillies game. Went in around 8am on a Sunday and were seated and served right away. The food was delicious and generously portioned. My husband got the Bama Benny with sausage gravy and he loved it. I had a spinach and cheddar omelet that was huge and did not skimp on the fillings. It also had the option of a pancake instead of toast and it was the size of a plate! The place is really cute and seems to be family owned and operated. Not sure what's happened to Tiffany's, but to begin with, we had the rudest waitress I've ever encountered... She actually served the plates by reaching directly in front of my face, and expected us to pass each other's plates down the table. What happened to walking to the customer or walking around the table to serve a plate?? The food was terrible.. My daughter's crepe was raw, and no whipped cream... My roast beef melt was tasteless, had to use hot sauce to make it bearable to eat... My son's girlfriend got to the end of her overcooked burger to discover a hair that had been cooked into the patty... When we brought it to the attention of our waitress, about the contaminated burger, she had the nerve to say the manager said he couldn't take it off the bill because she ate the majority of it.. Then when we paid the bill, we asked to speak with the owner/manager, and she told us he wasn't there... She was nasty, had no manners, rolled her eyes, and has no business being a server... Worst experience ever!!!!! I went there with my boyfriend and his family, we have been there many times and we usually enjoy the food and experience but today was different the server we had to was awful! I've been in the serving industry for 12 years and as a server on my worst day I would never have treated my customers the way our server treated us! It took 10 minutes to get our drinks, 15 minutes to get our order taken in a rude manor and when the chilli was served it wasn't hot, the crepes were not cooked all the way,the burgers were supposed to be med.rare and both came out med.well, the sandwiches had no flavor. .. we can't blame the food on the server since it was the cooks who cook it but when our food was served we were asked to pass our plates down to each other when she could have easily walk to us and serve our entrees to us and when I was almost finished eating my burger I found a hair cooked in my burger, I told the server about my burger she took my plate and said she would tell the manager,when she came back she said since the burger was almost gone there was nothing they could do even tho my burger was contaminated!! When we ask to speak to a manager she said her manager left!!! We paid and left only to get home a couple hours latter with upset stomachs and my boyfriend is now throwing up!!!!!
