Small spot inside of a plaza. My wife wanted something sweet and found them through Google. When we pulled up I noticed 3 company cars so I think this place must be doing really good for themselves. Then I went on Instagram and saw this company has over 173K followers. This was a nice small place made for no more than 3 customers at a time. The staff was nice and ask if you want to warm up your dessert in the oven too. I ordered a Snickerdoodle and Oatmeal Raisin. They were pretty good!

Hands down some of the best cookies ever! I usually get the same type of cookie which is snickerdoodle, but honestly all of their cookies are delish. They always give you the option to warm up your cookies, which I always say yes! The cookies are warm and soft in the middle and adding the cold ice cream is the absolute best! I like that they switch up their menu or even have new cookie flavors to sample.

I had the pleasure of trying Tiff's Treats while attending a company meeting. Now I am hooked. I ordered some for myself the other night and they really are some of THE BEST cookies I've ever had. I also loved that I was able to order ice cream to go with my order. I received a text letting me know when they had arrived. The packaging was really pretty. I can't wait to order from here again.

Tiff's Treats has a cute story and are a fine example of the American dream, but this is about the cookies. Some like crisp cookies, some like em thick with a cake-like texture. I prefer soft baked, everso slightly under cooked chocolate chip. Tiff's Treats gets a B+ for texture. Unfortunately, the cookies are extremely average otherwise. Everyone loves warm cookies and I suspect this accounts for the love affair with Tiff's, especially since they deliver. Not a bad cookie. ..just saying Ms. Field's is better and that says a lot.

We stopped in for an afternoon treat. Since it was so hot we choose the ice cream sandwich: you get to select two cookie flavors and then they put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle of the two cookies. Note: the cookies will not be warm since that would cause the ice cream to melt, N had been surprised so throwing that disclaimer out in case you are not familiar with ice cream sandwiches. Our friend L has raved about Tiff's so we had to stop in during our final rounds before moving away from Dallas. Now, I have had them one other time when someone at work received them and they were not warm. Apparently, when they are warm they are incredible. I'm basing my review on what I have had though. I ordered the pecan chocolate chip and the chocolate chip (which the guy said was their most popular flavor). While the cookies were good, ice cream you can't really mess up vanilla - it was slightly better than average. Obviously it wasn't a supermarket cookie so that's good given the price. But, compared to Hope's Cookies on the Main Line outside Philly, they just didn't compare. I didn't find them to measure up to what I remember being the ultimate cookies and ice cream sandwiches from college in Bryn Mawr. Perhaps I will try them warm someday and will see how they live up to rave reviews of friends. Until then, I'd say if you need a cookie it's a solid place to go for a treat but just don't expect earth shattering deliciousness.

This place gets 5 stars because it's so simple. It's a small shop that sells only a handful of items that they've mastered. It's quick and cheap ($2.50 for an ice cream sandwich) and it completely took care of my sweet craving after dinner. A cookie delivery service?! Craziness! They'll even bring you coffee drinks and milk. I'll have to come back to try the peanut butter cookie sandwich.

Stopped by after lunch on a Saturday because I had heard so much good things about it and it didn't disappoint. The location is very small once you've inside, 6-7 people max can stand inside comfortably. The cookies are pretty limited to only a handful of flavors but they are the best tasting cookies I possibly had. They are so soft and delicious. The brownies are also very good, possibly the best I ever had.

If I could, I'd give it a 3.5! Tiny little cookie store that sells cookies & ice cream sandwiches. I ordered the Tiffwich (ice cream sandwich) with one side of snickerdoodle cookie and the other side of chocolate chip pecan cookie. The sandwich was decent. It wasn't anything special but wasn't bad either. You don't get a choice of flavor for the ice cream, so expect to be eating vanilla ice cream. I thought about giving it a 4, but decided I'll go with a 3 because it's a cookie shop and I should rate it based on the cookie. I don't think I would come back to just get the cookies. If I'm in the area and craving an ice cream sandwich again, I may come back for that!

