Absolutely recommend these Guys. They are one of the best in this Business. where do I start, Customer service is top notch, Dr Arturo spends the time to explain to you the whole plan from A to Z on the first visit... What I like the most is No nonsense Policy. Every step of the way was a great experience from the get go. Now don't get me wrong no-one is perfect But this is the closest thing to it. If you ask me, customer service comes first in my book A+++ at smile 4 ever. Next is warranty and I do struggle with this a bit. In the US every visit to the dentist you have to spend out of your pocket no matter what is the issue, even if you're coming back for a defective work that's been done. With smile 4 ever I've never had any issues and I had major reconstruction all on 6 implants. Oh well some discomfort after the surgeries nothing out of the norm though. you come back a week later to remove the stitches. As far as pricing they are very competitive and the quality of the work is bar none. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. I let you in on a little secret. They do care about their patients and treat them as family in contrary to some of other clinics out there that I've been too in the past where the customer is just a numbers game. I am so grateful! The most understanding, professional, skilled and sensitive doctors i have had a pleasure to know. After all the hard work and effort they have invested in me, i truly want to smile for ever now! I was struggling with my teeth all my life after having an injury at 8 years old that was cosmetically never fixed. I am 55 now and feeling better than ever. I had extensive work including extractions, root canals, gum surgery, implants and crowns. Everything was planned to the last detail and went perfectly! I could have not wished for more. There doctors is an excellent dentist and I see there regularly, at least twice a year for cleanings, and taking care of any cavities or issues I may have. they watches over my complete oral health and has been working with me to find a good oral surgeon to address a on ongoing issue I have with my gums. There beside manner is great, she forewarns you of what's going to happen regarding any noise or discomfort. They have enough of the latest technology and uses it in just he right amount to track the condition of my teeth and gums. My last dentist had a high-rise office, iPod with video goggles, but when it came to communication regarding pain or expectations, They had no empathy or concern whatsoever. i googled dentists in Mexico and found Smile4Ever. I had never been to Tijuana but like everyone else heard all the stories about how unsafe it is. not true. i had requested the all in 4 but Dr Mendez told me he could not do that for me as most of my teeth were to good to pull. Together we worked out a plan and i couldn't be happier. They looked after me from the minute I landed in San Diego until they took me back to the airport. my teeth are amazing and the care was exceptional. Living in San Diego there are so many people that use these services with great results. After a lot of research I decided on Smile 4 Ever. My first contact was with Alita in the front office, I was so impressed with her top notch customer service. She made me feel so comfortable with my decision. I was examined by Dr. Norma Yin and Dr Josue' Marquez. They explained my options and gave me a price for the work needed, half of what it would cost me in the US. I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The waiting area is spotless and inviting with its comfy seating and relaxing ambiance. I was promptly called back for my appointment and was greeted by very professional and charming dentists and assistants. Sat in a comfy chair and once again in a spotless environment. I am very happy with the care and treatment of my teeth. They have excellent tools and most importantly, very knowledgeable and experienced dentists. Smiles 4 Ever Mexico in Tijuana. Quick, skilled, sooooo kind, and the cleanest nicest dental office I've ever been in. They speak English fluently, they're upfront in their prices, they judge nothing, they can see you same or next day typically, and they never try to nickel and dime. Didn't charge for X-rays, or consult. I had an emergency double extraction done for less than an American co-pay. Cannot recommend them enough. My husband had the 4 in All done on his top teeth and I had a bridge done. The staff are great. The implants and 4 in All cost us half what we were quoted in the US. I was referred to see Here Dr.'s to have a tooth pulled. I did not want to have a bridge as I would have to have 2 additional teeth shaved down and crowned so I opted to have a dental implant.
