I'm giving this a 5 star review based on a beach front bar with music. Good vibes. On the water. Drink prices align with any decent bar you go to lately. Good music, area to dance and lots of room! Take one car, or Uber! Parking is $20. Do not consider this a restaurant and you won't be disappointed. There is no doubt all the food here is frozen and processed. They've done a better job at making it look nice. However the service is actually a joke. There are about 4 hostesses standing around as it they're waiting for a rush. Not helping the waitresses or waiters who seem perpetually overwhelmed. When we went for a birthday. We sat outside and there were several times we went 20 minutes plus without anyone even stepping foot in the room. This bar has easily the worst bar tenders I have ever seen in my life! John Taffer would rip these morons a new @-hole and they would be to dumb to even realize it! Starting with my Sister-in-law asking for a wine list, was told this is a normal bar what kind, they have white, red, and rose, so genius- not a normal bar! I asked for a beer, not 1/2 a beer! I wish I took a photo, but who works at a bar and cannot pour a beer! Was 1/2 foam, I asked the bar tender was this his first beer he's ever served? My kids ordered diet cokes, yes this was wrong too! The over flowing amount of ice, had three sips and the drink was gone. I would not be surprised if this place was going out of business, the attitude, the demeanor, the rudeness of these three bar tenders and the unprofessional serving skills. We went this evening. Beautiful night for waterside dining. 1. Service was great. Our server was attentive and friendly. No issues there. 2. Food. Was ok. Nothing I'd rush back to have and nothing you can't get anywhere else. The menu was typical assortment of things you'd find at any waterfront dining establishment. You pay a premium for..... 3. The ambiance. Waterfront dining so, that was nice. We sat on the pier and that's what made this very average and expensive meal a horror show. First of all, the lantern flies are everywhere so we had to dodge those all night. Not the restaurant's fault, but still needs to be mentioned. What the restaurant CAN control is the DJ blasting house and freestyle music. I understand having a DJ on a Friday or Saturday night, but this guy RUINED what should have been a relaxing dinner. I can get on board with easy listening yacht-rockish music, but this was not that. One and done. read more

Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. This place should shut down until they can figure out how to serve customers. We went on a Wednesday night. It was busy, but not crazy busy. There were still many empty tables. After being seated, we sat there for 20 minutes without anyone coming to take drink or food orders. Seeing that we were never going to be served, we went to the bar. At the bar, we also weren't even acknowledged. We sat there for ten minutes before getting up and leaving. We'll never be back here and it's a shame because it's a beautiful location. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Went today at 2:30 (Wednesday) pm and have never been so mistreated. We came in sat down after the bartender said no host or hostess. No problem. After sitting for a minute we decided to go to the bar because we figured it would be easier. The bartenders didn't come to us for at least 15 min but was sitting at the end of the bar speaking to the man with the camera with her feet up. For two drinks and fries for 48$. I was never asked if we wanted another drink and literally had to walk to the other side of the bar to get our bill. This place used to be good now save your dollars. Get ready to spend more than 10 dollars on beer and 20 on a mixed drink and the food $22 for a burger and it does get worse

TikiCon is more like it. First time I came here was a mixed bag. Our waiter was super friendly. But other waitstaff were rude. We asked for an extra drink menu and she came back, saw we had one, and said, "oh, you already have one", gave a judgmental look, tossed it on the table and left. Margaritas were the worst we've ever had. Super salty. On top of that we asked for casamigos, and it definitely didn't taste like it. My wife and I have it all the time and can taste it even in a mixed drink. We asked them to remove the salt and it came back slightly less salty and still really horrible tasting. Worst...bar...ever. The second time we went was worse. We asked to be seated outside and it felt like they were pressuring us to sit inside. We didn't. I'll skip to the end. The waitress gave me the bill (on a digital device), stood over my shoulder and pointed out each item line by line. I added a nice tip and moved on. When I left I realized 20% gratuity had already been added by default. So I essentially double tipped and she said nothing. Whenever I've been to any restaurant, they've ALWAYS told me if and when they had tip included. The waitress reading each line item failed to do that. On top of that, I was charged for an extra drink erroneously. We had also asked for an extra shot on a drink since it tasted like water. We knew we'd be charged but what we didn't expect was $17 just for an extra shot when the drink itself was $16.... They're clearly trying to con people. I went back to get these changes corrected and was greeted with snarky, cavalier attitudes. And to touch on the last piece, ambiance is pretty bad for a place right next to a beach. Both indoors and outdoors. Won't be coming back. Id rather eat crappy hot dogs and funnel cake from PlayLand stands. read more