I live in Los Angeles, but our corporate office is in Farmers Branch. I found Tiff's Treats after a yelp search and could not be happier with the find! I will definitely be coming back to them. Great customer service on the phone, prompt replies via email and same-day delivery when they said they would be there. And according to my friends, the cookies were fabulous! read more

Ok, my wonderful boss surprised me and a coworker for our brithdays today with cookies from Tiff's Treats, all I can say is WOW! The cookies were still warm like they had just been taken out of the oven. The ingredients reminded me of my grandma's homemade cookies. Not to mention, they brought cold milk and a pint of ice cream! The delivery person was very friendly and professional and I looked at the website for my own info to order in the future and the prices are extremely low for what you're getting. I highly recommend using this company for any and all of your baking needs. AMAZING!! read more

Oh. My. Gosh! These cookies are THE BEST. And they come to your door hot!! I got one of the beginner packages. It came with a dozen cookies a And 4 HUGE brownies and two milks. I was kind of upset at how much I paid for the tiny school lunch milk, but the cookies made up for it so many times over. Warm, chewy, and so freakin yummy. I got chocolate chip and butterscotch. Sorry, not worth a repeat. Small servings and common flavors. Other than they'll deliver them hot and with milk would never order again as I can get the same quality from a supermarket: just nuke the cookies and buy a gallon from the dairy section. read more

I sent a box of cookies post-Valentines day, and unfortunately experienced a mix up during delivery. After expressing my concern through the website, I was responded to within the hour and my issue was resolved beyond my expectations. After a few on-time deliveries to our Galleria office we were very disappointed not to have received our order till 40 minutes past the two hour window stated on line when I ordered. I declined delivery and the girl asked if I still wanted them and did I call the store. I had tried to call the store but got placed in a que that was never ending. Our hopes are that this is a one time issue as we really love the cookies and the delivery service. They have refunded my CC and offered a re-delivery but these were for our boss who is now on vacation. read more

These are very small cookies for the price (about the size of a $0.50 McDonalds cookie). They had almost no variety, and it was way overpriced ($14/dozen). I tried one and it was not very good. The menu is tiny, only serving maybe 8 very common cookie varieties -- nothing stands out -- and one type of brownie. They also serve Blue Bell ice cream, but so does Kroger, so I don't understand the hype here. They will microwave your stale cookies for you upon request. The lady who served me was also pretty rude, making fun of me for asking for a caramel chip cookie -- "We don't have that! That's butterscotch! The names are right on the case!" There is almost no saving grace for this place, other than the decent packaging. AVOID!!! Don't keep this chain growing, please. I could make way better cookies at home for barely a fraction of the cost. read more

I don't know why, but I expected so much more. I thought they had a bigger selection of cookies, thought they would have a variety of different flavored ice creams for the cookie sandwiches .. The cookies were good and freshly made.. But wasn't wowed by anything specific. I hate admitting this since so many people have raved about this place. Oh well... Maybe I'll give their brownies if there's a next go around. read more

AMAZING! Tiff-wich=heaven in your mouth! Eat ASAP to experience the warm cold action going on. Great choc chip cookies are expected of cookie bakeries (which they have!) but hands down THE best snicker-doodle, PB choc chip, and sugar cookies I've ever had!!! Amazing!! So soft, so warm, so delicious!! Must try. I can't vouch for their delivery, I've only picked up. Definitely recommend tiffs treats. All I can think about is cookies since I went two days ago! :) pretty sad. read more

I was hit by an SUV years ago. As a result I have some nights with lots of pain. One night I was up all night hurting. The next day I just wanted to nap. Unknown to me my girlfriend ordered cookies from Tiffs. They called 4 times and texted 4 times in a 3 hour period to deliver cookies. It felt very pushy and almost dramatic. The delivery was definitely under their terms to them. I decided to call them back Monday because I just didn't need the pushiness. I took a shower at around 9pm that evening. While in the shower my phone rings 3 times rapid fire. I think what kind of high school drama is this? Then a guy knocks on my door at my apartment that has no lights on. My dogs start barking. He knocks three times loudly unconcerned about the noise. I am missing my right leg and it takes me some time to get out of the shower. Once I do I look out the peep hole and tell him to stop knocking. He replies, "Or what?" At that point I let him have it. Take your damn cookies and get off my porch. Tiff's is not concerned about how they treat the recipients of their treats. It is overly apparent their deliveries are on their terms no matter how your day is going. If I had known the experience would suck so bad I would of answered the first call. Which I originally didn't answer cause it was from a private number on Father's Day while I was trying to nap. read more

It doesn't melt as fast as regular ice cream, and watching them make it is half the fun. I actually passed this place the other day and thought... maybe it's a sign I should go back? This location has offered the absolute worst experience I have ever had from Tiffs Treats. From the Uber Driver yelling at my wife in Spanish and threatening to cancel the order to the poor management not caring that they delivered an order that was not what I ordered because they did not have what was ordered. They also lied, saying they called before sending what they would like... No calls and no voicemails were received.
