I have ordered from here a few times and spend a good chunk of money. The food is usually fantastic but this time not so much. Most of the order was made incorrectly and it just was not that good. One order was to have no onions it was marked no onions but it was filled with onions. The person who the meal was meant for could not eat it. No one wanted to finish the meal, which is ashame because my family usually raves about the food. I would have rated it two stars but the employees where extremely polite and nice. read more

Different from what I expected, but it was really good food. I had the flautas and loved them! Guacamole was good, fresh, and they gave you a lot! I do wish they had a little bigger cup for the salsas at the salsa bar, but it was cool to be able to try all the different kinds. Going back for sure! read more

Happy hour is 3-7pm, $1.75 drafts and $2.00 wine. We had the tacos, flautas, chimichanga, and noburrito. Everything tasted good and was prepared well. The sauce bar is a novel idea. I'm not huge on vinegar-based sauces, so not much appealed to me. read more

Went last Wednesday for lunch. I had the 2 tacos, chips & a drink for $5.49, a great deal. Very fresh veggies, right amount of cheese & sour cream. I chose the crunchy shells & they also tasted fresh. A very satisfying lunch. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the sauce station until I was almost done. The customer service here sucks I was waiting over 20 minutes for my food to find out that my food is already ready and they never called my name so when I got my food it was cold already and then by the time I bit into my food it was disgusting because they put more onions then meat! The best Mexican food around! Wish I found it earlier. The tacos are huge but one wasn't enough! Chips come with everything so no need to order them on their own. Very polite and attractive staff. There are only 5 in the chain so far but hopefully there will be more soon. 5/5 read more

Service was questionable at best,table was dirty there were about 6 girls gunning around not knowing what to do, ordering was long and frustrating and still came out incorrect, the one male worker that was there seemed to be a manager and also seemed overwhelmed. The staff here always seems happy and helpful. I'm a fan of the nachos and the chicken enchiladas with green sauce. The fresh jalapenos they use can sneak up on you, so use caution ! So far I've been a whimp and only have tried the mild sauces from the hot sauce bar. read more

I'm visiting my parents in Naples and the first spot I asked to go to was my favorite Taco place, Tijuana Flats. It's been a year since I last ate here and I'm pleased to say the staff are still awesome and so is the food! I really appreciate how customer-oriented they are and how good they are about food allergies. They are knowledgeable about the ingredients of every item and can suggest gluten free options, which is something not all restaurants do well. The carnitas hit the spot and the queso dip is yummy too. Our food was ready quickly and the restaurant was spotless. I also like the decor. They were wonderful. We have food allergies in our family and they were great. They do not have tree nuts, sesame or coconut in the restaurant. They checked labels and even brought out labels for us to check. The Assistant Manager worked with us one on one and gave us incredible service. You order at the counter and sit at tables. I food here is good! There's really never an issue there! So applaud your cooks! But the front of house is were your issue lies. I get you have to touch tables and make sure the guests are good but you have a newer girl behind the register that needs more coaching and guidance. She's EXTREMELY quiet, very unsocial able and isn't there to make a customer feel welcome! She's probably a really sweet girl but not someone for a restaurant job! Then you had another cashier who just had an attitude. She was a Latina there who was also playing with her hair in the dining room while 2 of what I assume are her friends or fellow co workers but it was super unprofessional. She then comes to the table I ask for something and she doesn't even make eye contact and was kind of rude. The guy manager was doing his job in the dinning room but the other manager (female, late 20s, short blonde hair) had nothing but complaining coming from her! Even in the dining room. She was supposed to be showing the new girl to bus but she did not even say a word to her. You can only teach someone something they don't know or she will fail due to your training methods. All I can say is wow. The service was outstanding. The woman that greater us at the door explained the menu to us and told us about the specials. It was an order when you come in and sit down and they will bring you your food kind of place. When we went it was happy hour so draft beer was $1.25 yippee for me. we got an appitizer called the trio... It was chips with queso (omg so good), guacamole (like mine with more lime but good), and salsa (didnt care for it too much). Everything was refillable... Yep queso and all. The tacos were the biggest I have ever seen. The ground beef was something to be desired but I don't really like a lot of meat on my tacos too much I like more veggies (lettuce) in my tacos and it was chock full of meat. My other taco I had refried beans and chicken. My husband got black beans in his. That was really neat getting all those choices. Also they had 12 different sauces for your tacos at this cute little taco bar. One was called slap my butt (bad word) and call me sally. Cute name. This is an order-and-pay-at-the-counter restaurant. They do bring out your food, but you are hard pressed to get a refill etc. it appears there are only a few individuals on staff for the moment. We spilled a drink and no one cleaned it up under the table. The blackened chicken burrito is well priced for the portion (medium), but bland. However, if you add the hot sauce - I have a sweet tooth so opted for one with "sugar" listed as the first ingredient - it kicks it up 10 fold. The Hot sauce bar is a necessity. If you don't like hot, I don't think you will be impressed. Staff was friendly. There was no wait at 6:30 on a Monday night. They did have an impressive happy hour if you like domestic draft beer. I visited this restaurant a few days ago with three of my friends. We were kindly greeted by more than one employee right when we walked in the door and were offered menus and drinks while we waited in line to order. The staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. On top of the great staff, the food was excellent. Upon our departure, an employee opened the door for us and invited us to come back in the future. Great place with friendly staff and awesome food.