Don't go here! Bartenders are obnoxious and outright disrespectful. Food was subpar and for the price, I was very dissatisfied. A feeble attempt at saving our night led us to stay even after enduring such a disappointment of a meal. Then comes the incident. The bartender refused to believe that my friend's id was real and wouldn't serve any of us for fear that we would give her a sip. She claimed that she was "having a panic attack at the thought of serving an underage human", even after the police came over and checked all of our ids. When I got there, the bartender could've been a little more friendly. I asked what was special or was it was pretty dead she could've just told me she want me to scan stuff with my phone and I don't care for that much doing that stuff. She could be a little more friendly than when I ordered my drink with a different bartender, which is more friendlier. I ordered the mussels a little disappointed. They also did not have napkins. I had to ask for that I had to ask for a spoon. It was very slow the muscles 1/3 of the muscles were completely shot. I couldn't even eat it. The only thing is good about it is where is that's all. When I mention that six of the muscles like 1/3 of the muscles were at work, complete close she said I'm sorry about that. I should've serve it but she didn't get like a manager she didn't offer for like maybe a dessert or anything on the house good customer service. read more

Once again, went to Tiki beach for dinner and to see fireworks. Fireworks were great. Food and service sucked big time. Waited a long time to get our drinks and then waited a long time to get our food which came out cold and not all at the same time. Ended up sending it back and just paying for drinks. I'm done!!! Avoid this place. Expensive food and drinks, terrible service and the food sucks!! read more

I would recommend coming here if you like to eat mashed potatoes with your hands (silverware was never provided even after request), never receive your drinks as other tables receive theirs, have the staff attempt to charge you for other people's bills, and last but not least have a manager throw the drinks you never received into the ocean! Dj serg is the best thing to happen to tiki beach ! The music has everyone dancing and the party never stops. The white party was one of the best summer events I have been to this summer. I go to tiki beach when Dj serg is playing because he gets the crowd going and the fun never ends. Highly recommend checking this place out on nights Dj serg is playing for a great night. read more

Been going here for years but it's off our list. Primarily because they put up permanent plastic wind barriers that block the nice ocean breezes. It's been there for years and years without wind issue. Now it's hot and claustrophobic. They serve people without shirts and shoes. People there now are super cheesy-one guy stole my bar seat when I went to the bathroom! The wait staff are nice and friendly. There are signs on sandwich boards all over the area and in the parking pay booths that have a QR code to scan to get reimbursed for the $20 parking. This is false --what you get is a free appetizer with an entreé. This is also false because they only serve appetizers at the bar. The live band was horrible --singer off key and electronic bass too loud. Wonder if anyone auditioned them? Made sitting there unrelaxing. It's so sad such a fun place took a nose dive with new management. read more

You have to pay $20 to park in the amusement park lot. They say they "reimburse" you but that is just one appetizer for the whole table. (We were 6 and 5 of us parked). The food is meh. The service is good in that our waitress was friendly and attentive. But the server came over and spilled half of our sushi roll onto the table and just said "oops". The food is $$$ and not worth the $$$. There was a DJ playing club music and it was loud. So I guess I'm old now bc I no longer like it and would have rather heard my friends. I'm sure I would appreciate this place more if I had been at the park all day with my kids and come over for lunch and a beverage. But not a place for a girls night to catch up. read more

We have eaten at this location over the years as owners have changed because we like the seaside setting. The menu is now more general and less seafood oriented. We enjoyed our entrees. We were there on an early Sunday evening and the music had a loud dance club vibe, at odds with the location. Please turn down the volume (and maybe select different music all together) and speed up the service. read more

When arriving we put our names on the waitlist, about half hour wait, no problem, went to the bar to grab drinks in the meantime while we waited. Waited 30+ min for two drinks that ending up being terrible. Went back to check with the hostess on the wait time, they had us crossed out stated that they called us and no answer.....phone didn't ring once, no biggie, we were seated. Waiter was friendly and that was it. Food was terrible. Ordered another round of different drinks hoping for a turnaround in experience, noooope...same outcome. Ordered the sushi and "ceviche" for appetizers. Sushi was actually really good (not made there, made somewhere in town the waiter told us), the "ceviche" as they called it was nothing close to one, was basically a shrimp cocktail with avocado at the bottom that wasn't fully mushed . We ordered the Salmon w rice along with a simple fish and chips. Salmon platter was ok at best but the fish and chips were terrible, fries tasted like cardboard, the platter looked like it came from a tv dinner plate. $200+ later was def not worth it. The one thing i will say this place has that is nice is the fireworks display while you sit there by the water. I would recommend this place if you want a beer, sushi and a fireworks display, other than that look elsewhere. read more

y'all i ordered fish and chips they brought out the side with in 10 mins of me ordering all of a sudden it's an hour later and we don't have the fish but we have the chips. like be so fr they tried telling us first that they had it at the other side of the restaurant and then by the time we told me there was no fish to be found there was fish. lol they da threw together fried frozen fish with in 10 mins. AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR. not only that they tried manipulating us that fish and chips was NOT in the menu when it clearly was. our server was so nice he was new but very nice and made sure we had a good experience. everyone else smd. also WORST MAI TAI ON THE PLANET EARTH. also music was so fuxking loud could not hear shit. again loved our waiter read more
