I cannot say enough great things about this cookie shop and the amazing customer service we received from Jacob! My family and I were visiting from out of state and decided to stop by for some treats. Jacob was so kind and helpful, making sure we had the best experience. He went above and beyond to help us with our cookie selection, and he even let us know that Tiff's Cookies delivers to our state. The cookies were absolutely delicious too and fresh. But what really stood out was Jacob's friendly and professional demeanor. It's rare to find such exceptional customer service these days, and he left such a positive impression on us. How do you not love freshly baked cookies from Tiff's Treats? I was on my way to a hot pot gathering and had to think of something to contribute for our feast. I definitely wanted to bring dessert, but nothing store bought. All of a sudden, the sight and smell of cookies flashed before my eyes (and nose). Tiff's treats! Brilliant! You now have to ask for points from your visit to be applied to your account. Points earning rewards are no longer tied to your credit card automatically. I'm just shocked that one individual bundtlet costs $5.89! That seems like a lot of money for a 3" diameter cupcake. One benefit is that on your printed receipt you can take a quick survey and get a coupon for a buy one bundtlet, get one free for next in-bakery purchase. We both enjoyed our bundtlets and each ate half one day, the remainder the next day. They were moist and delicious and we will definitely be back!
