I notice one horrible review but the rest seem favorable. D.C. said they wouldn't make him another meal when he didn't like what they served him. I must say, if his story is true, I find this completely unacceptable and restaurant taboo. Having said that, I got a burger takeout the other night and I was blown away at how good it was. Perfectly prepared to a requested well done and served on an awesome tasting bun, I was so pleased. I ordered a Greek version with feta, tzatziki, grilled onions and grilled tomato. Their burger menu is ridiculously long -in a good way! Their menu is 8 pages long. That always concerns me and since I only ordered a takeout burger, I have to hold off on giving them an excellent rating BUT I was so happy with the burger I had yesterday, I'll probably get another today. Since their overall Menu has a Greek/Italian emphasis, the true test for me would be a Gyro which I'll try at some point. If the lamb/beef combo is freshly sliced from a rotisserie, I'm going to give them higher praise. If they cheese out and serve me pre-sliced meat as lesser places do, I'll augment this review in a downward direction. Still awesome burger and reasonable price. So far, so good! read more

We first had breakfast at Tiffany's, about 32 years ago - the morning our daughter got married. Through the years our family has been back many times. When our group was over 4 we made reservations. Three weeks ago we went on a Sunday morning to celebrate our oldest daughter's birthday. Two bristely women insisted that we ' could not have reservations' - even though we told the two, the name of the person who took them ! When the 6 of us did get seated, our waitress was pleasant and efficient. But before we had a second cup of coffee, one of the original pair asked if 'we were about through, because they needed our table' !!! Our waitress looked stunned. So be it. Very Disappointed, took my family for breakfast, we live near the restaurant,we ordered a breakfast Bowl, an omelet several orders of eggs one with bacon and corn beef hash, A side order of pancakes we ordered plane they came out blueberry that's OK I guess,Our server did ask if everything was OK when the food was served,it looked OK but but as we started eating it was obvious that the Most of the home fries were burnt on the outside and cold on the inside which is I think it supposed to be the best part of the breakfast,same thing with the corn beef hash,burned on the outside. The server was polite but I did let her know if that I was really disappointed with breakfast and asked if I could speak to a manager which was not available??? Miss Mary? So the situation was resolved by sorry about that?? I'm not a complainer but I felt borderline taken advantage of. Went in on a Sunday at noon. They were quite busy, so we thought it would be great. Took forrrrrrever to have our order taken. Ordered the Chicago dip sandwich and the open faced beef sandwich. Terrible frightening experience. Ate there June 12 th. No sanitizing booths or table. No masks on wait staff. No social distancing -- every table and booth available. Been here once before about 8 years ago. Very classic place with pictures on the walls over the years. This placed opened in 1983 & seems to be a popular spot. I had the Bama Benny which is biscuits, eggs, sausage covered in gravy, wife had the Eggs Benedict & a bloody mary. All was good, service was a little slow but there was only one waitress covering one large section. If you are from out of town then this is a place you should try. read more

A nice Palm Harbor staple, Tiffany's Restaurant delivers on its name as a breakfast restaurant. While they offer a full lunch menu, I've only had breakfast. This last time, I enjoyed the Uncle John breakfast bowl - a generous serving of eggs, seasoned grilled chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms and home fries. I was looking for a filling breakfast at around high noon, and I got just that! Our server was delightful. Decor keeps true to the classic and cozy history of this place; walls covered in memories of pastimes with newspaper clippings and photos in all shapes and sizes! We absolutely LOVE this restaurant. For EVERY reason. It is a family owned restaurant. I saw this weekend that they opened in 1983!!!! That speaks volumes. First of all, EVERYONE that works there, owners included, are absolutely the most friendly and accommodating people. But the food!!!!! So super delicious. It doesn't matter what you order. My daughter had their banana chocolate chip pancake breakfast. DELICIOUS and Enough food for 7 armies. My husband ordered the Greek salad with grilled chicken. It's what he always orders since it's his most favorite Greek salad on the planet, and that says a LOT since we live in Tarpon Springs (Greek a palooza). The salad is large enough for 2-3 people. I ordered the open faced turkey sandwich with gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli, cranberry sauce and spinach. Holy crap it was soooooooo good. I normally don't care for mashed potatoes but they were off the charts. The turkey. Oh the turkey was just delicious. Tender tender tender. We had so much food leftover we needed a new refrigerator to put it in. Quality and quantity for the price is ridiculous (in a good way). Don't miss this awesome restaurant. It's worthy. Oh. Never again! How do you screw up Mac n cheese? It was runny and flavorless. Chicken fried steak sandwich dry bland and there was no steak in the fried! Worst gyro in a Greek community for shame!!! Bad soggy fries, how long have these things been laying around? Honey Dijon sauce that came with my friends chicken sandwich was watered down and frankly a little scary. This place is like a cafeteria at an old folks home but worse! A bad meal is disappointing but rocket ship explosive diarrhea thirty minutes after eating there tells a much more sinister story. Open faced sandwiches were piled high with meat accompanied with a half a plate of homemade mashed potatoes, soup of the day was homemade yummy! This place was recommended by the hotel where I was staying as there was no restaurant there. I wanted a good breakfast that wasn't a chain. I don't think I have had a better breakfast. I skipped the eggs Benedict as I am picky about my hollandaise sauce(which I tried courtesy of very accommodating wait staff. I also asked for my toast to be double toasted and not cut. I also ordered the ham, country sausage and sliced apples heated. The food appeared in less than five minutes. Hit, as it should be. And very delicious. All the staff were very attentive, a hlalf cup of coffee that had cooled was replaced without comment. I'd I am ever back in the area, I will return to Tiffanys. read more

My mom and I ate here for the first time on a Friday night and there was barely anybody there. We asked for a booth and they sat us at a very small one. We asked for a bigger one and they did but with attitude. They have a big menu with a big variety on it. My mom got the philly cheese steak with fries( which cost more). The sandwich was really dry. The fries were bad and had an awful taste to them. I got a burger made my way and it was pretty good. It cost extra for lettuce and tomato. I ordered potato salad and fries with it( both cost extra). They potato salad was awful. I never got my fries. I'm glad they took them off my bill. I'm not sure if I'd ever go back read more

My first visit here in all of my years living in the area and I must say I wasn't that impressed. Staff seemed as if they were bothered that I was there sitting in their area. Food came out quick but was a little bit overdone as far as the eggs go. Food was only so so and they seemingly couldn't get my plate picked up fast enough to try and flip the table. Never-Ever going to Tiffany's Family Restaurant again. Besides the waitress not attending to us for a while, I accidentally ordered the wrong item, both started with B. Yup my fault but I asked to changed it and was instantly denied and told I would need to purchase another meal. I understand I made a mistake but people do and I have never been to a restaurant that haven't just replaced it with what you wanted so everyone is happy. I love breakfast - especially when I don't have to cook it! Had driven by this place many times, so after reading some Yelp reviews we decided to give it a try on a Saturday morning. We were seated promptly and a little dish of muffin looking things were brought to the table. They were okay but rather bland. Companion ordered French Toast and I ordered Eggs Benedict & requested the eggs poached firm, served with a side of fresh fruit. Food arrived in a timely manner, but my eggs were runny and I sent them back. In the meantime I started eating the fruit which consisted of tasteless melon (some pieces had rind attached), a few grapes, one slice of orange, and one whole strawberry. By the time my order was returned, my companion had finished his food - and he is not a fast eater! Yes the eggs were cooked this time, but sorry to say the whole thing was just off. From the extra thin English muffin halves to the Hollandaise sauce. In fact, the sauce was very thin and other than a slight hint of lemon - it was sad. Perhaps this isn't one of their best items and they deserve a return visit. But there are just too many other fine restaurants to spend my hard-earned money in! read more

This is by far my favorite restaurant and my families' too. From Paul greeting everyone at the door, the servers great attention to you as a customer and the food being wonderful it will become one of your favorites too. My favorite is the Bama Benny but I have lots of other dishes that come close. From the homemade soups, huge beautiful salads with also homemade salad dressings and slow roasted meats for many delicious sandwiches its hard to choose what to have most times we visit, which is pretty often. We had the roast beef hot open sandwich with mashed potatoes which was piled up high that it took several tries to find the bread. Mashed potatoes were plain but overall meal was good. I downloaded the yelp app just to say how terrible this place was. Our soda was gross and tasted dirty. We had them take back for water which appeared okay. The food was bland. I had to pepper and salt everything. The crepes to share came out like thick bland scrambled eggs with blueberries on top. They don't follow directions. They had inappropriate conversations about a couple who just left out loud for everyone to hear about how their sex life must be terrible. And then when we got the bill we realized we were charged for an extra side of bacon (which we got but didn't know why) when what was asked was to put the bacon on a side of a burger. Always looking for a good family place that serves good pancakes. I liked the variety of pancakes and different serving options...for example, I wanted blueberry pancakes. The server, who was very friendly and helpful, advised I could have the blueberries served either baked in or on top. I chose baked in. Also offered was blueberry compote on top. I declined the compote as it is far too much sugar for me. So basically I ordered blueberry pancakes-baked in. The pancakes come however it had a big helping of compote on top. I quickly scrape the compote off the pancake. The server sees this and offers to have new pancakes made. Since she offered, I took her up on that explaining it was too much sugar for me. About 2 minutes later, what appeared to be fresh pancakes returned. First of all, I noted they cooked fresh ones awfully fast, under 3 minutes! Then I noticed the cakes were a bit browner than usual. So I flip over the cakes and see the compote soaked into the cakes underneath, sneakily flipped over so as not to be noticed. Now I am annoyed. I carry my plate back to my waitress and show her the trickery. She apologizes and after a few minutes I get fresh cakes, as ordered. I was not charged for the cakes, however still will not ever return. It was pretty lousy of the cook to do this, it was their mistake, not mine. Never to return. read more

Average. I just left after letting the server know that the fries are made in bad oil. We complained twice to the server about the french fries. I asked for them to take it off of my check and they refused. I asked to speak to the owner but she said that the owner was in and out of the restaurant and did not give her the phone number to reach him. She said she has worked there seven years and does not have the owner's phone number. I left my name and phone number for the owner whose name is apparently Paul to call me back. We have been looking for a special breakfast restaurant to go to in Palm Harbor for some time now. Well, unfortunately, after eating at Tiffany's Family Restaurant, the search continues. The restaurant has a nice feel and homey decor when you walk in the door but it's all downhill from there. We ordered the Traditional Eggs Benedict and Blackstone Benedict plus an order of French Toast to split between us. The poached eggs were undercooked and runny. They were pretty skimpy with the hollandaise which was pretty thin. The homefries were not hot and had no flavor. Worst of all was the French Toast which had barely been dipped in egg and on pretty thin bread for $7.00 an order!! We sent the French Toast back (much to thr dismay of our server. There was no way I was paying 7 bucks for that!! The service was average. She never came back to check on us after bringing our food. I had to ask her for an extra plate 3 times. By the way, it wasn't very busy either. We didn't get any apologies for the french toast or any inquires as to how to make it better. Just a frown. Her mood lightened up slightly as she handed us the check.I'm sure in order to get a halfway decent tip. (We tipped 20%). Bottom line, We won't be back!! read more
